All my family at KICC, I greet you. I ask people to kiss their Bible everywhere they go. Life is all about wisdom. Wisdom is the ability to recognise a difference in people. Wisdom is also the ability to recognise the difference in time too.
Years ago, I went through my dictionary four times and I circled every word I wanted to know about, 1263 of them. I later knew I could not learn all of them. Then the Holy Spirit gave me the wisdom to go about it. This I later translated into a book titled, “The Three Most Important Things in Your Life” I am 75 years old and I am still so much in love with the Holy Spirit.
The most important thing is the Holy Spirit. He is the number one conversationist in the world and the most powerful thing on the earth is a conversation. The thing that will change your life is a conversation. The second most important things is your assignment. The problem God wants you to solve on earth. The only thing God wants is pleasure. He wants you to taste his pleasure. Whatever God created solves a problem.
Lawyers solve legal problem. Mechanics solve car problems. Doctors solve medical problem. Everything created is a solution on the earth. When you solve that problem, you show honour. Everytime you solve a problem, it is a seed of honour.
What at the three most important things in the earth?
- The Holy Spirit who is the only person who can adapt to you. He is the only one who understands your season of ignorance. He can take your painful moment into a school of wisdom. Every conversation with the Holy spirit is like a school of wisdom.
- Your Assignment is the second most important thing. Your assignment is always geographical which means there is a place where you will flourish. Jesus could not do a lot of miracles in Nazareth so he went to Capernaum. Jesus told his disciples to leave any where they go and they were not received. There is an environment for your gift to be used. Your assignment is always apportioned to a group of people whose pain and pleasure matter to you. Moses was assigned to the people of Israel
- Your seed is the third most important thing. Something you’ve been given to give to others. Love is a seed. Mercy and forgiveness is a seed. If I sow a seed, I should expect a harvest.
I really felt led to talk about the turning point in my life. I got through a divorce at the age of 33. Till I was 36-37, I had no money. I didn’t even have a table in my kitchen nor chairs in my sitting room. I had no money, around 36-37, I got a royalty cheque. I was happy. The purpose of prosperity is to be happy. If money does not make you happy, let me have yours. God said in Deuteronomy 28, the first 14 verses, if you obey my principles, I will open the heavens for you. I had this royalty cheque with me, $5000 and already I had mapped out in my mind how I would fix up my apartment. Then I heard a preacher preaching and he asked that we should make a seed of $1000. I was thinking in my mind that millionaires should be able to do that. The Holy Spirit began to tell me to sow. I sowed the seed.
Later, I asked the Lord if I had done the right thing. Then he spoke to me. He said when you open your hands. The seeds that leave your hand will never leave your life. And he said an uncommon seed for offering.
Sunday morning, someone said to me that the Holy Spirit asked him to give me a car. On Monday morning, a man came into my office to pay for a van for the ministry. Tuesday, a. man came to me that God said he should bless me and he gave me $10000. When you want something you’ve never had, you’ve got to do something you’ve never done. When I open hands, God will open his windows. A seed talks and it makes God to talk about you. God told me to sow the $10000 again. I said to the Lord, you gave me a thousand, I gave a thousand. Do I have to sow this again. I sowed the money. Wednesday, a man who owned a huge TV ministry called me. He said God told them to sponsor me on a Television programme four times a week.
On Thursday, I got a call from a friend. He said God told them to put me on Television every Thursday night for free. I opened my hands and God opened the heavens.
When God wants to bless you, he gives you money. This money, He expects you to sow it. I sowed the $10000 seed and God gave me about ten million dollars of free Television time.
