1 Corinthians 15:8
I heard Paul say “and lastly of me”, He was not the last that saw Jesus. Several people have seen him after that. I heard His walking steps into our sitting room while burning with passion for the afflicted. His movement was so majestic I could hear the sound of his footsteps on the carpet. He reached out His hand and touched my back and I believe His resurrection power flowed through my system. One of the ministers, a Bishop that came in for this last Ministers Conference said he was healed at the Pentecost Flames of 1987. Church Gist. He was on the verge of death when they brought him and on the second day, Jesus cleaned him up and brought him back on His feet. It was that visitation that gave birth to Pentecost Flames. He wasn’t last seen by Paul, several others have caught sight of Him. I sat down in 1977 and a man possessed by evil spirits yet well dressed, started panicking. “Have you come to destroy us before the time?”It was Easter Sunday. He is alive. Jesus is alive.
Today has been ordained your own turnaround experience and you shall return home with it. 2 Corinthians 6:8. People think we are deceivers, that’s why they are trapped. I never met that occultist chap but a woman prayed and when I said follow me and she followed. The proof of the truth is in the undeniable proofs that back up the truth. God never backs up crookedness. When Solomon became crooked, He turned His back on him. If you think your prophet is a deceiver, you have lost out on what he carries, you can’t access it. Church Gist. Blessed be God who placed a call on my life. I have never knocked on any door in 41 years in ministry “can you help?”. Not once. When the Church was 10, 12-15 never. The Church of 100,000 never. God sent me to you, if you don’t believe it then check out of here. Don’t destroy yourself. My heartbeat is to see you come on the same plane I am operating in with a heart burning for Jesus and you will get there.
I have not added anything to Jesus in the 53 years that I got saved. “Where is my life heading?”. I have never asked any prophet to help me check where my life is heading or even a native doctor. I would rather die and go to heaven by flight than try it. He is working everywhere and on every side. Please settle Jesus, He never lies. Church Gist. It is foolishness to be shameful of what is gainful. You can’t be hiding your God and expect Him to manifest Himself. I have not found one person living or dead that if it were not for Him, I would not be here. In the precious name of Jesus, every deception of hell that has held anyone done in the grave. Today is declared your day of escape.
Let your power of resurrection break loose in our midst today and let the giant in your people come out from the grave. Let them not be found among the dead and dying again. Let them not be found among the beggars again. Let there not be found among the depressed and defeated again in Jesus precious name.
That child had never walked, the father and mother heard the word: “keep anointing yourself within the next forty days, your turnaround will show up”. On the 5th day, God showed Himself and the child jacked up. Whatever has been tied down in your life, by the power of His resurrection, they will jack back to life. I am teaching on a subject I have never taught on today, so stay tuned. Don’t pay rapt attention, pay all attention. Leave nothing behind. Let the cells of your body hear the word because it is what will bring about your turnaround and that of your generation. Church Gist. You can’t access divine revelation by your intellectual capacity. A heart for God is the gateway to a world of unrestricted revelation. John 15:15. When you are in love and you stay in love with Jesus, revelation flows like carbon dioxide from your nose. David saw far beyond his generation because his heart for God made it possible. Acts 2:30, 1 Corinthians 2:10. It is not about quoting scriptures, it is a heart for God that makes you become His confidante.
Genesis 18:7
There are people God confides Himself in not because of experience or age but because of their heart for Him. David dictated the process of crucifixion and its outcome. He was a king, He was not a preacher but a man with a heart for God. I knew Nigeria was heading for a waterloo. He confided in me. They are under torture. Somebody commented recently you know why Bishop stopped, He shouted and shouted, but they didn’t hear. What will I ever get from it? Will I get elected from it? I knew that in 1984, there is no position on this earth that I will fight for. I have taken a strong position in Christ. Now they are going again, deceiving you, what a people with a short memory. Today is your day. It is your turn for a turnaround.

Matthew 27:50-53.
The force of His death resulted in the tearing of the veil, providing access for all into the Holy of holies where we have the table of covenant and the golden pot containing manna. It is open for everyone who understands the protocol of access, a heart for God provides you unlimited access. Hebrews 9:1, Matthew 27:52-53. Every closed case against anyone here opens up in your favour today. They came out of the grave – they came out of obscurity into the limelight, the siege of obscurity, the siege of mediocrity is broken over you today. A new you is coming out of this service today. Church Gist. There has been a great change since I met the Lord. His resurrection power is at work in every child of God. At new birth, we were raised together with him and made to sit with Him in heavenly places, far above principalities and power. Ephesians 1:21. Resurrection secures the supernatural positioning of the believer for dominion. Thank God for the Holy Ghost, He empowers us for tireless stewardship but the power of His resurrection empowers believers for dominion. You stand immovable like Mount Zion. We exercise Dominion by right.
When I realized that I was raised together with Him and made to sit in heavenly places, I made a clean altar call in 1979, I was 25 years old. “How many of you are witches here, stand up!” And they stood up. I said, “sit down you are too many, not that anybody accused you, if you know you are a practising witch stand up”. The number was the same. I said come out and we humiliated the devil. You mean a small boy is challenging witches. Tell me what you do for the devil? “We suck blood on the highway”. What of when people like us are coming? When we sense a higher power… is there any witch who doesn’t know fire? Even if you are Chairman of witches, it will burn you. Since 1979, I have taken open command. There are things you know and people will see you and say “Caution, Lion is coming. They see you and they flee because of what you carry. Church Gist. We arrived in a nation and there was this notorious witch in that nation that came in for our official visit. We came into that nation without any idea. Getting to the Hotel when she heard that I was in that hotel, she fled. Left the country that day. We have access to the same deposit, the same virtue but your eyes need to be open. Once your heart opens then your eyes can be opened. Until your heart opens with a genuine love for God, you are limited in access. Somebody threw money into our vehicle during our outreach and I picked it up and gave it to him. We don’t take money in our Outreach. Stop that! If your heart is money! money!! He can’t trust you. If he empowers you with authority, you will market it. A genuine heart for God opens you up to realms of revelation that no devil can stop.
That someone has not discovered that he carries power does not mean it is not there. People think that their mouth is just for eating and speaking. You have missed out on the essence of it. Luke 21:15. If you don’t know, you will think it is just to consume garri and speak grammar. You drink everything every day and you think the mouth is limited to that. No! It’s a weapon of war. That you don’t know it doesn’t mean it is not so. Church Gist. It is a weapon of war. Mark 11:23. That’s the dimension of that weapon yet people don’t know it. People think that their mind is simply for intellectual exercise to learn a trade and understand it. It is the compass of your life. You don’t know so you just think anything anyhow. You can’t think of uncertainty and experience certainty. You can’t think about failure and see success. You can’t think about poverty and taste prosperity. Your thought is your take. Your mind is not just for grabbing stuff and downloading them, it is the compass of your life. That is what dictates the direction your life is going. Proverbs 4:23.
Mark 7:22-23
So your thoughts dictate the actions of your life. Guard the loins of your mind, when it goes haywire, your life goes haywire. Some can’t believe anything works in Nigeria and where they ran to, nothing is working. So you keep running. Common now, think the word. Your Church is on with 834 Churches going on at the same time with the Ark Project and there is no white man’s money in it. It is your thought that determines your takes, mind your thoughts. Romans 10:12. Church Gist. There is no difference between the white and the blacks because the same Lord has the same package for all. Your days of wandering are finally over. Leaping without looking is finally over. Where are you going? Anywhere. What are you going to do? Anything. Is that life? That is confusion at its peak. No one here will miss his step anymore. Your days of obscurity are finally over today.
Moses was holding something, He said what is it? He said it was a rod. Put it down and it became a serpent. Moses ran away, He said don’t run, if you run it will pursue you and kill you. Take it by the tail. Many are carrying virtue but they don’t know. They just don’t know, they think somebody is deceiving them.
- Resurrection is the hiding place of God’s exceeding great power.
Ephesians 1:17-20. His exceeding great power is hidden in what we call resurrection power. Psalm 66:3. It is the greatness of His power that establishes our dominion in the midst of our enemies. We are ruling in the midst of our enemies by His exceeding great power. That is the hiding place of His power. You have heard kidnappers say “I don’t want Baba Oyedepo’s problem. Please go, get money, take him to the road, let him go”. That is what they call Dominion. It is not dominion by title, dominion by practice. Dominion by establishment. Ask any of the ritual killers “do you want Oyedepo’s problem?” “God forbid, I don’t want”. We are talking of resurrection power that positions believers for dominion. Through the greatness of his power, his enemies will submit themselves, there is no argument.
“They are chasing me, they are running after me” it ends today. This short man, since Jesus called me in 1981, there is no devil or occultic power that has succeeded to stop my way forward. You know I am very tall. How dare you? If you are not crushed I am not sent. There is the dominion seat on my inside by my encounter with resurrection power. Today you are carrying that from here. Whatever this Church experiences as a manifestation of resurrection power is going home with you today.
Do you know why I was a bit in tears here? We met someone on the field two days ago. He didn’t know what to eat. He gave his life to Christ and I said you can ask anything from the Lord. I blessed them and I said some of you may not have what to eat next but as you are departing from here, doors will open for you. He called the same day, somebody that has been owing him for a long and he has been chasing him around without success sent an alert. As the word was going, the power was breaking forth. But I have my people sitting with me, how many believe when it is said. Church Gist. Your unbelief of last year is still tormenting you now that’s why it is not working. Your last year’s unbelief has matured. It is now older. One year matured unbelief. The Lord said to me direct “behold I have touched your tongue with the coal of fire” 1977 not 2007. I was descending from the Almighty when the voice of the Almighty that I am privileged to be used to came calling. “from henceforth as you say it, you see it”. It is no joke, we are not cracking jokes to entertain you. I am privileged to be one of His mouthpieces on the earth. Every word spoken to you shall deliver speedily.
Here comes the big bang – Romans 8:11. That means the end to the crisis of sickness and diseases. That means restoration of health and vitality. That means termination of all terminal diseases. The Spirit that gathered the body of Christ after three days is in you that is not dead now.
- Every dying organ in your body is quickened today.
If that spirit is in you, it is not just lying dormant, it is quickening you and bringing life to every part of your body. In the name of Jesus the resurrected Lord, every harassment of sickness and disease over your life is finally over.
Everything I have been privileged to do in 40 years, works. Nothing dies in my hand because the quickening power of God is in me.
- Nothing good dies in your hand.
We had a widow in our church in Kaduna who was struggling in her boutique, nothing was working. We were going to the airport and I said let us branch to her boutique and open up the place. I touched the clothes and said you are not here for decoration, this is not a wardrobe. Someone showed up the following day and bought off everything. When you are conscious of the resurrection power, everything you touch is quickened. You know how the enemy is frustrated about this ministry and yet can’t do anything. Nothing dies with resurrection power at work in you. Your days of struggles are finally over. We are just not singing religious songs, we are buying into that power for a new beginning.
The good news is that you are not permitted to return with any sickness in your body, His resurrection power forbids it. What a day. That is the turnaround power that is in the resurrection power. We had to change the theme of the service because He told me “I am here to establish the turnaround of anyone that cares for it”. That includes you. First time in 40 years that we changed what was announced on Sunday in the course of the week. We burnt off all the fliers and printed new ones because of what God told me. So your turnaround is ordained for this hour.
- Everything you used to fear, will start fearing you from now.
Interestingly, you don’t pray to be endued with resurrection power. It is released through the channel of revelation. Philippians 3:10. It is not a thing that they lay hands on you to receive, it flows through the revelation. Ephesians 1:18-19. It is something to discover. It is the discovery that imparts it. You must come into it by the revelation of the truth. I just finished teaching on power over death in 1983, in a seminar and death came to try out whether I knew what I was talking about. My wife can tell the story better, the room was turning and everybody was running up and down and then suddenly, this quickening power spoke from inside me: what are you doing here? I jumped up, went to the bathroom, took a shower and went on my journey that same day. Death was visibly present in the room. I took my journey on my mission and I was the one driving. The quickening force of heaven surged from my inside. Church Gist. The light required to flow freely in this realm of revelation, receive it now. What Paul prayed for was a revelation to see the exceeding power of His resurrection. It takes revelation to access it. You don’t lay hands on people to get it, you flow in it by revelation. He takes you far above all principalities and powers. You open your mouth, they take cover. You appear, they disappear. Don’t try to say what I am saying without seeing what I am seeing. The first Ebola case that came into Nigeria, I laid my hands on them. Where is the Ebola in my body? Resurrection power immune. I didn’t know it was Ebola but if I knew it was Ebola it wouldn’t stop me. Church Gist. John G. Lake will remove foam from the mouth of people under the plague, that foam if you touch it alone, you are dead. Tested the foam from John G. Lake’s hand and all the viruses in there were dead. There is something inside you that destroys evil. With this consciousness, if ten viruses visit the earth, you won’t know it. That is the enormity of the power that resurrection offers to the believer. Keep your right of dominion alive. It is not by your strength or by power, it is a deposit of our Father God so we don’t be prey of evil. Everything that used to harass your life goes into hiding today.
What other thing does this resurrection power offer us?
- The power of resurrection sanctifies
Romans 6:3-5.
If you have not been baptized in water, you are not in that equation. Baptism is a spiritual symbol that entitles believers to buy into the sanctification power of resurrection. You are enabled to walk in the newness of life naturally. You are not struggling for it. But until you are buried with Him in baptism, you can’t be raised with Him. You better do it now. Heaven is not open for Jack and Harry, heaven is open to those who work to please God. If you have not been baptized in water I don’t care what you look like, Pastor, Senior Pastor, Bishop, Archbishop, Most Archbishop, Founder, Senior Founder, Most Founder, any title you have appropriated to yourself has no bearing. If you are Pope and you are not baptized in water forget it. There are many Popes, not only in Rome. There are Popes all over. You have no access to walk in the newness of life until you have resurrection power which requires that you must be baptized first. What is your problem? I don’t have any problem. I have the duty to show you the truth. Church Gist. I was at a conference when someone came up with fire on that subject. I followed them to the riverside for baptism. They thought I came to baptize them. No Sir. I came to be baptized. Any time God shows me the truth, I jump at it. I was a preacher then, you are not a preacher so what is your problem? Even Jesus needed to be baptized, Sir. You better don’t raise your shoulders against the truth. It’s a risk.
Please anyone who desires to walk in the newness of life as it pertains to resurrection power, please find your way to the Riverside. Yours is good now, we used to go to UNILAG Lagoon. Maybe I will take you there.
The good news is your struggle to please God is finally over. Pleasing God becomes your new way of life.
- It destroys the power of death and the grave over our lives.
Hebrews 2:14-15.
That power destroys the power of death. You have to fear it before it can overcome you. Everybody is a victim of what he fears. Job 3:22. Whatever you fear overcomes you spiritually and naturally. The power of His resurrection destroys fear. 1 Corinthians 15:57. My wife sitting down here today has faced cases of near-death on several occasions including a potential aircraft but this guy is relaxed. One in the name of Jesus, not two. Church Gist. The fear of it is not there. By this encounter today, the fear of death over your children, your life and your family is finally over. We have to stop here today.
Ezekiel 37:11-14.
- Every choking situation in your life ends today.
- Nothing is permitted to choke your life again.
- There shall be raw manifestations of His resurrection power in your life.
- You never get stranded in your life again.
- Christ has abolished the activities of the devil in and around your life.
