JUBILATION COMES WHEN GOD DOES SOMETHING THAT EVERYBODY WILL KNOW THAT THIS CAN ONLY BE GOD.
THERE IS A WAY GOD CAN BLESS YOU AND EVERYBODY WILL KNOW THAT THIS IS UNUSUAL, THIS DOES NOT NORMALLY HAPPEN.
THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO THINK THAT demons ARE ONLY IN AFRICA, THEY THINK THEY CANNOT OPERATE ABROAD.
YOU WILL NOT FIND ANYBODY IN NIGERIA MARRYING HIS DOG, IT IS OVER THERE THAT YOU WOULD SEE THOSE KINDS OF demons.

Let’s bless the name of the Lord, let’s give Him adoration and the glory, thank Him for January, February, March, April, May, June, July and now August, bless Him for protecting you from all your enemies, known and unknown. Thank Him for the 70 years of the Redeemed Christian Church of God. In Jesus mighty name we have worshipped.
Let’s lift our voices to God and say; Father, today we are committing into your care all the widows and widowers, all those who have lost someone precious. You, the Husband of the widow and the father of the fatherless, please take care of these people. Go ahead and cry to God. In Jesus mighty name we have prayed.
Pray to God and say; Father, this very day, let my season of Jubilation begin.
🎼Our Father in Heaven, we glorify your name, we bow down before you. 🎼
Ancient of Days, the One who has no beginning, the One who has no ending, the Alpha and Omega, the One who was, who is and who is to come, the Almighty, glory be to your Holy name. Thank you for January, February, March, April, May, June, July and we also thank you for August. Thank you for the Redeemed Christian Church of God, thank you for 70 years of existence, 70 years of miracles, signs and wonders, 70 years of healing, 70 years of joy. Father, accept our thanks in Jesus. It is written Lord that after 70 years you will visit us, during this our convention please visit us.
You said after 70 years you will perform all your promises concerning us, please Lord, even as we are beginning our convention this week, the kinds of miracles, signs and wonders the world have never seen before, perform them in our midst, remember us Lord, visit us Lord, fulfil your promises, do more than we can hope for. All your children, widows, widowers, fatherless, every one of us with one ache or the other, I pray that beginning from now, our season of jubilee will begin, that for the rest of our lives we will never know sorrows.
As for your children who have been faithful in the payment of their tithes and offerings, this particular month embarrass them, that kind of blessing that they will say, God this is becoming too much, pour it upon them, thank you Father, glory be to your Holy name. Please Lord, have mercy on Nigeria, in Jesus mighty name we have prayed.

I’m sure you know that our convention begins tomorrow. This year’s convention is very peculiar in many ways, it marks 70 years of existence of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, it is the 40th convention we are going to hold at the Redemption Camp and by the grace of God, I’m 80 years old, if you roll those three together you will know that God is up to something and the theme is Perfect Jubilee. Jubilee is a combination of two things, restoration and a new beginning. ChurchGist. That means everything you’ve lost, during this convention you’re going to get them back. It also means that even if you’re making mistakes, if you’re in trouble today because of some mistakes you’ve made in the past, in this year of jubilee, mistakes are cancelled because it is a new beginning.
So, I’m believing God for every member of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, that this week not next week, there will be a new beginning for you, a new beginning of Joy, success, promotion, anointing and victory. ChurchGist. One of the beautiful things about jubilee is that it is a decree from God and when God opens a door nobody can shut it. I decree into you that during this convention, anyone who tries to stop you, the fire of God will consume them. Somebody shout fire. ChurchGist. Alright, if you love yourself, don’t miss the convention. Oh, you mean I should travel from where I am to the camp everyday for one week, that’s going to be tough. If somebody tells you that all you’ve been praying will be fulfilled provided you travel to redemption camp continuously for one week, will you do it?
Jubilee is also an individual event, the Bible teaches that when God commands it has to be obeyed and He says all those that have been holding anybody in bondage, release them and you know God has to be obeyed. Somebody may get up and say: No! I don’t want to go, I want to remain a slave forever, Exodus 21, God said in that case, allow him to remain a slave, how many of you want to be free once and for all? I beg you, don’t be your own enemy. A man is 70 only once in a lifetime, this kind of convention comes only once in the life of a Church, but if you’re too comfortable too much. God bless you!
Acts 3:1-10. We want to talk about “SEASON OF JUBILATION”. What God will do in your life this week, even you! you won’t recognize yourself.
What is Jubilation?
Forget the grammar, it is a simple language, in the language of the market women, to jubilate simply means; to rejoice in a certain way, openly, loudly and energetically. Genesis 22:1-7. ChurchGist. When Sarah, who has been barren for 90 years, suddenly got a child, she rejoiced openly, she said God has put laughter in my mouth and I’m not going to be the only one who will laugh, she said all those who hear will laugh with me. Openly!
Loudly! Luke 27:12-19. The Bible talks about 10 lepers that Jesus cleansed, one of them came back and with a loud voice he praised God, that boy was jubilating, he was doing it loudly.
Energetically! 2nd Samuel 6:1-16. David was bringing the ark of covenant into the City of David and on the way an accident happened, somebody died and David said, I don’t know that the ark of covenant can be so dangerous, so he took it to the house of a man called Obededom, the Ark landed in the house of Obededom and God began to bless him. So mighty that within three years the whole Nation heard about the blessing and they told David and David said is that so, I gave it to him, I will go and get it back. ChurchGist. He went to the house of Obededom and said I’ve come for my ark. You know Jubilee involves restoration, so he grabbed the ark this time when the ark finally got to his city, the Bible said He was singing, leaping and rejoicing, he danced energetically with all his might. He danced so mightily that his wife looked down from the window of the house and she saw the King, not messenger, jumping and shouting energetically. She said your majesty take it gently, you know the rest of the story. God got angry, my King was praising me as the King of Kings and you dare raise your voice against him, God said I hereby close your womb for doing that.
When you’re rejoicing you rejoice how? Openly, Loudly and Rejoicing.
The point is there are some problems that can be hidden. Mark 2:23-27. The Bible says Jesus came into the temple and there was a man with an unclean spirit and nobody knew, he was coming in like everybody else but trouble was within, there are many people who come to Church, well dressed and their problem is inside, covered by their nice dresses. Somebody once said that the reason why some people go from an air-conditioned house into an air-conditioned car, into an air-conditioned office is because fire is burning under the dress. Today, every secret problem you have, my Father will solve it.
But there are some problems that cannot even be hidden. Acts 3:1-5. There was a man with a withered hand, the hand used to be good and the hand has become useless and anybody that sees him coming, the first thing they will see is the withered hand. Many of us have problems that we can’t hide, you’ve been married for 20 years and there is no child, you can’t hide that, by now you should have been married and settled in your own home, yet you’re still living with Mama, you can’t hide that. ChurchGist. You’re lame, you can’t hide that and you know when people want to talk about you, they use that problem to describe you. Blind Bartimaeus, that what they called him, 2,000 years after God opened his eyes, they are still calling him blind Bartimaeus. That problem in your life that is causing people to say where is your God, the fire of God will consume it today. That is why some testimonies can be hidden, there are many of us who have received miracles from God but we don’t talk about it. Why? Because the problem was not known, so when the miracle came, we just kept quiet. ChurchGist. I remembered the testimony of one of my daughters. She came to me and said Daddy pray for me. I asked her, about what? She said don’t worry, just pray, when the answer comes, I will come and tell you. Ok! God, please solve her problem.
Thank God He answered and finally she came back and said, she couldn’t tell me because she was 23 years old and she was still bed wetting, but the problem could be hidden, she said she will never travel with her colleagues, whenever they are travelling anywhere, she will ask them, are we returning today? If they say no, she will tell them I’m not going, because if she sleeps one night outside her house, her secret will be known. Now the problem is over, glory be to God. Every problem you’re covering with your beautiful clothes, in the name that is above every other name, before Friday, you will testify.
But some testimony cannot be hidden, that is where Jubilation comes in. In the text that I read to you, everybody knew the man, he was born a lame man, he was always there by the temple, begging for alms, when all of a sudden, his day of jubilee came and all of a sudden, his ankle bone received strength. ChurchGist. He jumped up and said am I the one walking? He said let me try if I can jump. He jumped and landed, he kept on leaping and praising God, everybody saw him. They knew that he was the fellow that used to sit down and beg for alms and the Bible says he is more than 40 years old, that problem you’re born with, my God will remove it today. When you begin to jubilate, singing, shouting and dancing, everybody will know that your God is great.
Some miracles cannot be hidden, there is a way God can bless you and everybody will know that this is unusual, this does not normally happen, blessings that cannot be hidden.
I’ll tell you one story and then we will begin to pray. When I told my people that I got promoted two times in one year in the University, they said no way, it doesn’t happen. So, they asked me how? said I was promoted to Lecturer grade 1 at the University of Lagos, then I saw an advert at the University of Ilorin and I applied and I went for the interview, as soon as I got there the man at the head of the panel used to be my Dean at the University of Lagos and he knew me. He said; haa, it is you, Adeboye. I said yes sir. Okay! The interview went very well and I got the Job. So, I moved from Lecturer 1 to Lecturer 2 and then senior Lecturer in one year. People said, oh, that is not a miracle now, I said that is because of the fellow you know. You know the King of Kings, you know the Lord of Lords, you know the Ancient of Days, you know the great promoter, that Kind of promotion that everybody will say, hey we have not seen this one before, it is coming your way. Jubilation comes when God does something that everybody will know that this can only be God. And I’m trusting God, the one who called me and sent me to you, that before the end of this year’s convention, you will have that kind of testimony. ChurchGist. But in closing there is a passage in Job 20: 4-5. It said, don’t you know, even from the beginning of the world that the triumphing of the wicked is for a short time, that if someone is a sinner and he is rejoicing and jubilating, He said the joy won’t last, the celebration won’t last.
One man came here years ago, we were still in the little hut behind me, what is your problem? He said he went to swallow a charm to make money and they told him that he would be very rich but that he will die after 7 years and he agreed to swallow it, at least 7 years of enjoyment and he swallowed it and instead of getting rich, nothing happened, years after years, every time people are shouting, Happy New Year! He will shout one year is gone and the thing he swallowed was biting him, so he came and we said, we know somebody who can drive that thing out, every plant that God has not planted will be rotted out, would you give your life to Jesus, he said, even before you say so. You know you can deceive the General Overseers but you can’t deceive God, but God is a God of mercy, occasionally he will give you a miracle on credit. ChurchGist. So, we prayed a simple prayer and he vomited the thing and the thing he vomited began to jump trying to run away, we had to pursue it and catch it and then we burnt it. Everything God has not planted in your system; it is coming out this week. The man jubilated a lot, he was singing and shouting. After sometime we didn’t see him in Church anymore, what happened? So, we followed him up.
Brother, what happened? Oh, they told me I swallowed that one wrongly. Really! You mean you have swallowed another one, he said yes. Okay! I’m telling you, the money came, we tried our best to bring him back to the Lord, instead he will say if you need money ask me, we said no, we don’t want money. When the seven years were almost expiring, he thought he was clever, he said this demon can only operate in Nigeria, he said he will run to Britain, you know there is money, he said the demons can only operate in hot weather, over there it is cold. You know there are people who think that demons are only in Africa, they think they can’t operate abroad. I told them, there are demons everywhere, the only difference between the demons in Nigeria and the demons in London is that the demons in Nigeria didn’t go to school, they’re illiterate and they’re easy to recognize. The demons in Nigeria can marry 27 wives in one day, it is easy to recognize, but you won’t find anybody in Nigeria marrying his dog, it is over there that you would see those kinds of demons.
Anyways! He thought there were no demons over there. He died on the plane! The rejoicing of the wicked is for a short time, if you want your jubilation to last forever, you better give your life to Jesus Christ, let His blood wash away your sins, then you can have a permanent jubilee for the rest of your life.
