-Being the last Sunday, God will perfect all that concerns you.
LIVING THE SUPERNATURAL LIFE – PART 2. God wants you and I to live the life of the supernatural. Supernatural simply means superior to the natural. When you live in the supernatural you control the affairs of life in the natural. Church Gist. And today we will be dwelling on “Health.” Health is man’s greatest asset after Salvation. Everything is grounded once a man’s health is at stake.
-Exodus 15:26. He is still healing, He will heal someone right now.
Israel for instance went through the Wilderness for 40 years. Psalm 105:37. Everywhere you see, God will always tell you money and health. 3 John 1:2. Health and wealth. God wants to give the two to you because they are very important. I was meditating and I have a way God speaks to me, I said: “Why are people attacking the Message of Prosperity?” He said: “Because they think that if the Church prospers then they will be all and all.” Church Gist. And I said: “How?” He said: “Most people who are angry with prosperity message (it is) because they are poor and they don’t want people to prosper. So you see them preaching against tithe. They think that the tithe is what determines the prosperity but that’s not it. You know? Jealousy is very demonic. When you prosper they say: “Well! If you don’t pay tithe this man will be broke.” Who told you that? Oh my God! We have passed that stage.
I will teach you prosperity whether you like it or not, it’s one of the messages that God gave to me. I suffered poverty so I will teach it so you come out of poverty and in this Church, those who know the truth know that they pay tithe and they are out (of poverty). Are you hearing me now? Check your Bible, everywhere God says health, He will say wealth! The two go together. If you’re broke, you can be sick. True? ‘Broke-ade’ causes sickness! Have you ever been broke and then they said: “See children’s school fees.” And all of a sudden your temperature went up from nowhere. Church Gist. If your landlord gives you quit notice to quit you just find out that all of a sudden your head begins to pain you ‘kaun-kaun’. Have you not gone to market and then you come back you look at your goods, you said: “These things they stole some money.” Nobody stole money. You say: “What? Tomatoes? It’s like this money they stole some.” Nobody stole. The prices of things have gone up, so you used to look at one big basket, all of a sudden you’re seeing one small basket you say: “Come! Hope these children did not steal my things.” They did not steal anything, poverty is the problem.
-You will never be a part of it.
As I’m speaking (about) health, I’m also speaking (about) wealth. If you don’t want to be prosperous, leave this Church. If you want to prosper, stay here. If you want to join the company of poor people, leave this Church. How many want to be poor? How many want to be wealthy? Then stay here. How many think that poverty is good? Church Gist. You think poverty is good? I’ve tasted it before, it is not good. Somebody asked you and said: “Help me!” You say: “God bless you.” (Laughing). He says: “I wan chop.” You say: “Thank God.” God go say: “Abeg! No be thank God, give am food to eat.”
-Not one person amongst us will be sick anymore!
1 Corinthians 6:19-20. He bought this body with a price, therefore it is to glorify God.
-Therefore, whatever makes this body to break down; I command it to come to an end.
Jesus came as a great physician.
Say with me: satan, you are not permitted to buffet, torment (and) afflict my body. It’s been bought with the precious blood of Jesus. Church Gist. He bought this body with a price; therefore, body hear this: You must glorify God! Glory to God!
The Word of God is the principal instrument for healing and staying in health. Psalm 107:20.
In this Service, we will be looking at 5 Keys for total health. How many want total health? Glory to God.
- Receive the Word.
If you want to live in total health, receive God’s Word. Psalm 119:130. John 1:5. When you receive God’s Word, light enters and sickness is darkness. Church Gist. So when you take in God’s Word it expels darkness. The more of God’s Word you take in, the more sickness leaves. Say I hear! - You must believe the Word.
The virtue of sound health flows on the ticket of faith. ‘Believe God’s Word’ means you must have faith. That’s what I mean. You must have what? (Faith) when you receive it (God’s Word). Luke 1:45. Church Gist. You have to stay on the integrity of God’s Word. If you want to enjoy sound health, you must have faith in the Word of God. No matter how bad your case, if you can only believe you will see the glory of God. So, ‘believe’ simply means, have faith in the Word of God.
Now listen carefully, I received the Word of God – Matthew 8:17. But I also believed it that; that Matthew 8:17 is real and that was how I came out of sickness. Have I told you before? Now, I received it – One, by getting the revelation but it didn’t stop there. I had to believe what I received that if Jesus took it then I don’t have it. Church Gist. So, if you want to live in sound health – One, receive the Word of God and then that Word you received what do you do? Believe it! That means have faith because without faith it’s impossible to do what? (Please God). Hebrews 11:6. That’s the second way! Is that true sir?
- Apply the Word.
Proverbs 4:13. To hold fast to instruction means apply yourself to His demands, that’s the meaning. Now! For instance, if you go to a medical doctor and you’re a patient, they will give you prescription. You must apply yourself to the prescription. Is that true? They say: “This prescription? Church Gist. This is it. This tablet, take it two times a day, take this one; once, three times a day.” I’m only giving you an instance. And you must follow the instructions. You must follow it to details, if not if you take the whole at one time, you may die. If they say: “Take two tablets, morning two tablets. You now say: “No! I want to combine six so that the sickness will go quick.” It’s overdose!
One man killed himself who was suffering from malaria, a police officer. They told him, one of the tablets. He now collected the six, took them (at) the same time, he went into coma and died. He thought that the more he takes (it), the quicker the sickness will go. He was not even a serious man, the person wey dey take bribe come take six tablets; he no go die? (Laughing). The man, he could not survive it. Before they took him to the hospital he was gone. Everybody said: “Which kind of foolishness is this?” How can he take six tablets? When they say: “Take two,” he now takes six thinking that the whole six will cure the sickness quick, quick. Church Gist. So you must follow prescription. You must follow what? (Prescription). You must follow prescription! Jesus happens to be our own great (physician) and He gave a number of instructions for our total health. He said: “If you do certain things you will not be sick.” Is that true? Listen carefully! Don’t assume you know, there are certain things you do that bring sickness and there are certain things you do that bring health. Say I hear! So you must follow what? (Instructions). You must apply the Word. There are things most of you are doing that are making you to be sick. There are things most of you need to do to be healthy. Is that clear? Are you getting me clearly? You must follow His what? Instruction.
If you want to live in sound health:
a. Learn to forgive.
Unforgiveness brings sickness. 1 John 3:14. Simple! You will be breaking down every day. Small thing they do to you, you carry it in your heart. Church Gist. Your chest will start paining you. Are you hearing what I’m saying? You may take all the drugs, chest pain will not go until you forgive. ‘You will abide in dead’ means you will ‘kpeme’ oo. God forbid!
Say with me: God forbid!
Will you forgive? Will you forgive your mother-in-law? (Laughing). Because fathers-in-law are never in that process, it’s mothers-in-law. Every woman? Not father-in-law (but) mother-in-law (Laughing). So forgive your mother-in-law that gave birth to the husband you love nah (Laughing). “I love my husband but I don’t love my mother-in-law.” You no see where you go love the chicken you no love egg? Forgive your mother-in-law. “She’s a witch!” I know! But forgive her. Since the witch gave birth to your husband – witch son! (Laughing). Forgive! It’s a funny thing! I’m not teaching marriage today so let me leave it abeg. Church Gist. You know? I used to tell women, every woman: “My mother-in-law.” Then, if the woman has a brother, he too will be accusing their mother saying: “Their mama na witch.” And you will never see a woman whose mother is a witch ooo, it’s only the mother-in-law that’s always a witch. Have you seen any woman say: “My mother is a witch?” Very few! Maybe one out of one million. It’s the mothers-in-law who are always witches but their own mothers? Saints! If the brother is married to somebody, that person will also call their mother: “Witch.” So and you that is calling your mother-in-law witch, you will soon be the mother-in-law. So you are the next witch on the line. (Laughing). So the earlier you forgive, the better.
b. Do not murmur.
Listen! Murmuring is an indication of a life of ingratitude. Do you hear me? Murmuring is an indication of a life of ingratitude. Anytime you make ‘nwunwunwu’, you are not grateful to God. 1 Thessalonians 5:18. In everything! Stop murmuring! You don’t have clothes? Thank God you have body! You don’t have food? Thank God you have stomach! Have you not seen some people they remove their intestines, they say: “This man? He has few days for him to go.” Murmuring is that you are not grateful to God and that can cause sickness. Church Gist. Are you hearing me now? There are some people who are principal complainers, they complain for everything. They never see any reason to thank God. As they come to Church, they say: “No! They say we should come to Church. Do you know landlord gave us notice to (quit)?” That you are qualified to even stay in a house. Landlord has not pushed you, he just gave you paper, the paper he gave you; God wants to give you a bigger house. Do you hear me? So thank God that you are not on the street, there are some people who are on the street. You are in the house, landlord only gave you paper. Some people now even by your side they are murmuring. “See the way e dey take talk, e no know say man never chop e dey talk ‘huhuhu’.”
Be joyful. Proverbs 17:22. Murmuring is a ‘nwunwunwu’. Refuse to have a broken spirit. Stop murmuring, be joyful! Do you want to live in sound health? Be joyful in everything. We were somewhere last week where there was a challenge. And a young man on the other faith said something that touched me. He said: “Sir, do you know why I had to stop? In the midst of the challenge…” He was not a believer oo, (he was) of the other faith. He said: “Sir, I discovered that you were smiling all through.” Church Gist. He said: “I just noticed that you didn’t frown even when the man was misbehaving, you were smiling.” He said: “That was what endeared me to you. I just said: “What kind of man is this?” Some of you, small thing you keep your face as if the world has ended. You think that some of us we don’t have challenges? Who told you? Anybody without challenges you are dead then, but we smile! Some of you small thing even when you go to Church, all these things I’m talking, for where? “If em like make em talk na em sabi.” I never chop e say make I dey smile. (Laughing). You think your own is the worst? We have sipped garri. You know garri? Those of you in the Western World you won’t know garri, it’s cassava in a powdered form and I was still laughing.
c. Do not fear.
Job 3:25. Fear is a torment. If you want to live in sound health, refuse to be what? The fear of sickness brings sickness. Proverbs 29:25. Fear is a trap of satan. Until you are terrified you can never be terrorized. Philippians 1:28. If you are afraid of any sickness, you will be a victim of it. Do you want to be in sound health? Refuse to be afraid. During COVID, they were shaking (hands) like this, a man of God came and did like this (Illustrating). I put my hand like this. I didn’t shake him. Church Gist. How will I now do like this (Illustrating)? You know? That time they were afraid to greet like this, they do like this (Greet with the elbow). He did like this, I just kept my hand. I said: “Me I will greet you like this, for what?” I said: “If you don’t want to shake me, you better leave.” Me will now take shoulder (to greet). We dey do Igbo greeting? You know COVID brought the… The whole world was greeting like Igbo people like this (Illustrating). Igbo people became the number one in the whole world. They will do like this (Illustrating). Say I hear! (Laughing). But people are so afraid. Some people are afraid, do you know? Some people, once they say there’s plague they say… If you know what I heard during COVID, you will laugh.
Some people said: “Sir, make sure that if you want to talk to people you put glass in front of you.” I said: “Chineke ee.” (Laughing). They said: “Put the glass! That through the glass you will be talking to people oo.” There’s no advice people did not give to me, they said: “Put glass so that you won’t have (COVID).” “Sir, you like to lay hands on the sick, don’t lay hands on any sick person oo.” Church Gist. I said: “Me, no lay hands? He said we shall lay hands on the sick and the sick shall recover. So I no go lay hands again? I will believe COVID more than (God’s Word)? Forget those things!” Some of you were afraid. I think we are sneezing now, who is running? That day if you sneeze, “Haa! Chineke ee!” That is, if there’s pepper in the atmosphere, won’t you sneeze? If you sneeze now nobody will run but that day if you sneeze everybody will look at you like. “Ah! Move away oo.” Refuse to be afraid! Say: “I refuse to be afraid.”
d. Be active in your service to God.
Exodus 23:25.
If you serve God, He will take sickness away from you. So, you don’t know what you’re losing (by) not serving God. When you serve God you live in sound health. Say I hear! And we took time to dissect that. Church Gist. No so? Last Sunday we talked about service. Is that true? So take time to serve God. Tell your neighbour: Serve God! Tell your neighbour: You want to enjoy sound health? Serve God. So you want to live in health? Serve God!
-You will enjoy (sound) health. Shout hallelujah!
e. Give God glory at all times.
Herod refused to give God glory, he was smitten to death. Many people die untimely through sickness because they don’t give glory to God. They say: “You know? I’m a Professor of Mathematics, when I solve, final!” Church Gist. God will say: “Now! Your two hands will not work so you won’t be able to solve. Oya! Use your mouth to be solving.” (Laughing). He was smitten to death because he gave God, not the glory. Acts 12:23. If you want to live in sound health? Give God what? The glory.
- Declare the Word.
“I can’t be sick.” That’s what to say. Proverbs 18:21. You cannot be talking sickness and expect health. “The inhabitants should not say: ‘We are sick.” Isaiah 33:24. Some of you, before even they ask you: “I get high fever. You no even fit tell me sorry – High fever.” (Laughing). Where did you get it from? Which market? “So you no fit tell me sorry – High fever! I get am!” (Laughing). “I can’t be sick.” Church Gist. And he says: “Na wetin I go talk?” “I know by His stripes, I’ll be healed.” Somebody says: “What’s happening?” “I will get better, my body is doing somehow but I know I will get better.” But you don’t say: “I have cancer, I have kidney failure, I have…” Not me oo, that’s the person. You have this! Stop talking like that! Stop talking sickness! Some people they think it’s for people to pity them, they say: “For one week, you never even ask of me, I dey sick oo.” My friend, stop talking rubbish, declare the Word of God. - Demonstrate the Word.
God weighs your actions to determine the manifestations. 1 Samuel 2:3b. You can’t say you are healed and you carry blanket to cover your body. Are you getting me? If you say you are well, get up from your bed and go ahead and do something. Don’t say: “I’m well, take Robb nah, rub.” They now cover you and you say: “But I’m well. I’m well! Cover me!! I’m well! Cover me well, well.” If you are well, get up! When I said: “I’m okay!” I told them: “Give me food to eat.” Are you hearing me? Don’t say you are well and then you look…” Some even say: “I’m rich!” Then the way they even look, you’ll pity them. Church Gist. “Our Church, they say: “I’m rich! Very, very rich! I no get transport money oo.” (Laughing). How can you say you are rich and then your action is contradicting the statement? “You know? In our Church, they said we should not talk about how… “I’m very, very rich!! Find me transport na!!” You are not rich anything, tell the person to find you transport. Your action is contradicting the Word of God. Say I hear! “This year, I go marry!! I know say God go give me husband! Nobody dey look me sef oo, nobody! E be like say I ‘wowo’ too much?” Your action has spoilt the whole thing. Is that true? Are you getting me now? You want people to sympathize with you? You want people to pity you, are you in the pit? 1 Samuel 1:18. You see her action? She was laughing.
I’m not pretending, I’ve never frowned my face – From one suit. If you’re an old member… I’ll be laughing. Suit where? One coat! There’s a difference between suit and coat. Suit is what I’m wearing now, you know coat? Do you know? How many of you know coat? Church Gist. Have you worn coat before? Oh! You’ve not worn coat eh? So all your life it’s suit you have been wearing? Thank you oo. Coat! (Laughing). You see this linen? It will overflow, e go come out like this (Laughing). You have to use iron to push it. Then when you are preaching, you see it come out more than the cloth here. It will come out like this. Then the back, it will overflow; you have to use needle to raise it up!
You know that kind of coat? If you go to dry cleaner, the two hands will not be equal. As you come back? One will be like this, one will be like this; you’ve not seen coat. Coat! When you finish ironing, this place they will not be equal, they will go like this. That’s coat! That’s what? That’s coat. Even with coat, I was very happy. I said: “Praise the Lord! Hallelujah!” Some people will say: “This man is he okay?” I’m very, very okay! I did not say: “Oh! God, you called me now, I’m wearing coat.” Church Gist. I wore one black shoe, the shoe saw pepper. I wore it till the shoe broke “gbowam.” You know? When shoe break eh? If you move, it will go like this (Illustrating). When you’re moving, you think that you have another thing on your legs. You have to move with ‘guy’ because if you move normally, it will be making sound. So you have to be walking like you are making ‘guy’. It’s not ‘guy’, the shoe is disengaging like this – Yes! Go back, welcome! Like wiper on your car. I was not bothered.
The day I dropped the shoe another person said: “Give me that shoe!” I said: “What?” (Laughing). I never say: “Oh God! Why will my shoe do like this?” For where? I still remember the black shoe oo. I can tell you the picture of the shoe. You know wetin I say: “You know when you wear clothes, you will never forget it even (after) 50 years.” I wore the shoe, the shoe sef knew that I wore it – from my wedding shoe. Hmm!” (Laughing). Church Gist. When I say this shoe don tire me, somebody said: “Give me this shoe.” I said: “Ah! Ah! So somebody wants this shoe?” My friend, calm down! Don’t kill yourself over something. Are you hearing me now? So what have I said? Receive the Word, believe the Word, apply the Word, declare the Word and demonstrate the Word. You will enjoy sound health. Shout hallelujah!
When Ebola came, you all know the story of Ebola and COVID. It was John 6:53-54.
That means if I eat it (communion), I have life. Listen! If I don’t eat, I don’t have life. If I eat it? (I have life). So, can I have His life and die untimely? Don’t say you know it oo, listen! Revelation! Rhema is different from just assuming. (Illustrating). After this kind of service, I don’t say taking drug is wrong, please don’t misquote me oo. But settle down nah! Church Gist. Settle down and say: “God heal me nah!” Than all these every morning (drug). Do you know drug? Haa! Okay! You think say I never take drug before? They will give you 8 hours, 8 hours, 8 hours! So you are controlled. Sometimes you have to wake up at midnight because the 8 hours will fall around 2 a.m. They say: “This one? Make sure every six, six hours.” You go dey calculate, six hours? 9 p.m? That means 3 a.m. You will now set your alarm – 3 a.m. 9 a.m., 3 p.m. Okay! So even when you’re with people, you say: “I dey come oo.”
You know? In those days, how many of you were born in those days? When your grandmother was taking snuff. You know snuff? (Illustrating). So you now, your children will be looking (at) you by 3 o’clock doing like this, “Bring me that thing.” Your own now is not snuff, it’s tablets. You didn’t meet snuff, how many of you met snuff? Okay! You met snuff! They will do like this (Illustrating). “Anwuru, anwuru” (Translated in Igbo Language: Snuff). Church Gist. So you now, since you no dey take snuff; what are you taking?” That will be like chief drug. My friend, hear word oo. John 6:54. He said: “If you take His flesh and His blood, you will have His life.” Let me ask you one question: Can you have His life and that sickness stay in your body? Can you have His life and cancer stay in your body? Can you have His life and diabetes stay in your body? Can you have His life and any disease stay in your body? Can the two stay together? Oh my God! Do you believe the Word of God? John 6:54. He didn’t say: “Whoso eateth bread.” He calls it ‘His flesh’! What makes it work? Faith! John 6:54. Now! Can any sickness stay in Him? Can any disease stay in Him? He’s giving you His own life in exchange for your life.
Now listen carefully before I round off, when He was on earth – Jesus. And He stepped in anywhere, death walked out. Physically when He stepped into the room of Jarius’ daughter. As He walked in like this physically, the girl was dead at the age of 12. Death walked out, she woke up. True? He stepped into the Tomb of Lazarus and stood like this, death walked out. Church Gist. Life entered Lazarus, true? Now this is a mystery, He said: “As you partook of this, which is My flesh and this is My blood.” He is the one entering your body, that means death will walk out. How many understand it? That time He came physically but He said: “I’m going to give you another mystery by the communion table. As you take it, it’s Me entering you and My blood is you.” So when He enters your body, sickness will do what? How many can see it?
Say: As I partake of His flesh. Whose flesh? (Jesus) and what? His blood. Every sickness will do what? And I will receive eternal life, the very life of God. Do you understand it?
With that faith in you, go ahead and declare it in the name of Jesus!

Somebody who wants results don’t pray like that, you are talking to the devil. As I partake of this flesh and blood, satan! For Jesus to say: “Lazarus! Come forth!” You know it’s with authority. With what? (Authority). Your words determine the effect. He said: “Lazarus!” For the people to hear Him, He shouted with authority. Church Gist. As I partake of His flesh and blood, every disease in my body: “Get out of my body now! Out! I receive a sound health! My health is restored! I can’t have His flesh and blood and cancer and pain remain in me, do you understand now? With authority! “Eh! Sickness, if you like to go, you go! Taah! Open your mouth with authority and declare in the name of Jesus!

-In Jesus’ mighty name! As we partake of His flesh and of His blood, whatever is not in Jesus Christ will not be in us. And anyone at the point of death with any kind of terminal disease including cancer, diabetes, name it! Diabetes can’t stay in Him! Cancer can’t stay in Him. Whatever cannot stay in Jesus that is in you is cursed in the name of Jesus. Pain can’t survive in Him, internal heat can’t survive in Him, body bringing out pus…
A pastor came to me. He said: “Sir, my wife just discharges pus from parts of her body. “ He said: “It is a type of cancer.” He called the name of the cancer.
-Now! In the name of Jesus! I decree as you partake of His flesh and blood in the name of Jesus, cancer is cursed in the name of Jesus! No matter the sickness and the disease, in the name of Jesus Christ, His flesh and blood rescue you right now! Church Gist. Eternal life will swallow every demonic attack in the name of Jesus! The same flesh and blood of Jesus that healed Ebola, healed COVID. No matter the sickness known by name, today is the last day you will suffer it in the name of Jesus! Your health will be fully restored! You will be made perfectly whole in Jesus’ mighty name!
