I have been married for about 18 years now and have seen tremendous growth and development based on the light God graciously keeps showing me. Marriage as an institution is the oldest and the most rewarding if run according to the syllabus of God! Just like the little hinges that turn our doors, there are very important things that run a successful marriage . Knowing these things and practising them makes a marriage to flourish and not suffocate. One of these hinges of marriage is STOPPING IRRITATION AT YOUR SPOUSE AND LOVING ON THEM! When a person is easily irritated at their spouse, their love for them crashes. This affects their goodwill for their spouse, support for their spouse, praying for their spouse and romance in the marriage . The marriage this afflicted then begins to sink into the pit of darkness.
The simple way to overcome irritation in marriage is to make a firm choice under God to start loving on your spouse continually!
When a person loves on their spouse, their heaven opens and the blessings of God begins to pour down torrentially upon them like an endless flood of water!
