We were in a meeting many years ago and I think, ’96 and this man said to me, ‘Brother David, where did you get this electric brain from?’ Church Gist. We just finished a seminar in that city, one of those too men there hosted us to a dinner and he asked that question. I just smiled. Every child of God has the mind of Christ; the mind that created the entire world. You can’t be a dullard.
- Therefore, by the anointing today, whatever represents the challenge in your studies is over turned for a testimony!
You heard somebody saying, ‘Lord, I want to know how to read.’ How many heard that testimony? He began to read to the point that he could come to this platform to share testimony. A woman came to our Bible school in the old Church, had no word of English. She wanted to turn back when she came in and she decided by whatever counsel to wait. Church Gist. First time she was hearing Greek; second time her understanding was opening. Third time, she was writing. John 7:15. Miracle God! She sat down there till she heard English; she heard English till she could write. Her love for the Word changed her story. She wanted this training by all means.

We need the spirit of love to sustain our love for God against all odds. Romans 5:5.
But we can only be imparted with any virtue by those who have it. Acts 3:6. Can I tell you this: my open desire is to leave for every single member of this Church, the hidden treasure of Matthew 6:33. Church Gist. There is no way you can fail in your life; no devil, no witches in your family, no diabolical forces, no generational curse can make you a failure. If you sign up like I did, September 12, 1976, you’re done.
- In the precious name of Jesus, nobody will sell their birthright here for a morsel of meal.
Matthew 25:9. We don’t buy with money so don’t be a Simon the great. You buy with a thirst; a crave. I never sowed a one dime seed to Kenneth Hagin when I received the mantle from him. The heart, a panting; Lord whatever makes Hagin Hagin, I want it. Church Gist. And then the Spirit of God came. I saw it. To buy does not mean to look for money. All those people say, “I buy into the anointing, it’s nonsense! It is not in the Bible.” You don’t buy into the anointing with money. If you read very well, Acts 8, it wanted to turn like a curse. Acts 8:18-20.
You know there was a time here where they just keep (not in this Church), they keep putting money on people’s head as they are preaching. What kind of life? That’s the Bible they are using. I think they are tired now. After sometime they moved some buckets to the front. Church Gist. They are preaching, they just drop (demonstrates). No Bible, no pen, no nothing; just a display! Religious display! It’s not life. To buy with a panting, a crave, a desperation; whatever makes this man this man, I want it. That’s the way to get it.
I was in one of those cities here sometimes many years back, and I said, “last night, Hagin spoke to you, this morning, Copeland will speak to you.” I was under that cloak. Church Gist. These things are not theoretical. Any one desperate for the same order of the spirit of love, today, you are returning with it.
- You never be a concern to anybody anymore but a blessing to everyone that comes across you
- You never hide your salvation from anybody anymore. Everybody will know you are a son and a bona fide daughter of God.
- Your Christianity will not be limited to the Church alone. It will impart positively on people around your life.
- Your love for God will guard your steps against satanic union. You will not get into marriage before you discover that you have married to satan.
These are all the diverse coverings that we enjoy with the spirit of love. All listed heroes in Bible history were celebrated lovers of God. Church Gist. The likes of Abraham – my friend (love is the code of friendship), David – a man with a heart for me, Solomon loved the Lord before he derailed, Nehemiah was burning with passion to restore the dignity of Israel, Peter the Apostle – ‘I love you Lord’ and we saw that displayed at Pentecost and forward, Paul the Apostle, Romans 8:35-37, and Paul is still speaking today.
- There are many of you if Jesus tarries a thousand years after your mission on Earth is over, they will still be referencing you!
The same trend applies to all heroes of our contemporary times: R. G. LeTourneau was a roadside mechanic but lived by Matthew 6:33 as the golden rule of his life. He asked them to inscribe that on his tomb. And an illiterate roadside mechanic founded a university. An Illiterate roadside mechanic invented the digger that supplied more than 50% of all the Earth moving equipments used in World War II. Church Gist. God will come to him in the night and be showing him what to do, how to join the wires, how to put the things together. A heart for God! He was dominated by God and he dominated his world. It is love that gets you dominated by God to dominate your world.
