BEHIND EVERYTHING THAT LASTS IS WISDOM. EVERYONE IN MINISTRY MUST MAKE WISDOM THEIR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY.
JESUS WAS AN EMBODIMENT OF SPIRITUALITY AND INTELLECTUALISM, MANY PEOPLE JUST PRAY AND NOT REASON.

Earlier Pastor Paul said Pastor David didn’t maintain his lane but when Pastor Paul preached he took all the lanes so I don’t know what lane I am standing in now.
January 1980, I was privileged by the orchestration of the Holy Spirit to meet with God’s servant, my father Bishop David Oyedepo who at the first touch or tap on my back while I was in prayer told me “Hey! Get ready to share the word”. I said no I am not built for the word. I am grateful to God that ever since then, he has not stopped tapping me. Church Gist. My primary duty is not to preach with him and I say that with all sense of seriousness and sincerity. God sent me with a mission to serve him and that has not changed. So serving him is primary, preaching is semi-primary. It is as he sends, I go by it and the results which God gives him, He gives me a bit of it. I am grateful to you Sir for all of the privileges given.
What has been assigned to me to talk on is WISDOM IS THE MASTER BUILDER. This subject matter takes us from the realm of power ministries to future building ministries. As it is in every building, wisdom is required and wisdom is about skill development, leading to expertise, giving birth to excellence. Not all groundbreakers are wise builders. Church Gist. We have had so many short-lived ministries, too many crusades, so many churches been built but have no reference point today. We must grow from being groundbreakers to becoming wise builders. Behind every building that lasts is wisdom. God, Himself is the first builder.
Psalm 104:24, Proverbs 3:19.
We have many founded ministries but few established ministries. Ministries founded but not established is a waste of destiny. Today we see many founders departing and as they depart, the work departs. Please note that God is not just the God of power, He is the God of wisdom. Jeremiah 10:12. God founds by power and establishes by wisdom. Nothing spans beyond plan. God did not only create the world, He planned the world for generations to come. Church Gist. That is why you find out that the discoveries made by men today did not happen today. God has founded them from the foundation of the world. The things God’s servant was sharing with us this morning about structure are things planned for generations to come if Jesus tarries. The generation to come will not be asking questions, it is already planned and documented.
Proverbs 8:22-30
Wisdom was the first companion of God. The first consultant to God was wisdom. God took wisdom as His number one companion. So everyone in ministry should make wisdom number 1 priority. Before God’s servant went into ministry, He said God told him “I will not have you go the way others have gone. I will have you receive laying on of hands so you can be filled with the spirit of wisdom “ and that is what is working till today. Church Gist. Wisdom without any sense of comparison. Can you find out how many ministries started 41 years ago and where by the grace of God is where this is today? Behind everything that lasts is wisdom. Wisdom is the master builder.
The word builds as we have learnt it in Acts 20:32 but wisdom is the master builder. The word of God is raw, wisdom is the derivations, the processes that come out of the word of God. The word is crude just like crude oil but you can’t get the best until it is processed. Wisdom is the processed word of God. Don’t forget that God is a God not just of power but of wisdom also. Jesus Christ is the power and wisdom of God. 1 Corinthians 1:24. Christ, first of all, came representing the power of God and then the wisdom of God and we saw the two displayed in His ministry, He used power to attract people, He used wisdom to build them. Church Gist. Matthew 16:18. Jesus was an embodiment of spirituality and intellectualism. Luke 2:40. He was a heavy man of the spirit but filled with wisdom, the combination of the two brought grace upon his life. He was given to praying but at the same time reasoning. Praying and reasoning. Many of us are just praying and not reasoning. He gathered people by power but built them into a house that is called the Church today. It may take prayer to break the ground but you need wisdom to build on it.
