Apostle Iren while admonishing believers to be purpose driven, shared how Pastor E.A. Adeboye fed 5 million people in the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) last Convention.
He told the congregation that no one can pray into another man’s purpose. He stated “prayer is more efficacious in your own path.” He further illustrated how 5 million people gathered in Pastor Adeboye led RCCG last Convention. “There is no gathering in the World that gathers 5 million people physically” – he remarked.
He further said that the most remarkable thing is not just the 5 million people that gathered but they were fed twice a day for the duration of the Convention (one week). He also remarked that no government in Nigeria can match that feat.
The shocking part is that it wasn’t an achievement as they didn’t publicize it and it wasn’t carried by the media. “How do you pray into such grace?” – He asked.
“There are people who are like a government. Such people even if you are to journey on this Earth twice, you won’t be able to accomplish their feat” – he stated. He encouraged believers to face their purpose and pray in alignment with their God given purpose.
