Pastor E.A. Adeboye shared on ‘The Shadow Of the Almighty’ at the June Thanksgiving Service. He said, “The shade of the Almighty is God’s protection over you. It might be something completely unseen.” Church Gist. He went further to say that this shade is over the Redeemed Christian Church of God. He gave the testimony of an RCCG Branch in Lagos Nigeria that was spared from being burnt saying that this testimony also made National news.
He said, “A tanker jumped a bridge and landed in an estate called Otedola Estate. It burnt the first house, jumped to the third house and burnt it. There is a house in between House One and Three, not a touch of fire. There was a bus parked at the back of that house, no touch of fire, a garden by that second house, no touch of fire. That second house is a building of the Redeemed Christian Church of God!”
He indulged those living in Lagos to go and see for themselves and concluded by saying that the secret place of The Most High, the shadow of The Almighty, was what preserved the second building.
