He used the biblical account of King Jehoshaphat to illustrate how divine intervention can be unleashed through praise, leading to victory without any form of physical combat.
While recounting the story of King Jehoshaphat who was surrounded by three mighty kings and an impending battle he couldn’t possibly win. Church Gist. Instead of fighting, Jehoshaphat chose to praise God. “He didn’t do any fighting; he just did a lot of praising,” Pastor Adeboye stated. He reiterated that God fights for those who choose to praise Him.
He further explained that just as Jehoshaphat’s enemies destroyed themselves and wealth changed hands, we also can experience similar miraculous outcomes when we choose to praise God amidst our challenges.
