I want to thank God that Daddy GO is still alive and this celebration has come.
I want to thank our Elders for bringing the 7th edition of this Annual Public Lecture, may God bless and keep you to the end.
I want to thank the lecturers of today. I pray God will continue to use you more and more.
We all know that there is distress all over. Jesus is the way out of distress and everyone one of us Christians have the answer that Jesus is the way of distress. We have to wake up for the challenge.
There should be no christian who should be comfortable looking at others and saying ‘it is sin that has brought me to this level’. This is the time to wake up, you are the Light of the World. Don’t abuse the Light because it is better when there is darkness and there is darkness around the nations.
Mathew 25:34-45
There is going to be an inheritance at the end of the day. People are into several distress but there is a passage that calls for you and me, Ezekiel 22:30. God is seeking for you and me to do something, whatever you see around you, don’t close your eyes. This is a call to arise because Jesus didn’t see us in distress and leave us there. It is time to be like Christ and act like Him.
Let us all check ourselves, are you a Christian? I am challenging all of us this day to examine ourselves if we are still in the Lord. Have we feed the poor? Clothes the naked? Think about this because we are the church of God. I pray we shall not abuse our light.
- Say Father, don’t let me abuse the Light You have made me to be. Help me to remove distress from my environment.
