This morning we are looking at God’s Word in what has been captioned, “RECEIVING THE MIRACLE OF INSTANT HEALING.” I’ll like each one of us to have our eyes fixed on God this morning because today will mark the end of every affliction. It’s important to note that God is not only willing to heal us, but he is eager to heal us. Jeremiah 8:20-22. Church Gist. God made it very clear there: for the hurt of the daughter of my people I am hurt. Every moment that you are in pain, every moment that you are afflicted, God is affected. I’ll like us to understand it this morning just like the affliction of a child will have an effect on the mother, in the same vein the affliction of the believer has an effect on the Saviour because he did not come just to save your soul, but he came to save your body.
- Therefore this morning, whatever is afflicting your body shall be terminated on this mountain!
So, he is not only willing to heal, but he is eager to heal. He is in a hurry to heal, in a haste to heal. For somebody hearing my voice this morning, Jesus will heal you now! That’s why all through the Scriptures, we find out that those Jesus came across, he was always in a hurry to heal them and the response to his healing power was instant manifestation. Church Gist. Luke 6:6-10. What the Scribes and Pharisees were simply saying was, “Jesus, we don’t have a problem with you healing but don’t heal now. Wait till later.” Verse 8-10. In other words Jesus was saying, I can see your condition today, I will not wait to bring your solution tomorrow. I have good news for somebody here this morning, God can see your condition today, he will not delay your solution till tomorrow!
So Jesus said, yes I know it is the Sabbath day but because I can see the condition today, I will not wait till tomorrow to bring the solution. Church Gist. Again I pray for somebody hearing my voice, whatever condition you came with here today, God will give you the solution today!
Luke 13:11-13.
- Somebody hearing my voice this morning, at the touch of Jesus, you will be immediately healed!
The Bible makes it very clear to us, that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever. Whatever he did yesterday, he is still doing today. Church Gist. So if he healed instantly yesterday, he is still healing instantly today. Somebody hearing my voice, this 17th of September will be your own day to remember! God will give you your instant miracle!
But it is important for us to understand that every miracle from God is a response to the faith of man. Until your faith is in place, your miracle you cannot take. Faith is the taker! If you’re going to take delivery of your miracle, then faith is a non-negotiable factor. Church Gist. This is very important we must understand: until your faith comes alive, your miracle does not come on the line. Faith is the connecting point between man and his miracle. The source of the miracle is God, the connection to the miracle is faith. So faith is a non-negotiable factor when it comes to the receipt of your miracle. Matthew 9:27-29. So faith is the connecting point to whatever miracle you desire. It’s important to note that the ability of God is beyond the challenges of man. God has more power than man can have problems. Church Gist. The power of God outweighs the problems of man but the faith of man is what determines the power that man experiences. So faith is a non-negotiable factor that’s why we are told in 1 John 5:4. Now listen to me very carefully, look at the problem that you came with, whatever name it is called, I’ll like you to know that God’s power is more than that problem. You came with cancer may be, but the power of God is more than cancer. May be they called it HIV, but the power of God is more than HIV. We heard a testimony this morning of cerebral palsy – that is a condition without any solution. It is an immune problem that has its source in the brain but yet the power of God was more than the problem of that child. The child was treated in Nigeria, no solution. Taken to United Kingdom, all manner of specialists, no solution. But when the power of God came, that day the child stood up and began to walk. Why? God’s power is more than man’s problems. Don’t get carried away by the complicated names they call it, the power of God supercedes the problems of man. Church Gist. Ephesians 3:20. So there is a power that supercedes the problem.
- For somebody hearing my voice today, that power will go to work on your behalf!
So no matter what it is that your condition may be, recognise that the power of God is more than sufficient to overturn that challenge. But what you require to connect with that power is simply your faith. 2 Corinthians 1:9-10. Many terminal sicknesses are simply death sentences – that’s all they are but hear what Paul said – 2 Corinthians 1:9-10. Church Gist. There comes a point where the challenges you are facing, have no solution in flesh, no man can give the answer to it. 2 Corinthians 1:9-10. His power is not only in the past but he doth also deliver us now. In case the devil is planning another sentence, he said he will yet deliver because he is the same yesterday, today and forever.
- Therefore, every sentence of death, every verdict of destruction that has been labelled on you, or anyone you are standing in the gap for, today, that sentence shall be cancelled!
Isaiah 38:1-5. No matter what has been written off concerning you, may be they have told you that this is the time you can live for, may be they have told you that your life will be lived on drugs, may be they have told you that this condition can never change, whatever sentence has been written against you, by the authority of Jesus Christ, that sentence is cancelled today!
Colossians 2:13-14. Listen: That medical condition that the doctor has written on that paper, it said he blotted out the ordinances that were written against us and took it out of your way. Colossians 2:14. Listen to me very carefully: every strike of the nail on the hand of Jesus was a pinning of your condition to the Cross. Church Gist. That means that that condition does not belong on your body, it belongs on the Cross of Jesus and whatever they wrote your name on and said, Mr so and so has this, it said, he blotted it out, he cleaned your name from it. They said HIV Mr Kunle, he cleaned Kunle from there – it does not belong to Kunle. No matter what the condition is that they attached your name to, he has blotted it out and taken it out. That means from this day, your liberty is established!
So your faith must come alive. Don’t be in this service just thinking that the Word is for somebody else. Don’t forget we said it earlier, the power of God is more sufficient than the problems of man but the connecting point to that power is your faith. God requires nothing but your faith. Hebrews 11:6. So faith is non-negotiable. 1 Corinthians 2:4-5. So the connecting point to power is faith. Power is present but faith is needed. Church Gist. Acts 14:8-9. Paul said, my preaching and teaching was not with enticing words of man’s wisdom…1 Corinthians 2:4-5, when the man heard Paul speak…Acts 14:9, inside the Word Paul was speaking was power but inside the man that was hearing was faith. He perceived that this man had faith to be healed and look at what he said, Acts 14:10 – normally you should stand up, you should walk, before you jump up. But his own was upside down, because faith was loaded in his heart. Is there somebody here with faith in his or her heart? I’ll like you to know that when faith is in your heart, natural protocols are cut. Even when a child is learning to walk, a child does not jump before he walks. He crawls first, stands first, holds somebody’s hand to walk first, leaves their hand and then starts walking before the child can start jumping. Church Gist. But when this man’s faith came in, the protocol was reversed. He started with jumping and then began to walk. His miracle was instantly delivered at the frequency of faith.
People of God this morning, I’d like us to know that what God requires of you and me is one thing and that is faith. Church Gist. With God is power but in man there must be faith. Psalm 62:11. So what God requires of you today, is simply your faith.
Quickly this morning, it’s important we understand that when it comes to the administration of God’s power, there are certain instruments that he engages and one of those instruments will be engaged this morning and that is the instrument of the prophetic mantle. Church Gist. What is a prophetic mantle? It is a clothing material that has come in contact with an anointed servant of God. Acts 19:10-11. When you read that it will look as if Paul’s hand went everywhere but look at Acts 19:12. So that material that was taken from Paul carried an overflowing unction on it. Now listen very carefully – Acts 19:11 – so when the mantles are placed, it is not man that works, it is God that works. So our faith must be connected to God: Lord as this mantle will reach out to me, let the power therein flow in my direction. Somebody says, why is it so important? Because it is not the touch that heals, it is the touch of faith that heals. Church Gist. You’ll agree with me that you can plug a device to a switch and the device will not be charging. Not because there is no power in the switch, but because the switch is not on. There is power there but it’s not on. You see, faith is your on-switch – the power may be loaded there but it is faith that switches it on. So I’ll like each one of us today to engage with faith. Those who come without faith touch clothes but those who come with faith touch power. You know Jesus said concerning the woman with the issue of blood, somebody has touched me…Luke 8:45-48. Those who come without faith touch clothes but those who come with faith touch power. Church Gist. Therefore this morning, as your faith comes alive, the power of God will flow in your direction.

In the name of Jesus, I declare this morning, by all the unction that backs this commission, every affliction and oppression of the devil over your life is broken right now! Church Gist. By the encounter of today, every growth in your body is commanded to be dissolved! Every virus in your blood is commanded to be neutralized! I command right now that every siege on your health is shattered! Every fibroid in your womb is commanded to be dissolved in the name of Jesus!
I declare this morning, every problem with your sight is healed! Every problem with your hearing is healed! Every problem with your breathing is healed! Every pain in your body is healed! Every stiffness of your joints is healed! Every problem in the brain is healed! Church Gist. Every malfunctioning organ in your body is commanded to be healed! That kidney is healed! Liver is healed! Those lungs are healed! Those intestines are healed in the name of Jesus! Every movement in your body by the authority of Jesus Christ is commanded to be ended now! Every stranger occupying your body is commanded out now!
Every curse ravaging your life is broken now in the name of Jesus! I declare total liberty! Stroke is healed now! Hepatitis is healed now! High blood pressure is healed now! Hypertension is healed now! Every strange sensation, there are some that there is no diagnosickness – you are not sick but you are not well. By the authority of Jesus Christ, I declare that siege over now in the name of Jesus! Church Gist. Epilepsy is healed now! Every disorder in your system that is whatever that is not the way God designed it to be, inside anyone’s body, by the authority of Jesus, I declare it totally healed! Every broken or dislocated bone is commanded to be healed! Arthritis and rheumatism are commanded to be healed in the name of Jesus Christ!
Every chain that has tied you down in affliction is commanded to be loosed now! So shall it be in Jesus’ precious name. We will praise God right now and as we do, begin to check your body! Church Gist. Faith does not watch; faith moves! Take action! Do what you couldn’t do before!
