WHEN YOU SEE IT AS YOUR RIGHT, THEN THERE WON’T BE ANY ESSENCE IN YOUR HEART TO GIVE GOD THANKS, THEREBY DISREGARDING GOD.
ANY MAN OR WOMAN THAT DISREGARDS THE HAND OF GOD, THE WORKINGS OF GOD, SUFFERS FOR IT.
THERE IS NO GIFT OF THANKSGIVING, IT IS AN ATTITUDE WE CULTIVATE.
LEARN TO GIVE GOD THANKS AND YOU HAVE LEARNT TO MOVE TO THE NEXT LEVEL.

Our Father, our God, we are before You and Your Word this morning. Thank You for what You are doing to us as a people and as individuals we are grateful. We have come to say Thank You. You are awesome in all ways, to You be all the glory. Father, this morning send Your Word like never before, do us good and advance us in the course of Your blessings. Thank You mighty God. Holy Spirit, do what only You will do again and let Jesus alone be glorified. Thank You Father, in Jesus holy name we have prayed.
I am deeply grateful to God and to Leadership for the privilege given me to bring us this exhortation line and I do believe that the grace at work in Leadership will find expression through me today in Jesus name.
We began our exhortation line for this week yesterday, it’s captioned:
THANKSGIVING, GATEWAY TO OUR NEXT LEVELS OF BLESSINGS.
Please know as the Redeemed of the Lord, next level of experience is what God has ordained for our lives. We are redeemed for next level of experience. Also know this that every redeemed child of God is redeemed into blessings, God brought us from the kingdom of darkness into the kingdom of light, into blessings, but these blessings are in levels of weight. They are progressive, they are continuous from one level to another.
Jeremiah 29:11
God has plans for us and these plans are for the Redeemed, they are for next level of blessings.
Proverbs 4:18 – God has ordained that the path of the justified in Jesus enjoys shining every day. It is God’s will that your path, my path enjoys shining; brighter by the day. That is why in this Commission, there is no better last year. Church Gist. We have heard it again and again. We are justified by God and we are doing what God wants us to do, then this scripture comes to pass deliberately in our lives. That is God’s plan and I tell you God is set to do new things again.
Isaiah 43:19
I will do a new thing for those who are justified, who are following me. I have ordained you to bless you and that blessing must find full expression in your life. So as the justified of the Lord, our path is ordained to shine brighter and brighter. there is what we call the Next Levels for everyone of us and God is the One that takes us there and thanksgiving is one of the ways to get there.
Thanksgiving is a vital key to our next levels in life. Everyone of us is redeemed to enjoy next level. There is a level called next; next and higher; higher and better for everyone of us and we are ordained to be that and it is thanksgiving that is the key.
1 Thessalonians 5:18
Put it this way: In everything you find yourself, give thanks because in every one in Christ Jesus, God wills it that we should give Him thanks in every situation. This is the will of God for all of us who are in Christ Jesus. Give thanks and because thanksgiving will open great doors.
Please note this morning that we need the hand of God to take us to our next levels in life and this hand of God, it takes genuine thanksgiving to secure this hand of God. This hand of God that will take us to the next level in life takes genuine thanksgiving to secure the hand of God.
John 6:5-11
The Bible records that they had 12 baskets extra. So it follows therefore that thanksgiving ushers us into the multitude phase of life. You want to enter that multitude phase of life where everything becomes sufficient, please plug into thanksgiving.
It is a good thing to give God thanks. Church Gist. There is no gift of thanksgiving, it is an attitude we cultivate. Learn to give God thanks, you have learnt to move to the next level. Thanksgiving is what God desires of us.
-I tell you this everyone of us, God has ordained us to enter the next level phase, that shall be your testimony, in the name of Jesus Christ.
2 Corinthians 3:18
There is no one to be exempted from enjoying this next phase if we must behold with open face, if we must be ready to learn what it takes to enter this phase.
-I believe that this morning, God will show us greater things in the name of Jesus Christ.
This morning, let’s look at:
THANKSGIVING, GATEWAY TO OUR NEXT LEVEL OF BREAKTHROUGHS.
Psalm 100:4
What it simply means is that the gate to the House of God is opened with the key of thanksgiving. The master key is thanksgiving and it is in this House of God that we secure our breakthroughs. So if you want to enter in, to enjoy breakthroughs, then let thanksgiving be your portion.
Jeremiah 30:19 – Simply put, we trigger our multiplication and our glorification by thanksgiving.
Until thanksgiving proceeds, there won’t be glorification, there won’t be multiplication and God is set to glorify us. Church Gist. Just waiting for us to give Him thanks.
Everything roundabout our tabernacle, our blessings shall be established. Even those that are saying evil about us without our knowledge, God says, “He will punish them”, just because you are giving Him thanks – Jeremiah 30:20
-I see us by the privilege of thanksgiving launched into a greater realm this time, in the name of Jesus Christ.
Jeremiah 30:21 – That means there won’t be any small one in our midst as we embrace the attitude of thanksgiving.
That is why He says, “I will glorify them, I will multiply them” and so these blessings are reserved for those who genuinely give God thanks.
The blessings listed in (Jeremiah chapter 30) verses 19, 20: they are for those who give God genuine thanksgiving.
Please note this morning, that every genuine thanksgiving takes root in the heart. Until your heart is sincerely grateful, the products cannot be genuine thanksgiving.
Shiloh 2021 just ended, there are various encounters that we all had, we should return to God:
“Lord, thank You. For sending us this light. That You even looked at us and sent us what will matter in our lives and destination.” Lord we thank You.
Be grateful for what God has shown us then you begin to enjoy His faithfulness.
But there is a caution this morning before we wrap up. Any man or woman that disregards the hand of God, the workings of God, suffers for it.
You may ask how do I disregard God or the hand of God?
You disregard God when you are not thankful.
When you complain, “the year is ending, Shiloh is over. I have not seen my own”: You are disregarding Him.
Did you pray to be alive this morning?
You disregard God when you don’t even acknowledge His good hand upon your life. Acknowledge that everything God has done is good and great.
You also disregard God when you see everything that comes to you as a right rather than a privilege.
Who told you that it is your right? When you see it is your right, then there won’t be any essence in your heart to give God thanks and that is why you disregard God.
-That shall not be your portion in the name of Jesus Christ.
Psalm 28:5
-That will be minus you in the name of Jesus Christ.
Note this morning, my brethren, that God loves to be acknowledged for every good thing He has done for us. God loves it, acknowledge Him.
He said, “were there not 10 cleansed, where are the 9?” – Luke 17:17
God loves it, God demands it, God deserves it, so please give it to Him. Let us not disregard His hand because we don’t have rights to it.
Daniel 4:30-33
Yes, it is true Babylon was great but you see what men boast of as great, when you give God thanks, you will see that it is small before the Lord. God lifts us up by thanksgiving.
Nebuchadnezzar began to make up his mouth, “there fell a voice from heaven”: It was heaven that was reacting – Daniel 4:31
And for us to know that God was in charge, when Nebuchadnezzar was in the forest for 7 years as an animal, nobody sat on his throne. God had to over rule Babylon and brought him back. God was in charge. That should give everyone of us wisdom to know that God is in charge of our lives, so it is a privilege we all have and that is why we must return to give Him thanks.
I want us to know this morning that God is ever ready to increase us as we give Him thanks.
For all the blessings that God has given to us at Shiloh 2021 and beyond, from January till date: the insights, the light, the understanding, let’s acknowledge Him, give Him thanks.
Say, “Thank You Jesus.” That is what God demands of us on a regular basis and I tell you, you will begin to enjoy breakthroughs and advancement in the name of Jesus Christ.
Prayers: Let’s ask for grace to always be thankful. Lord, I need grace to always be thankful
