The Theme was “Courageous” but today we are looking at: THE PRODUCTIVE MIND – PART 2. We took Part 1 in the First Service.
-Everyone that won a soul, may God bless you in the name of Jesus.
Youths, we are more interested in activity than soul winning but I’m sure you will change your pattern. THE PRODUCTIVE MIND – PART 2. Every child of God has what it takes to become great. Talking about Jesus in Luke 1:31-33. Church Gist. These three words were pronounced about Jesus. One, He shall be great. Two, the Bible declares that He will have what? A throne and He shall reign. And whatever God said to Jesus, He said to us. John 17:18.
-So, you will be great, you will have a throne and you will reign in the name of Jesus!
1 Corinthians 1:24. Wisdom is the principal thing. When we talk about a productive mind we are talking about wisdom. But hear this, no matter your colour, race, gender; you can be successful anywhere on earth. “Oh! I would have been successful if I was white, black, red.” No matter your colour, you can be successful anywhere. Romans 8:29-30. Church Gist. And God is no respecter of persons, in every nation whosoever fears Him. Is that true? Acts 10:34-35. Romans 10:12. “Oh! If I was a man.” Galatians 3:28. But hear this, to be very successful on the Earth, your mind has a crucial role to play because man is triune in nature, he’s a three-dimensional: Spirit, soul and body. 1 Thessalonians 5:23.
Many take care of the spirit – they fast, they pray. They take care of the body. Some people even take care of the body more than anything else. They wear good clothes, wear good perfume, they do good hair. If you look at them, you will think… But they don’t take care of their soul which is the mind. Church Gist. They rub good creams, do makeups, look good, wear good suits. But the mind is left to lie fallow. So they are wasting away with no results to show. Philemon 1:14. That’s how important your mind is. God says He will do nothing without your mind. Isaiah 1:18. And reasoning is from the mind. 2 Timothy 1:7.
The level to which you can reason in life determines how you will come out of the prisons of life. Proverbs 23:7. The mind is the control room of your life. Every event of you circles around the mind. Proverbs 4:23. Great heights are function of great thoughts. You can never go higher than what your mind can comprehend. That’s why, if your mind is not guarded, you will end where sinners end. Now listen! Many of us think that the mind is that simple. The wages of sin? (Is death). To be carnally minded? (Is death). So where a sinner ends, that’s where a carnal person will end. To be carnally minded does not mean you’re an unbeliever. It’s a believer who thinks like who is controlled by the senses. Many people are so carnal. Are you getting what I’m saying? Romans 8:6. And carnality is from where? The mind. I’ll be sharing with us ways to become mentally productive. Nobody can succeed except your mind is utilized.
Ways to become mentally productive. Many of us are not productive. How do I become mentally what? (Productive). Until you win in the mind, you can’t win in life. If you lose here, you will lose in life. Church Gist. Mind is that powerful. The events of your life, they are controlled from your mind. The reason you’re talking the way you’re talking is because of what your mind has grasped.
Ways to become mentally productive.
- Through studying.
2 Timothy 2:15. Romans 12:2. Say I hear. Studying will expose you to information that will transform your mind to become productive. Iron sharpeneth what? (Iron). By studying you’re sharpening your mind with other great minds. Proverbs 28:1. Church Gist. By reading, listening and researching; you rub your mind with other great minds and the greatest book on success, wisdom, name it! Is the Bible. So when you read the Bible, you’re rubbing your mind with the mind of God. Joshua 1:8. If you want to have good success, if you want to have prosperity. It’s from the Bible. Romans 11:33. So everything that will make you who you are, who you want to be is in the Bible and then when you begin to upgrade your mind with it, I tell you the World will definitely mind you.
-And the World will mind you.
How many want to become mentally productive? You can never be mentally productive if you don’t read. Church Gist. I don’t mean reading (and) studying to go and write exams. I’m talking about studying to improve yourself.
- By wise association.
Proverbs 13:20. The company you keep will either make you or break you. 1 Corinthians 15:33. Stop hanging around with stupid people. I’ve come to notice that there are too many stupid people. They are stupid that stupidity has become their name. People are too stupid – Talk stupid, think stupid, act stupid. When people like that are close to you they affect your mind. The mind is powerful, you can never be productive until your mind is upgraded. Church Gist. Do 40 days fasting with a poor mind, you will still fail. He didn’t say: “Come! Let us pray together.” He said: “Come! Let’s what? (Reason together).” That means God wants you to use your mind for success. You can never succeed without the mind being in place. If you like do 80 days, 100 days prayers. That’s why there are many prayer warriors and gallant failures. They pray, pray, pray; the mind has not been upgraded.
-That will not be your portion because you will upgrade your mind. Shout a better hallelujah! Shout a loud hallelujah!
- By having a possibility mentality.
Mark 9:23. All things no matter the issue (are possible). Listen carefully, there’s nothing conceivable that’s not achievable. Genesis 11:6. It is your imagination that will set the pace for your destination. If you can see it, you could become it. Say I hear. If your mind can grasp it, your hand can handle it. A man called Thomas Edison was a scientist, he had the possibility of inventing the incandescent lamp in spite of the setbacks he had. Church Gist. The experiment failed but his mind was still fixed. Experiment failed, his mind was fixed; at the end he got it. If your mind can say: “Yes!” No devil can stop you from achieving it. Say I hear! Every great accomplishment in life is a product of possibility-thinking mind whether in science, politics, social, name it! Now! From Scriptures, possibility mindset was what enthroned Joseph in Egypt. Daniel in Babylon and Jacob in Laban’s house.
-You will soon be enthroned!
We are in the era of mental exploits. Only possibility thinkers can make something happen. Are you hearing me? Do you want productivity? You have to tell yourself: “It is possible.” There is one thing that you must remove from your vocabulary – “Impossible.” Impossible is simply “I’m possible.” The Wright Brothers in 1904, there was a meeting in Edinburgh Society of Engineers and (they) said: “It’s impossible to fly a metal into the air.” The Wright Brothers, their father happened to be a bishop and engineer. Church Gist. He was in the Society of Engineers. After that statement, they flew the first metal in 6 years. Many of us we keep thinking impossibility. It is impossible to make it in Nigeria. That’s why you have not made it. Your mentality is your problem. Are you hearing me? Are people not making it? Is everybody making it (in Nigeria) a thief? “This Country, you can never make it.” You have already defeated yourself. “In Ghana, there’s no way you can make it in Ghana.” Is every Ghanaian a thief? “You can’t make it in Cameroon. Forget it! Not (in) Benin Republic. You must move to make it.” It’s a lie! It’s your mind. You can’t take a lizard from here and it becomes a crocodile in U.K. That you go to U.K. does not mean everything will be okay. You can go to U.S. and be very useless if your mind is not upgraded. Say I hear! Are you hearing what I’m talking about? Possibility mindset is what makes things happen. Say I hear!
Say with me: It’s possible!
Never say anything is what? (Impossible). Never! If you want to be productive, tell yourself (that) anything is possible. There’s no impossibility to a man who has made up his mind to succeed. The greatest ministries in earth today; they are in Nigeria. In the Pentecostal! Are you getting me now? They are all Nigerian ministries. In a country supposedly a depressed economy. The biggest Churches on earth today are Nigerian Churches. Why? The only good thing in fact Nigeria has today is the Gospel. Church Gist. That’s the only good thing! Okay! Tell me which other good thing. The only good thing in Nigeria today, you can be proud to say: “I’m a Nigerian.” Is the Gospel! True? If you go outside. Nigeria! Anybody who meets you, will say: “Oh! You people have great men of God.” You will not hear: “They have great anything.” (Laughing). The first thing anybody will tell you about Nigeria is: “Oh! That Country is blessed with men of God.” That’s if you travel abroad. The first thing you will hear is: “Oh! That Country, God has blessed that Country with great men of God.” Tell me! Nothing! That’s the only good thing God has reserved there for now.
-Other good things will come after. Shout hallelujah!
- Choose to solve problems.
To be productive, you must be a problem solver. Problems are gates to changes. David solved the problem for Israel by bringing down Goliath and that was where he was enthroned. Every problem is actually a disguise for your enthronement. Inside the problem lies your lifting. Are you getting me? The reason there’s food scarcity is for somebody to be rich to produce food. Say I hear! Are you hearing me? If David never came out to solve the problem of Israel, he wouldn’t have been a king. Read your Bible. Church Gist. There was nowhere it was prophesied (that) David would become king. Nowhere! He solved problems to become king. Stop following prophecies, follow God. You have followed prophecies jumping from Church to Church, follow God. Follow this Book (the Bible). Prophecies will fail, not His Word. “I will look for where they go see something for me.” They have been seeing for you since. Since dem dey see for you, wetin you don see? You! Say I hear!
The problems you solve will determine your salary. Productive minds think of solving problems than discussing about problems. Stop this! Now! It will be madness to discuss problems because problems are just there. Now! Think of how to solve what? (Problems). Now! Let me say this to you with all humility before God. I’m standing on the altar of God. There’s a secret God told me. I tell you, I will never share it. In 5 years! If I share it today, Nigeria will come out of economic woes but I won’t share it. They don’t give something like that free. Today, if I share what Nigeria needs to do, in 5 years Nigeria will come out of economic woes. He told me like Joseph what to do but I won’t share it. I only shared one part, somebody went on television and said: “Nigeria will do this.” The man did not do it because I didn’t share the other part. Church Gist. You don’t share all your secrets. If you buy a man car and you don’t want him to use it, don’t teach him how to drive (Laughing). That’s why they will sell you something you will still need them to come and control it in your country. There is no transfer of technology, they will never transfer. Nobody will show you his secret. Technology is stolen everywhere in the World. Nobody will transfer technology to you. Lie, lie! I was listening to one of the richest men. Then, he was the second richest man from Mexico and they asked him on CNN: “What is the secret?” He said: “ You know? Hardwork, diligence!” I said: “So, this is the secret?” The man interviewing him was trying to push him. “So, what is the secret?” He said: “What do you think young people…” He said: “They should work hard.” I said: “Thank you, we have been hearing ‘work hard’.” Nobody will tell you his secret. It’s a lie! You have to see it by observation or by discovering it.” Go and solve what? Problems. Because problems solved is a major gateway to distinction and recognition. When you solve problem it opens you up!
-May it open you up.
Please be productive by solving problems. In the Third Service, I will be sharing something with you. I think Third or Fourth Service. I will share something with you. When you go to a place, don’t look for position; look for contribution. Church Gist. Don’t go to an office and say: “I want to be a manager, just contribute to the system they will make you manager. Solve problems for them you don’t beg! Don’t say: “Make me MD.” Just solve problems they will beg you to be MD. Say I hear.
- Meditation and concentration.
If you want to be mentally productive, then learn to meditate. Acts 10:19. Avoid distractions while thinking. 1 Timothy 4:15. Give yourself to that issue, give it time. Daniel said: “Give us time.” The more you concentrate, the more your mind becomes productive. If there’s any challenge, sit down and think: “How do we solve this problem? What do we do to help it?” Utilize mostly the night season to think. Church Gist. Are you getting me sir? Don’t just sleep, sleep, sleep and wake up. Psalm 19:2. Psalm 16:7. Night seasons are when you think. Daniel 2:19. It is what you conceive in the night you deliver in the day. Say I hear. Life story! You know why you need to solve problems with thinking if you want to be productive? Kingdom Arena has a challenge, the challenge that…
Now listen! I will be very practical with my teaching. The architect designed it and did a… What do you call it? Did eh! Is it parapet? But not parapet, that gutter and River State has high-level rainfall. The rainfall is so heavy, so the water soaks to the decking or whatever you call the parapet and then goes down to spoil the building. They called all manner of professionals. They will come (and) say: “This chemical will work! After 6 months the water will soak.” It has been on with all manner of collaboration. Church Gist. They will call another person, the person will say: “If you do like this, the water will…” All professionals of all kinds! I just sat down (the) day before yesterday. I said: “This thing is becoming a problem, we need to fix it.” Because it’s soaking to spoil the POP and breaking it off. While I was meditating because all manner of people have been called. Whoever! ‘Who is who’ in this Country. Some even said we should remove the roof, lift it up. I said by the time we remove the whole roof and lift it up. You know the cost of it? The damage it will cost? That means everything… (Laughing). I said: “Calm down! This is not the best recommendation.” There’s nothing people have not suggested.
Look! Anytime you consult the Holy Ghost and you think deep, He will give you an answer. I’ve thought enough! While I was thinking, He just said: “Call the maintenance man.” And I said: “Maintenance man, come!” Called my P.A., I said: “Come!” I said: “Very simple. This thing that has been giving you problems is very simple.” Put a pan inside that gutter – a metal pan. Put it like this! I just used my hand, put like this. (Illustrating). Any part there’s hole, make the pan go down so when the rain falls, it goes straight to the pan, drains down so no one rain falls on the cement anymore. I said: “As simple as that and we will not have this problem.” I said: “Go and do it.” Church Gist. Do you understand the simple thing? I said: “Just put a pan.” I said: “Just go!” Aluminum pan and just put it, follow it as the gutter goes, just follow it like that then do it like that. So when this rain that is dropping now drops into the pan. So no water falls on the gutter anymore causing that problem so it will be the pan. Then the hole where you have, don’t leave it – that hole. It will… Make sure the pan goes there, just join the pan and that is the end. This thing will stop! And that is the cheapest recommendation we have had. All the other ones are in millions. It’s not how costly you solve problems. Permit me, how you utilize your mind determines how you solve problems. You know our problem? We always think of conventional means to do things. You cannot use conventional means to get any outstanding results. Outstanding results need an unconventional approach. Joseph never took a conventional approach to solve the problem of Egypt. Are you getting me?
Now listen! I will give you something that will shock you. Does Nigeria have (an) economic problem? Serious one? Nigeria is the sixth largest oil producer in the World. Are you aware? But how come even the fuel is expensive? Then, something must be wrong. True? Amongst the five largest oil producers, no country is going through what Nigeria is going through. We are the sixth largest producers in the World. And are you aware oil has thousands of by-products? Church Gist. Are you aware? Yeah! I will stop there! How come Nigeria is poor? I won’t tell you the secret? God told me what to do with Nigeria. I will never share it until the time comes. I will share it free but not now. With all humility before God, if I share that thing Nigeria will come out of her woes in 5 years. God told me what they would do without spending one dime and Nigeria would be out! They said: “Why e no wan talk am?” They no dey share such things free. (Laughing). I don’t need money but I must give it to those who will value it. He said: “Don’t cast your pearl before the swine.” I cannot just carry something God gave to me and just share it like that. No way!
I shared a part of it, about 30 percent of it. A serving top government… I shared it in Church here. He went on one of the top Nigerian televisions the following day. He said: “We have the oil, therefore we know what to do to come out of economic woes.” Till today! (Laughing). Instead of him to come… and he is a believer. Instead of him to come and meet me and say: “Pastor, this thing you said ‘what do we do?’.” I would have told him as a believer. I say: “Okay! Do like this! He went on television! What he heard from me and shared it on television.” I said: “Oya! Implement it!” Nobody can implement it because that part I didn’t share and I won’t share it. So even if you go and say… (Laughing). But God told me how Nigeria can come out of economic woes. Church Gist. In fact, 5 years is even too much. Less than that they will come out. Unemployment will be reduced to zero. But I won’t share it until value… Permit me. (Laughing). Are you hearing what I’m saying? That is why Christians must not be stranded. The Holy Spirit has given you so much answers. We fast 🎶 Jesus is coming soon, Amen!! 🎶 Your mind must be what? (Productive). Stop talking rubbish, it affects the mind. You sit down like this na only man, man, man; woman, woman, woman. Morning to night. Woman, woman, woman. The mind will not be productive. Sit down and consult the Holy Ghost. Even when you’re talking like this, be thinking. Think-talk! Do what? Think-talk. Not talk-think, think-talk! Some people talk before they think. Think before you talk.
- By impartation.
Deuteronomy 34:9. Wisdom is transferable. Adeboye laid hands on Oyedepo for Wisdom and Oyedepo laid hands on me for wisdom. So when you see a carrier of wisdom, he can lay hands on you and you will begin to operate in another realm. Are you getting what I’m talking about? When God called Oyedepo, my mentor and your grandfather into ministry. God said to him: “Go in the order of this Man.” If you watch Adeboye he does not shout but he has the biggest results. And I got the same wisdom from Oyedepo. Are you getting what I’m talking about? So, somebody can lay hands on you for what? (For wisdom) when you meet men who carry it. 2 Timothy 1:6-7. Alright! Rise to your feet, let’s pray at this point! How many desire a productive mind? You desire a productive mind? Glory to God. Hallelujah!
2 Timothy 1. Don’t carry any oil oo. I don’t want you to build your faith on oil. We are talking about productive mind, we didn’t say productive oil. Some people go say: “Na oil now.” You don carry am for hand. Please, I don’t want to make any doctrine out of it. He said He will give you what? Sound mind. Church Gist. If your mind is sound, you will get outstanding results. Lift your right hand and say: Father! Now, I’m going in the order of Habakkuk 3:4. Where is the power of God? Say: In my hands! Say: The power of God is here! Where is the power of God? (In my hands). 2 Timothy 1:7. So this hand if I lay it here, what would happen? My mind will come alive. Job 32:8 (AMPC).
Say with me: Holy Spirit! As I lay my hands on my forehead, let my mind come alive to be super intelligent. From this day (on), my mind must be very productive to get results. Church Gist. In the name of Jesus, every carnal thought. “Get out of my mind in the name of Jesus!” Holy Spirit, let my mind be sanctified, be pure, holy and (produce) productive thoughts in the name of Jesus!

-May your mind become creative from today! May your mind become innovative from today! Church Gist. The force of intelligence comes alive in you in Jesus’ mighty name!
—–ANOINTING SESSION—-
-From today, the Spirit of God comes upon that oil in the name of Jesus!
-Isaiah 10:27. Every demonic yoke oppressing you shall be destroyed in the precious name of Jesus! The power of the Holy Ghost went in Genesis 3:1-3, darkness left and God said: “Let there be light!”
-Whatever (that) has beclouded your life and destiny, I command it out in the name of Jesus!
-And the glory of God rests upon you as you say Amen!
-In the precious name of Jesus! Church Gist. In the midst of hardship, God will put His grace of favour over your life.
-Just like Israel left Egypt with dignity and honour, you’re leaving to enter the next phase of your life with dignity and honour in the name of Jesus!
I don’t want to hear… Hear this. “Armed robbers came after me. This one came after me.”
-Any armed robber, assassin, evil person that thinks of any of us shall be met with judgment of vengeance. Before they carry out that act… Listen! Listen to me. Before they carry the act out, I decree them dead in the name of Jesus!
-Anyone planning our downfall will fall! Anyone planning evil against us, it will return to them. Church Gist. He that diggeth a pit shall fall into it.
-Whatever they are planning as evil against us, they shall return back to them in the name of Jesus.
-Each one that is connected to this Service, I decree that the hand of God distinguishes you, exempt you from all the holocaust in the World in the name of Jesus!
-And above all! The seal of protection be upon you. The Holy Ghost Himself envelops you, evil shall be far from you! Death will be far from you! Sickness will be far from you in the name of Jesus! He will guide you by His Spirit!
-And above all, whatever your mouth opens to declare in line with God’s Word will also be confirmed in Jesus’ mighty name!
Take a little in your fingertip and say: I believe in the efficacy of the power that is behind the anointing. Church Gist. Holy Spirit as I’m anointed, confirm every Word spoken by Your son in my favour and all that I will say, confirm them too in the name of Jesus.

In Jesus’ mighty name! All our children will soon go back to school in the next few weeks. I decree every child connected to this Commission hearing these prayers, I command (that) they be their best wherever they are found. Church Gist. The Holy Ghost made them of quick understanding, they will excel in their academics. Including those who are reading, you too will excel. Now! It is done! Give thanks to God!
He has a fan in His hands in case there be anyone suffering from any internal organ diseases. He will burn the chaff with unquenchable fire.
-Everything not planted by God. As the shot goes inside you, it will chase it out in the name of Jesus.
-Whatever you have lost in your body shall be put back together. Church Gist. Every demonic force eating you up will be flushed out. It shall be a toast for total health.
Those who want sound health, take a shot of it and that’s the end of it in the name of Jesus!
-Somebody who is deaf in your ear, deaf ear is open. There’s somebody totally deaf, deaf ear is open.
Put your hand where you’re sick as I’m led.
-In the name of Jesus, I command you – foul spirit of infirmity. “Come out in Jesus’ name!”
-I command that pain to go, I command that disease to go! I stand in my office and I curse you cancer in the name of Jesus.
-Everyone suffering from any kind of cancer. Church Gist. I command cancer to die. Whatever cancer has damaged. I command it replaced with life.
-You foul spirit behind the cancer, come out in the name of Jesus! No matter the name of the cancer, it leaves your body. -And your health (is) restored in Jesus’ mighty name! Thank You Father! In Jesus name!
