According to Pastor E.A. Adeboye while speaking during the Sunday Service at RCCG Dominion Sanctuary shared how even after he became the General Overseer, he faced a lot of opposition especially when he said there must be a branch of the Redeemed Christian Church of God everywhere in Lagos.
They complained about having no venues, he suggested hotels and cinema houses. When those got exhausted, he suggested nightclubs and he got a lot of backlash. He was even asked if he had lost his brain. Meanwhile, all he wanted was just to follow Jesus all the way.
