1st March 1992: Bishop David Oyedepo receives a revelation from God saying , ‘Persecution is coming down from very close people. Develop yourself to enjoy it. If you dont want persecution, you dont want the blessings’. According to him, the attacks, slandering and persecution started in May 1992. Based on historical records, his friend, Pastor Tunde Bakare commenced a media attack on him on Television over doctrinal issues which lasted up till 1999.

1st March 1981: Michael Orokpo is born. He is the Founder of Encounter Jesus Ministries International headquartered in Abuja, Nigeria.

1st March 2020: Living Faith Church Worldwide aka Winners’ Chapel plants 1300 new churches out of the planned 10,000 church planting mandate for the year 2020.

1st March 1981: David Martyn Lloyd-Jones passes on to glory. Martyn Lloyd-Jones was a Welsh Protestant minister, preacher and medical doctor who was influential in the Reformed wing of the British evangelical movement in the 20th century.
