13th February 1976: The Faith Miracle Center demolition order by the ruling military government’s Supreme Military Council dies a natural death after General Murtala Mohammed’s assassination. The 2,500-capacity Miracle Center, Airport Road, Benin City, Nigeria still stands near the Benin Airport. Today, the Nigerian Airforce has its own Christian Chapel a few meters closer to the Airport which was once considered illegal due to proximity to the Airport. The Miracle Center was dedicated on 9th November 1975 by Mrs. Freda Lindsay and Archbishop Benson Idahosa was ‘coronated’ at the Church a few weeks after he passed on to glory in March 1998.
13th February 2011: Living Faith Church commences Fourth Service at Faith Tabernacle, Canaanland as the number of congregants increased. On 14th January 2024, Bishop David Oyedepo announced that Fourth Sunday Services at Canaanland will be Special Healing Miracle Services which begins at 11:45 am (Nigeria Time).
13th February 2011: Pastor David Ibiyeomie led Salvation Ministries – Home of Success starts 14 Satellite Churches in one day with 5 services each. Today, the Church has over 1000 satellite Churches and over 20,000 Home Cell Centers across the globe and she runs 4 Services every Sunday.
13th February 2011: Living Faith Church acquires 5 acres of College Facility purchased at Greenwood, Kent, United Kingdom and Church facilities in New York, United States of America costing millions of pounds/dollars.
13th February 1882: Pastor Daniel Powell Williams goes to be with the Lord. He was the Founder and First President of the Apostolic Church with its headquarters in the United Kingdom.
