15th November, 1987: Word of Life Bible Church starts its operations as led by Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor. According to him, he had a vision of himself wearing a suit and preaching to thousands of people and he heard a voice that said to him, “This is what you are going to be doing the rest of your life” and the voice said, “Take My Word to the world”. This is the inaugural vision that led to the founding of the Word of Life Bible Church (WLBC). Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor had initially served as a Pastor at Church of God Mission International founded by Archbishop Benson Idahosa but left after he was transferred to Warri having grown the CGMI branch in Sapele.

15th November, 2018: Pastor E. A. Adeboye visits President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo of Ghana. His visit was to round up his trips to three west coast nations (Sierra-Leone, Togo and Ghana) where he held Holy Ghost Rallies and Ministers’ Conference.

15th November, 2014: Archbishop Margaret Benson-Idahosa receives an honorary doctorate degree (Doctor of Ministry) from the University of America, California. Archbishop Benson Idahosa (of blessed memory) was also honoured with Doctor of Universal Church and Christian Philosophy (Honoris Causa).

15th November, 1961: Bishop Chris Kwakpovwe was born. He is the Author of Our Daily Manna Devotional and Founder and Senior Pastor of Manna Prayer Mountain (MPM) Ministry Worldwide.

15th November 1931: The first ordination service of The Apostolic Church Nigeria was conducted and seven ministers of God were ordained pastors. They were Pastors Esinsinade of ljebu-Ode, D. 0. Odubanjo of Lagos, J. A Babatope of llesha, S. A Mensah of Kaduna, E. G. L Macaulay of Zaria, I. B Akinyele of Ibadan and S. G. Adegboyega (all of blessed memories).

15th November, 1921: Melvin Maxwell is born. He is the father of John C. Maxwell, a popular American Pastor and author. He passed on to glory on 4th July 2020 aged 98.

15th November, 1960: Karen Clark Sheard is born. She is a member of the Clark Sisters, an American Gospel vocal group and the wife of Bishop John Drew Sheard, the Presiding Bishop of Church of God in Christ.
