16th May 2023: Sunday Coffie Mbang goes to be with the Lord. He was the First Prelate of Methodist Church Nigeria, the Second Patriarch of the Church, President of the World Methodist Council and the National President of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) who served from 1994 to 2003.

16th – 24th May 2023: Pastors E.A. Adeboye and Folu Adeboye begin the ‘2023 Israel Tour’. It was a teaching, prophetic, prayer and worship service captioned, “Abba Father.”

16th May 2020: Sammie Okposo comes out unhurt in a motor accident as his car propeller shaft pulled off while in motion. He was a Gospel Music Minister who went to be with the Lord on 25th November 2022.

16th May 1659: Campegius Vitringa is born. He was a Dutch Protestant Theologian known for writing the first full commentary and analysis of the Book of Revelation that was first published in 1705.
