21st February 2022: Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA) announces the purchase of multi-billion naira land for COZA City near the City Gate, Abuja, Nigeria debt-free. COZA City is the proposed permanent headquarters of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly.

21st February 2021: Bishop David Oyedepo announces the approval of construction of 747 rural church buildings in Nigeria. In 2021, Living Faith Church built 1,020 rural church buildings across Nigeria.
