21 May 2018: Pastor E.A. Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) visits the Island of Samoa for a crusade tagged ‘Let The Fire Fall’ Holy Ghost Crusade. The crusade which held at Tatte Conference Center witnessed the miracle of the salvation of the Head of State, Tuimalealiifano Vaaletoa Sualauvi II and many others.


21 May 1738: Charles Wesley experiences Pentecost. He experienced a personal encounter with the Holy Ghost on Pentecost Sunday, a day after his salvation experience on 20 May 1738. Charles Wesley was an Evangelical Leader and also the Co-Founder of the Methodist movement alongside his brother John Wesley.

21 May 2024: Dunamis International Gospel Church holds a Pre- Convention combined service in preparation of the Destiny Recovery Convention 2025 which commenced two days later. The service saw massive crowd at the 100,000 capacity Glory Dome with overflows both inside and outside the building filled up. After the service, Pastor Dr Paul Enenche was interviewed by BBC Radio Manchester where he spoke about the spread of the gospel in Nigeria and the growth of Dunamis.

21 May 1832: James Hudson Taylor is born in Barnsley, United Kingdom. James was a British Baptist Christian Missionary who was sent to China. He was also the Founder of the China Inland Mission (CIM) International, (now Overseas Missionary Fellowship, OMF)

21 May 1939: Bible Presbyterian Church begins in the Old Central High School, Uptown Charlotte North Carolina. Edgar Archer Dillard was the First Pastor who served until 1946.

21 May 1690: John Eliot goes to be with the Lord. He was a Puritan Missionary sent to the American Indians. He was also the Founder of Roxbury Latin School in the Massachusetts Bay Colony.
