22nd June 1932: The first set of missionaries from The Apostolic Church of Great Britain, Pastor George Perfect and Prophet Idris Vaughan arrive Nigeria to serve as Resident Pastors for The Apostolic Church Nigeria congregation. The Apostolic Church Nigeria was birthed after the Nigerian congregation of Faith Tabernacle affiliated with The Apostolic Church of Great Britain.

22nd June 1750: Great Awakening preacher, Jonathan Edwards is dismissed from his congregational pulpit in Northampton, Massachusetts for refusing to allow non-Christians to become members or accept communion. One hundred and fifty years later, Northampton Church erected a monument of Edwards.
