23rd May 1937: John D. Rockefeller goes to be with the Lord at age 97. He was America’s first billionaire and a devout Northern Baptist who supported many Church-based institutions.

23rd May 2013: Pastors Enoch and Folu Adeboye on behalf of The Redeemed Christian Church Of God (RCCG)donates an ambulance and other relief materials to the Magen David Adon while on pilgrimage in Israel. The Magen David Adom is Israel’s national emergency medical, disaster, ambulance and blood bank service. The Redeemed Christian Church Of God has been touring Israel annually for over 30 years.

23rd May 2024: Pastor W.F. Kumuyi arrives in Douala, Cameroon for the Global Crusade with Kumuyi tagged ‘The Transforming Touch Of The Unchangeable Christ’ which was held from 23rd to 28th of May 2024 at the Camtel Field, Benpada, Douala Cameroon.

23rd May 2016: The Chapel Of Everlasting Grace, Rivers State Government House, Port Harcourt is dedicated by the then Primate of Church Of Nigeria (Anglican Communion), Most Rev. Nicolas Okoh. The Chapel was built for worship by the Governor Nyesom Wike Administration of Rivers State, Nigeria.

23rd May 2023: The Macedonian Call Project team of the Bible Society of Nigeria empowers Ajegunle community in the Ajeromi-Ifelodun Local Government Area of Lagos State with Bibles and relief materials which included school bags, notebooks and biros for students. Other members of the community received toiletries, beverages, clothing, food items, etc.
