IT IS THE GOD FACTOR THAT MAKES DIVINE DIRECTION AN ASSET OF INESTIMABLE VALUE IN THE SCHOOL OF EXPLOITS.

2. When God leads, He goes with the led to make him unstoppable. “He called the 70 and sent them forth and they returned with joy saying even devils are subject to us in your name.” I mean, the devils couldn’t stop them. And He said, “Look when I sent you and you went, I empowered you to thread upon serpents and scorpions and over all the powers of the enemy and nothing shall by any means haunt you or stop you.” Church Gist. When God leads, He goes with the led. Luke 10:1. When God leads, He goes with the led to make him unstoppable.
3. When God leads, He works with the led. Mark 16:20. He works with the led to deliver His purpose. He leads; He works through the led.
4. He also works through the led. Philippians 2:13. He works through the led. Remember, He goes before the led. He goes with the led to make him unstoppable. Church Gist. He works with the led and He works through the led to get the job done.
5. He works for the led. 1 Thessalonians 5:24. So when you see marvels in the life of a man in any ministry, it is God at work that equals marvels. This is the Lord’s doing and it’s marvelous in our eyes. Man has no capacity to generate marvels. Church Gist. They may appear like marvels, it’s short-lived. But when God steps in to work, He does only marvelous things.
– Now from henceforth that shall become your new experience!
– You’ll be swimming in the marvelous act of God!
So it is the God factor that makes divine direction an asset of inestimable value in the school of exploits. Church Gist. The God factor, God at the center of the equation is what engenders exploits, outstanding accomplishment in the race of life. Romans 8:31.
How Do We Access Divine Direction?
1. One must be born again. John 10:4-5. You have to become a sheep of His fold to access His leading. Until He becomes your Saviour, He cannot become your Shepherd. Until He becomes your saviour, He cannot become your Shepherd. He’s only a Shepherd of His sheep.
2. Through prayers, most of the time coupled with fasting. Jeremiah 33:3. “Call on me. Don’t settle in for your ideas. Call on me. My ideas are superior to your ideas. My ways are higher than your ways; my thoughts than your thoughts.” After all those hullabaloo on the way, “this can’t be the place! Never! I said okay, when we got down, I said let’s pray – Jesus thank you for the effort made thus far but what are you saying and I heard Him say to me this is the place.”Church Gist. “Call upon me and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things that you know not.” Call upon me and I will answer you and I will show.
2. Fasting among other things is prescribed for access to divine direction. Isaiah 58:6,11. Fasting is a platform through which you secure guidance, divine guidance. So we go for direction through prayer and fasting. Ezra 8:21,23. Church Gist. They entered into a fast to know which way to go and God unveiled the way to go. Please, don’t assume any critical step of your life. You don’t have a spare life. Don’t waste the only one you have.
3. God leads us through His Word. Psalm 119:105. His Word guides our steps. One time I put on my office board in my room, my itinerary for 1986 and the Lord said, “remove that thing. I said why Lord? Church Gist. He said that’s not my plan.” And for me to understand, He said, “you will take root downward before you will bear fruit upward. You’re going nowhere.” Thank God He led me through His word to understand it. You take root downward to bear fruit.
There are some companies that don’t have any footing and they are doing extensions. They don’t have any footing. They are struggling at the spot where they are; they are now spreading. To where? Church Gist. Biblical instruction is, “take root downward; bear fruit upward.” Use where you are to build where next you are going.
Won’t you be glad to know that we never had to send a dime to Kinshasa for that magnificent Sanctuary to be built? Jesus built it. Interestingly sir, across the nations, members of this Church are building Churches for the Ministry including South Sudan. South Sudan! Members of this Church are building sanctuaries including Malawi. Church Gist. Members of this Church are building sanctuaries by God’s blessings on their lives. There are things that are down for the World, that does not make it down for you because of where you are standing with God.
