Word of Life Bible Church administrative/leadership organization at the branch level transcends from the Gideonites, Elders, Deacons/Deaconesses, Assistant Pastors and Pastors. At the national leadership level, the Church has eight directorates which includes Directorate of Pastors, Directorate of Fellowships, Directorate of Discipleship, Directorate of Ministries, Directorate of Administration, Directorate of Finance, Directorate of Projects and Directorate of Media which are headed by various Pastors.
The Directorate of Administration ensures the day-to-day running of the Church including the management of data and statistics. They ensure that feedback from other directorates are properly documented and handled. The Directorate of Pastors oversees the welfare and progress of Pastors and the branches around the world. The Directorate of Discipleship drive Church growth through evangelism outreaches as well as training and follow-up of new converts to ensure that they are established in the faith.
The Directorate of Ministries have an oversight and supervisory function in ensuring the day-to-day management and coordination of departments (ministries) such as the ushering, choir, protocol, among others that exist in the Church. The Directorate of Projects as the name implies are in charge of initiation, execution and follow through of capital projects in the Church. The Directorate of Fellowships direct and oversee the affairs of the various home and campus fellowships under the Church. The Directorate of Media are the chief image makers of the Church through publicity and media management. They also direct the affairs of the African Broadcasting Network (ABN), a satellite television owned by the Church that is viewed across 75 countries of the World.
In addition to the directorates, a Church Board comprising of Senior Church appointees exist to initiate and drive Church policies.
At the headquarters, Papa Ayo’s sons in ministry, notably Pastor Osei-Tutu, Rev. Joshua Talena, Apostle Mike Akindapo, Reverend Kelly Young, Apostle Bright Onoka, Dr. Ini Okpon, Bishop Mike Laju, Apostle Innosaint Okpe, Apostle Tim Gbasha, Pastor Joshua Afolabi, Pastor Debo Omotunde, among others who are founders of their own ministries minister in his absence.
