I HAD A FRIEND WHO CAME TO KADUNA IN THOSE DAYS TO TELL ME “I AM GOING TO LAGOS, ALL THE MONEY IN NIGERIA IS IN LAGOS”. HE WAS INDEBTED TILL DEATH.
LET GOD LEAD YOU AND YOU SHALL NOT WANT.

Shall we lift our two hands to heaven and give God thanks for 33 years of triumph. Thirty three years of breakthroughs, expansion on every side. Give the Lord praise, give Him glory. Thank you, Jesus, all the glory belongs to you. Would you thank God for the impact of this ministry in your life? In Jesus’ name, we have given thanks.
That precious son of God that shared his testimony was in the hospital for 3 years and died for three days, now in the sanctuary testifying. God is up to anything we believe Him up. He is changing that situation in your life today. They have tagged it impossible, the God of all possibility will step in today. Church Gist. Among the platforms, He engages to manifest His wonders is praise. Exodus 15:11. You are going home with God clear wonders in your life today. Every trap set for you by the wicked shall be broken.
Our testimony is our family is this – 2 Corinthians 1:9-10. That is the testimony of my wife and I. Delivered from so great a death, who still delivers and will yet deliver. Everyone who is scheduled for death, your deliverance is today. Church Gist. This marriage is now over 40 years today and every word from the Lord that we held on to is still working. Therefore every family that is challenged in one way or another as you connect with heaven today, God will rewrite your story.
Father, as we get into your word speak to each of us. Open up new chapters to every one of us.
We are rounding up our teaching series for Sunday Services today which is tagged PRAISE FACILITATES FULFILLMENT OF PROPHECY. Most times we think that only what the anointed prophet of God declares is prophecy but we have come to know this month that the word of God is described as the more sure word of prophecy and everyone that takes yield to them does well. Church Gist. Taking yield to them makes stars of ordinary people. 2 Peter 1:19. Everyone that takes yield to prophetic scriptures does well. If you don’t believe any man, believe this. This will take you to anywhere it says. In case you see every prophet as a deceiver. This one passed through fire seven times and it is the pure word of God. It is the more sure word of prophecy.
Nobody prophesied church growth to me, It does or it did. Not “thus says the Lord this church shall grow”. Why is this church not growing? Come on now let me show you. 1,2,3,4. I subscribed to it hook, line and sinker. It is the word from the mouth of God. “Well I don’t know, everything they say here has not come to pass in my life. How much of the word of God has come to pass in your life? So you have a problem, face your problem and solve it. Luke 1:45. So do you believe what God says or you are still arguing with it? No one prophesied prosperity to me. Church Gist. “My son David, my prosperity plan is a covenant, not a promise, don’t waste your time fasting. It has no respect for fasting, until your part is played I am not committed”. From the mouth of God, Deuteronomy 8:18. He speaks to us every day how much of what He says do you believe. So stop looking for who to blame.
I don’t know what Papa is saying, I am not saying anything more than what this book says. If I tell you anything in the world that is not in this book, throw it in the trash. I wasn’t part of writing the Bible. I got born again and I began to consume the word by grace. Everything I have believed in this book has come to pass and is still coming to pass. I saw from this book that I was redeemed as a king, not as a slave. It is over to you. This is the book. This is the container of God’s agenda for His people. The vision of all is put in a book – the Bible (Isaiah 29:11). The vision of every living child of God is in this book. Church Gist. Isaiah 29:11-12. We just need to learn how to secure the fulfilment of prophecy. Which many won’t learn, they are not interested. If God said it, it is not done. You believe and prove that you do by obeying the dictates of the demands to prove that you believe. God came down to me on prosperity but if I wouldn’t line up with the demands. I won’t see it forever. Even if we all join hands together and pray about it. There are things we are praying for that we are just wearing ourselves out. I have never prayed for money in my life. All this I am confessing, I am confessing. You don’t need it, do what He says.
Deuteronomy 28:1-2.
It is our refusal to do this thing that has resulted in wrong treatment. “I will fast for 40 days, someone is chasing me” who is chasing you? Ignorance.
- From this hour something must turn in your life.
Isaiah 48:21
Many are leading themselves all about. They are not even asking God for anything. Just wake up in the morning and go anywhere, do anything. Where are you going? I am going to Malaysia. To do what? Anything. How can your life be anything? If you get there you find out it is ‘worser’ than where you are coming from. if grammar allows that. You know ‘worse-worser-worsest’. We didn’t come to Lagos for anything but following Divine Dictates. Church Gist. But I had a friend of mine who came to Kaduna in those days to tell me “I am going to Lagos”. I said what is the matter? He said all the money in Nigeria is in Lagos. Sir, he was indebted till death. Let God lead you and you shall not want. He will make you lie down in green pastures. Let God lead you Himself. Stop jumping, jumping. Look before you leap. Ask God. We got all the facilities in Lagos within two weeks. Everything within the same working space because God said so. You won’t miss God anymore in your life.
On October 1 1983, the Lord said to me from Isaiah 48:17, He said I am committed to leading you if you are committed to following me. He doesn’t lead Jack and Harry. He knows you are asking Him questions to tempt Him. Shall I go to the U.K.? Anyway you should know I have gone already. Thank you, Jesus. I am already in the U.K. Well done! He said to me “this is the place”. No argument. In a place that appears a place of death, life surged and the world began to acknowledge the move of God in the place. Allow God to lead you. This is not me talking to you, it is God from His word. When the Lord is your shepherd you shall not want. You pass through the valley of the shadow of death, you shall fear no evil. Goodness and mercy will follow you as you are following God, it will stop following you when you stop following God. Following God is what magnetizes goodness and mercy. It is on the line. Follow God, goodness and mercy follow you. Stop following God, goodness and mercy stops following you. No one will suffer wasted labour anymore. Our story here is simply following whatever He commands. Lagos Mandate was delivered in the bathroom. Church Gist. “Arise, get down to Lagos and raise me a people”. Walk in the Spirit, my friend. Mission to Africa was delivered on the road. “The harvest of Africa is now overripe, rush in and preserve it from decadence”. Mission to the world was delivered in the hotel in the U.K. “they that were spread aboard, went everywhere preaching to the world”. You just follow what He says. Disobedience is our greatest problem and obedience of faith is our strongest weapon of war. You avenge all disobedience, you mess them up. From today no one shall miss God.
Very quickly we have four prophetic lines that point to God’s agenda for our lives that we are looking at today before we step into praise. I like you to praise your way out of every prison. Acts 16:30. They were a stock of mockery before but after God stepped in, the prison doors were opened and the jailer said I am dead. They said stop, we know how to make it happen again. Church Gist. Every area of mockery in anyone’s life, God will turn it into double glory today. The last day is everybody’s day. John 7:37. May every prophetic shower proclaimed on you according to the word of God come to pass with speed.
- We have a destiny of no limits.
That sounds a bit worrisome. A destiny of no limits in redemption. What do I mean? Proverbs 4:18. Shines more and more until the perfect day when Jesus returns. No limits. 2 Corinthians 3:18. No limits. John 14:12. Greater works than Jesus did, no limits. Church Gist. The impact of Jesus’ mission on earth is still speaking today after 2,000 years and greater works than this shall ye do because I go to my Father. So it is a bread and butter kind of thing we are talking about, we are talking about generation impact and that is you. Say with me “I have a destiny of no limits in redemption, I shall not disappoint destiny”.
- We are redeemed to be blessed and to be a blessing.
Revelation 5:12. He obtained for us seven things among which is blessing. So redemption brings us under His blessing. Galatians 3:13-14. Genesis 22:18. Galatians 3:29. So every child of God is redeemed to be a blessing to the world, not a concern, not a burden. In the precious name of Jesus, everyone that may appear as a burden today, God is turning you into a blessing. How do you get there? Obedience. Deuteronomy 28:1-2. Not that you are waiting for it, you are simply walking with God in obedience of faith and the blessings are coming to you, you are not going to the blessings. Church Gist. The blessings are coming to you on their own accord through simple obedience of faith. If we didn’t come here at His command, we would have still been somewhere struggling and losing our place in destiny. Enjoy obeying God. Enjoy obeying God. That is the secret for accessing the blessings of heaven – obedience. Luke 5:4-7. Net breaking, boat sinking order of blessings answer to obedience. May every one of us today receive afresh the spirit of obedience.
If you remove disobedience from families, there will be no tension. The commandments are very clean. Ephesians 5:28-30. You can’t access the blessing without embracing the obedience. Obedience is the gateway to God’s blessings. You won’t obey? Forget it, the blessing is not in view. I see you and your family blessed in the name of Jesus. Say with me “I am a seed of Abraham, I am blessed and ordained to be a blessing to my world. My destiny is bigger than my family, bigger than my village, bigger than my country”. You better believe it. Isaiah 60:22. Deuteronomy 28:1. Your destiny is bigger than this country. The Philistines came to Isaac and said thou art mightier than us, you have dominated everything here. Please go. Church Gist. Genesis 26:16. After he left the father he was just breaking forth on every side. They went to him to do obeisance to him, to sign a pact of peace with him because they knew he could overrun them. Isaac was stronger than the nation He found himself in. We brethren are like Isaac, children of promise. What a destiny. It is far bigger than riding a car or flying a plane. Impact!. In the precious name of Jesus, I see the rise of global citizens in this place.
- We are redeemed to be fruitful.
Deuteronomy 7:14.
We are spiritual Jews so we belong to that order of blessing. Deuteronomy 28:1, 4. Redeemed to be fruitful. Matthew 5:17. All prophetic scriptures Old and New Testament were ratified into one by the Blood of Jesus which we call the blood of the everlasting covenant. Church Gist. Therefore for everyone that is being challenged with unfruitfulness in body, in the works of his hand, in his career, I decree that siege is over today. Psalm 67:5. You have a seed inside you, as you praise God today, it will yield back to you.
Somebody had one diagnosis that will make it impossible for her to have a child but she danced like a wild person in one of those Hosanna services and somebody that was an observer, you know we always have observers in every service said: “na soldier you be”. Church Gist. She got a set of twins from it. In the precious name of Jesus, you are dancing off any form of barrenness in your life today.
- We are redeemed to be more than a conqueror.
Why? The greater One lives in you and I right now if you are born again. 1 John 4:4. Colossians 1:27. What that means is that whatever answers to Christ must answer to you. So when you appear barriers disappear. That is what it means to be more than a conqueror. You appear, barriers disappear. You are stepping out of this place today, wherever you appear barriers will disappear.
Walking in love with God is what makes a believer more than a conqueror. Romans 8:35-39. So we become more than a conqueror through our love for God which wins for us the love of God. People think you just, God loves you anyhow. That is not true. John 14:21. Love is not free, people think it is free. They are struggling every day because they think it is free. “God loves you anyhow no matter what you are doing” is nonsense. It doesn’t hold water. Jesus said if you keep my commandments, it is proof that you love me. If you love me, you will be loved of my Father and I will love you. It is a deal. All this “I love you more than anything” is just good singing. Prove the sincerity of your love among other things through your giving, prove it with your passion for souls. John 21:15. Go after the young ones and win them to Christ. My mother in the Lord went home last month. It was glorious. It picked us at 14,15,16years old, she was a nurturer of souls. I wrote in my poem, “I mourn your departure but I celebrate your ascension”. I know she made heaven. If you don’t love souls, you don’t love God. You are just looking for things from God. Many are just using God. Oh my God, just bless me first. He says if I bless you, you will just run away. I am measuring the level of blessing you can sustain. If I give you what you say I should give you, you will just run away. Church Gist. You better wake up. You don’t secure God’s love for nothing. You can be running up and down, if you are not obedient you are wasting your life. If you don’t have love for souls, you don’t know how to give. You are just wasting your life. These are just things to do. To be more than a conqueror means to maintain your love for God with proof. He said prove the sincerity of your love. Prove it. God does not believe in theoretical love. 2 Corinthians 8:8. Luke 6:46. Somebody’s story is changing. We are in for the best time today because this last day is your day.
Ephesians 3:17-19. You can’t be filled with God’s fullness and not be more than a conqueror. Can any barrier stop Him? That means from now you become unstoppable in the name of Jesus Christ.
Characteristics of Prophetic Words include:
- Every prophetic word received and believed engraces us with steadfastness in our walk with God.
When you believe any prophetic word, it keeps you going like Abraham. He staggered not at the promise of God. Romans 4:19-21. You believe a prophetic word, it keeps you going. After that mighty encounter of March 1984 on church growth, you will think that it will just jump boom. It was jumping small, small. It kept going and you are not deterred, you are not discouraged because you received the word. Every prophetic word truly believed, keeps you going in your walk with God and your service of the Kingdom. It keeps you going undeterred like your father Abraham. Church Gist. More often than not, every word received comes to pass suddenly when you hit the mark then he turns it loose. You are going places. Every vision speaks loudest at the end, so only those who know how to press till the end secure their testimony. Habakkuk 2:2-4. If you believe in it, you won’t give up, you won’t cower. It is your turn.
After 25 years of waiting, “take Isaac, go and slaughter him”. He still went ahead so that God is able to raise him from the dead. Hebrews 11:19-20.
- Prophetic words received engenders peace within.
If you believe, peace is installed. If you believe any prophetic word, it installs peace in your heart. Hebrews 4:10. They have allowed God to take over so peace comes. We built this sanctuary in one year – zero anxiety. I was under the rain here. We were still trying to complete the roof in July, dedication was going to be in September. Peace like a river. Church Gist. I went to Kano for a meeting and in the hotel, He said it took me six days to create the entire world, I will not need two months to finish an ordinary building. I screamed two months, too much. Jesus completed it. Psalm 85:8. Every word from God that you truly receive, installs peace on your inside. Psalm 119:165. Peace.
A ministry was out against our ministry for seven years. Peace! I never watched that thing once. Peace! I never had any discussion with anybody or in our council meeting. Peace! God said it, I am not doing what I feel like doing. I am excited about it. Isaiah 26:3. These are all barometers of checking whether you truly received a prophetic word or not. Perfect peace, peace like a river, that is your portion from now. Church Gist. There is no way to prove that you believe Him without His peace in your life. We have the story of Jehoshaphat, they were confronted with impossible battles but God the Father won the war as they began to sing and praise. God stepped in. In the same vain, God will step into those battles that are stronger than you. He will level them out like a dream of the night.

- May the blessings of this season leave an indelible mark on everyone’s life.
- There are days, there are certain days. There are weeks, there are certain weeks, there are months and there are certain months, may this month be a certain month in your life.
- No word of the Lord shall fall to the ground anymore in your life.
I shared yesterday that there is a mystery that the church needs to be awake unto and that is the mystery of the lifespan of light. You have a number of devices today, if you turn them on and you don’t do anything with them the light goes off on its own. Church Gist. It is an energy-saving means. God hates waste. He shows you light, you don’t jump into it. He withdraws it.
- Grace for prompt response to every light shown to you from above, receive it now.
In the parable of the sower, he said those who fell by the wayside are those who fell by the wayside and then cometh the devil and stole the word. You don’t do anything with it, it will be stolen and you wait for another time. Grace to jump and dive into the stirring of the water all through the days of your life. Receive it now. I saw Matthew 6:33 I dived immediately, I wrote a covenant to bind myself to it. I am the best for it. God is not getting anything from me, I am getting everything for it. Church Gist. When the light for Church growth came, we dived the same month. The following week we were in town to do what God says to do and we have not stopped doing it till today. You don’t dive, it dies. Every time the water is stirred, whosoever first steps not whosoever steps, whosoever first steps is made whole of whatever disease.
- In the precious name of Jesus, grace for prompt response after the order of Abraham, receive it now in the name of Jesus.
Get out of this country and Abraham departed. Circumcise all the males born in your house and as soon as God left speaking, he went into it. Sacrifice your only son to me, he rose up early in the morning and went. If you are Abraham’s children then you do the works of Abraham. You better do it. No anointed man can pray disobedience into a blessing. I want you saved but if you won’t repent there is no prayer I can pray that can get you saved. I want everyone here to prosper after the order of your church but I can’t do nothing except you subscribe under the command of giving. You can sing forever, you can dance till eternity, it won’t equal prosperity. You sow dancing, you reap dancing. There are anointing people everywhere in the world but what they pray will only confirm your obedience. No! It is never a substitute for your obedience. Church Gist. I want you to enjoy peace and harmony in your family the way I have enjoyed it in my family. Hitch-free marriage the way I found it in scriptures by the help of the Holy Spirit is still working today because I choose to do my part. When you do your part, the other part will fall in line. You can’t love your wife indeed without your wife submitting to you. You can’t submit to your husband without your husband loving you. It is all these standoff that we engage in “you know I schooled in New York”. Well done! “I am a D.G.”. They say you have a crisis in your home, what is DG to that? Just obey God, it is so sweet to trust Jesus. Just to take Him at His word and rest upon His promise. In the precious name of Jesus, from this day, every grace on this commission shall begin to find expression in your life.
- I declare your life blessed, your family blessed, your children blessed in the name of Jesus.
We are approaching 42 years in ministry, not one day of crisis to settle. - In your company, in your business, the days of crisis are over.
- Dry seasons are over in your life.
- May the remaining days bring you your balance of showers of blessings.
- For everyone in love with God, your days of more than a conqueror are here.
- Wherever you may be today by grace, God is asking me to tell you it is just the beginning.
- Your destiny of no limit shall begin to find expression.
- Your days of bareness are finally over.
- Your days of running after blessings are finally over. Blessings will start running into you from henceforth in the name of Jesus.
I think it is good for me to mention here what a blessing my wife has been to me. I have never had to strategize on how to tell her what God is saying. I tell her as God tells me and she follows me genuinely from her heart. How won’t you love such a person? God had done so much for us in Kaduna and God said arise and go. To where? To Lagos and then we came to this forest and this is the place. You know I told you humorously, even if my wife is not coming, I am going with Jesus but she always did.
Now listen to me, the days of tensions, crisis in every family, I decree it over today. Every couple here shall live long together. What could not allow that son of Abraham to die after three years in the hospital and three days dead has terminated every death sentence in your life.
