31st May, 1987: Love Ogah (Nèe Oyedepo) is born. She is the first biological daughter of Bishop David Oyedepo and the wife of Pastor Steve Ogah (the National Youth Pastor of Living Faith Church).

31st May, 2007:The Billy Graham Library was dedicated in North Carolina. The ceremony was attended by three former presidents of the United States: Jimmy Carter, George H.W. Bush and Bill Clinton with President Bush delivering the keynote address. The Library was built to preserve the legacy of Billy Graham and to share his story with future generations. It is also a place where people can come to learn more about the Christian faith.

31st May, 1701: Alexander Cruden, whose biblical concordance is still the standard for the King James Version, is born in Aberdeen, Scotland. His concordance was regarded as the largest task of manual compilation ever undertaken by one man. He passed on to glory aged 69.

    31st May, 1843: Methodist Elder, Orange Scott presides over a convention assembled at Utica, New York, to establish a new church, known as the Wesleyan Methodist Connection. The reason being that the Methodist Episcopal Church was willing to compromise on issues such as slavery, Church government and interpretations of the doctrine of sanctification but these Methodists were not.
