-Before you have your seats, hear this good news: You are the very one God will help.
The Psalmist made a statement, he said: I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills from whence cometh my help. Church Gist. Psalm 121:1. He didn’t say my help cometh from men, he said: ‘My help cometh from the Lord, the maker of Heaven and earth’.
-Just like you’ve come to lift your eyes to Him, He will not deny you of His help. Church Gist. In the year 2024, you will see God’s help like never before! In the name of Jesus!
Our key Scripture for the year is Acts 26:22. When you obtain help, continuity is not a problem.
– Therefore, I decree and I declare! In the year 2024, each one will obtain the help of God. With the help, you will continue in the name of Jesus.
He said: ‘He marvelously helped Uzziah’, not just help. 2 Chronicles 26:15. Church Gist. And then all of a sudden Uzziah began to become famous.
-The help that will make you to be a marvel, receive it now!
-The help that will make the world look for you, receive now in the name of Jesus.
If man will help you, anywhere the man’s hand stops that’s where it stops but if God helps you, you have no limit.
-Now I decree! The beginning of the year, you will enjoy the help of God like never before. His help will come mightily for someone in the name of Jesus.
Have you not heard people say: God helped me! Church Gist. The only language that will be coming out of your mouth, you will say: God helped me!
-And He will help you in the name of Jesus.
God can’t help you and you will be helpless.
-I decree, every helpless situation in your life, the help of God will make a difference.
Say with me: This year, God will help me.
-And I decree, He will help you this year. He will help us this year in the name of Jesus. As I’m speaking, so shall it be.
Ezra 4:24. Ezra 5:1-2. They (The prophets) were not helping them by carrying blocks, they were only speaking. And as they were saying it, things began to work and that’s exactly what I’m doing. What prophets do is to speak to your life and then things begin to change. Church Gist. It ceased in Ezra 4 but they were helping them.
-Now, I decree. All the things you were struggling with in 2023, this year, you will not struggle with them.
-All the things you were trying to get with power and might, this year you will not struggle.
-As I’m speaking, whatever ceased last year, this year must work.
It ceased in Ezra 4 but in Ezra 5, as the prophets spoke, things began to work.
-Whatever did not work last year, I decree from today it will work in the name of Jesus.
-As a prophet sent by God, I’m speaking over your life. This year, today, first of January 2024, things will turn in the name of Jesus.
– All the things that were not working in your life, I decree they will work now. If God confirms the prophets of old, we are greater than those prophets. Church Gist. So I declare not tomorrow, today, things will begin to change in your life. Your saying Amen will confirm it.
Now, declare it that today, everything spoken of my life, not one will fail in the name of Jesus. Ezekiel 12:28.

ACCESSING GOD’S BEST, that’s the Message. Our God is unfailing. He can never fail and He can never lie. There is one thing God can’t do – God can’t lie. Numbers 23:19. He’s not someone who says one thing and does something else, what He says He will do.
-Whatever He has said to you will be fulfilled right now.
If God said He will help you, then He will. A man can tell you he can help you and then you come, he turns off his phone, not God. If God says I will help you, it’s sure, you can go and sleep. You can bank on Him because He’s not a man that He should lie. Church Gist. A man can tell you: ‘I will help you’. Don’t worry, I will help you, then at the time you call them, they just turn off their phones. But not God! God, who is faithful to His Word will confirm His Word in your life.
The challenge you may be facing is not permanent. 2 Corinthians 4:18. Whatever you are going through is subject to change. So, anything you are going through will change today. Church Gist. There is no impossible case with God. Luke 18:27. The ‘things’ (which are impossible with men) including that thing you have been having sleepless nights about since last year.
-Today, God will change that story.
Hear this, where there’s hope, no situation is permanent to be closed. Anywhere there is hope, there is a future. Ecclesiastes 9:4.
Say: My case cannot be hopeless.
Just keep your hope alive. To be hopeless is to be helpless, to be hopeful is to be helpful. If God can turn the situation of Abraham, He can also turn your situation around. Church Gist. That case looks like a hopeless case. Romans 4:20. Don’t give up! Don’t what? Give up! Keep your hope alive, it’s a new beginning.
-God will do great things in your life right now.
Isaiah 43:19. Now! Not after! It shall spring forth. Did you hear it? God did not say: ‘After’. He said: ‘Now’. You know? Desert is not a place where water comes out but God said: I will show you that, even if, inside desert, I will bring out water. That means where nothing is working, things will begin to work.
-I decree and I declare! Where others are complaining, things will be working for you. In the name of Jesus.
How do I know? God told me, He said: Stop talking about anything politics and if you heard me for some time I don’t talk about politics. He said, speak over my people and I will prove that in the midst of hardship that I’m God. Church Gist. And for the first time in this Church, this is when people are getting breakthrough employment more than before. Others are complaining: ‘No job’. This time everybody: ‘I have breakthrough, I have job’. Why? When He gives you an instruction, obey Him. Every day somebody will testify: ‘I didn’t apply’, they gave me. Another is saying: ‘No job’.
-So it doesn’t matter what is happening in the World. Your case will be different! Your situation will be different!
Isaiah 43:19. That means in case others are saying: Nothing is working! Your own will work! Am I talking to you? I’m speaking to someone in Church and online, your story has changed. God wants the best for us. He wants what? The best for us. John 10:10 (AMPC). Please this year oo, don’t think you will endure, He said you will enjoy. Enjoyment is different from… He didn’t say you will endure, enjoy! By redemption, we are ordained to enjoy life. Is that true? And we are to reign as priests and kings where? On the Earth! Not to roam here, to reign. Revelation 5:10. But if you must reign on the earth, nobody reigns without doing something. I was taking just a short statement this morning, when the young man who talked in the Early Morning Devotion spoke on responsibility. I said: Don’t think of pursuing success, just make yourself valuable. When you make yourself valuable, success pursues you. Don’t pursue success, make yourself what? Valuable. All that Joseph did was to make himself valuable and Pharaoh pursued him. He said: ‘Come and take over’. So, don’t be pursuing success just make yourself what? Successful. When you are valuable, people pursue you. So, add value to your life than just going after success. When you are valuable, you become marketable, so make yourself more valuable to be marketable. Are you getting me, sir? Glory to God. Revelation 5:10.
For us to reign, we must serve the interest of His Kingdom. Jesus came to establish a kingdom. Matthew 6:9. Life is all about serving, it is those who serve and defend the interest of His Kingdom that will reign on the Earth. Now, hear this and hear me well, your access to God’s best is to make Matthew 6:33 your lifestyle. Church Gist. So on this first day, seek first His Kingdom. That’s all! And everything the World is pursuing is an addition. Shout hallelujah! You can’t buy phone and be praying for battery, it’s an accessory. When you seek God, you don’t pray for job, you don’t pray for breakthrough, they are additions. Shout hallelujah!
What is contained in Matthew 6:33?
1. Put God first.
‘To seek ye’ simply means to get saved. When you get saved, you experience Salvation. John 3:3. Matthew 6:33. So you can’t seek His Kingdom until you are saved. Until you are what? (Saved). Salvation is your access to the Kingdom of God. Coming to Church is not your access to the Kingdom of God, your access first to the Kingdom of God is Salvation. Matthew 6:33. John 3:3. So, the first access to the Kingdom of God is what? Salvation. Church Gist. Until you secure your life in Christ, you are not qualified to reign. 2 Corinthians 5:17. Revelation 5:10. Being born again is to confess Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour. You cannot serve the God you don’t know. It’s one thing to be in Church, it’s another thing to be in Christ. If you want to reign in life, then you must be saved. That you come to Church does not guarantee Salvation, you must be born again. Shout hallelujah! So when the time for altar call comes, just give your life to Jesus, that’s your first access.
2. Righteousness.
His righteousness means to be consecrated to God. Romans 12:1. Consecration is to be totally sold out to God and His Kingdom. Those who are sold out are those who stand out, it is to be Kingdom-focused. When you are Kingdom-focused, you don’t live like a locust. To be Kingdom-focused is to seek God first in all your endeavors. Those who seek God first don’t sink in life. You cannot seek God and His Kingdom and be stranded in life. Let me say this to every one of us in this New Year Service, life is not about material possessions first but about His Kingdom first. Matthew 6:33. Church Gist. He didn’t say: Seek ye first appointments, He said: ‘Seek ye first the Kingdom’. When Kingdom expansion, advancement, promotion become your priority for living, all that the World is looking for shall be added unto you. Shout hallelujah! So, Kingdom service is the highway to influence and affluence on earth. Make the Kingdom of God your priority and problems will depart from your proximity.
-Today, whatever is that thing you’re looking for, God will add it to you in the name of Jesus. Church Gist. And problems will leave you in the name of Jesus.
John 12:24. So, your fruitfulness is a function of your dedication. Fruitful Christianity comes at the function of your dedication to God. John 12:24. Where service stops, that’s where fruitfulness stops. Now, hear this! The problem with many is inconsistency. I tell people, don’t make new year resolution, it’s madness. Make a lifetime resolution. Don’t say I’m making new year (resolution), the one you made last year, did you keep it? You forgot, you didn’t even remember. Church Gist. New year resolution! What new year resolution? Make a decision and back it up, are you getting what I’m saying now? Don’t say: I made new year resolution! Okay, last year you made one, did you keep it? After two days you even forgot. True? Service to God is not once and for all, it’s a lifetime adventure. Matthew 24:13. Not he that starts, he that endures to the end. Hear this people of God, altar call is instant Salvation while dedication to the end is ultimate Salvation. That you made altar call does not guarantee you making Heaven, it is staying with God until your time on earth is over that guarantees you making Heaven. Matthew 24:13. Everyone of us must seek to serve God till our time on earth is over. Shout hallelujah!
Hear the stories of these men I will talk to you about in the Bible so that you can decide on which one you want to follow:
There was a man called King Saul, first official king of Israel. This man started well with God, but he did not end with God. He started as a very humble man but God lifted him. Yesterday night, we read the story but he became so arrogant and rebellious. He didn’t end with God after he was on the throne for forty years. Another man called Solomon started very well, when he was dedicating the Temple, he brought down the glory of God but ended up worshipping idols. He didn’t end with God very well. Church Gist. It got to a point where he built shrines for his many wives. Shrines! The same man who built Church, all of a sudden began to build shrines. Have you not seen people who are very fervent in Church and one political appointment, they take all manner of titles that make them go astray. It’s not the beginning that matters, it’s how far you go. King Uzziah whom God helped marvelously reigned for fifty-two years on the Throne. He became a king at the age of sixteen but he missed it at the end in service. He ended up a leper before he died.
Abraham served God for 100 years without missing it and after the Almighty Father, he was the only person the Bible referred to him as ‘Father Abraham’. He served God for one hundred years. Hezekiah served God and stayed with God till his time on earth was over. David served God and stayed with God till his time on earth was over. Church Gist. Peter and Paul served God and stayed with God till their time on earth was over. Judas started with God but did not end with God. That you have been serving God for seventy years is not a guarantee that you should resign now. Matthew 24:13. Are you hearing me? Kingdom service is a lifetime adventure. Stay put till the end.
Say: I will stay till the end.
Keep the fire burning, stay consecrated with God, remain dedicated all the days of your life. Once saved is not automatically saved. I said: Altar call is instant Salvation while dedication is ultimate Salvation. Many don’t even believe Heaven and hell is real. Church Gist. If you ask some Christians they never think of anything that has to do with Heaven, in fact, they get very angry when you talk about Heaven. But a time has come, this new year, every one of us must say: If I perish, I perish; Heaven is my ultimate goal. Shout hallelujah!
3. Other things.
Other things are the blessings you need to enjoy life. Other things simply mean multiplication. To enjoy multiplication, you must put God’s Kingdom as a priority. Obedience to Matthew 6:33 is the end of all struggles. Job 36:11. Isaiah 1:19. Kingdom-first question must be answered before living and enjoying God’s best can be experienced. So, your greatness in life is tied to Kingdom service. Why am I saying so? People have misplaced priority, they think earthly material determines success. Uzziah was very successful in terms of material wealth but he missed it, so he was not successful. Solomon was wealthy till he died but he missed it. So, don’t allow wealth to be your yardstick for success. Church Gist. Is that true? There was nowhere in the Bible they said Solomon was poor, he was rich till he died but he missed God. That you see somebody buying many cars… When you see yourself reducing your service to God, know something is getting wrong. By the time you come to Church that you used to come four times a week, now you’re coming once a week, you’re already heading like Solomon and others. Before you used to come to Church, now all of a sudden to come to Church, you’re even struggling to come. Haa! Don’t think that you are playing, it has started. That’s when you know that already you’re going off. It doesn’t start one day, I’ve seen some people who come to Church every day, all of a sudden now, to come to Church is a struggle. Matthew 24:13. Hear this, when you make Matthew 6:33 your priority, His blessings will come to you without sweat.
In conclusion, hear this! It is time to leave your comfort zone and live for God to secure your future and eternity. Church Gist. Don’t sell off your destiny in Christ because of material things. Heaven is real and hell is real.
Say: I will wake up to reality.
Where you keep God today in your life determines where He will keep you tomorrow. Church Gist. Hear this and hear me well, there are four categories of people in every Church including our Church. Everybody falls within these four categories.
A. Those who are in Church to be entertained.
They were the ones who came last night, plenty. They came to do Crossover Service just to be entertained. Church is just to entertain them. Church Gist. ‘I like that Church, they play good music’. They are just in Church to be what? (Entertained). ‘You know? If you see the kind of music they play there, wonderful’!
B. Those who are members but are not interested in promoting God’s Kingdom.
Because the Church is a known Church, they say: ‘I’m a member of Salvation Ministries, I’m a member of Winners Chapel, I’m a member of Redeemed Christian Church’. They are just there just because they feel the Church is popular. I’m a member of Christ Embassy, I’m a member of Deeper Life. You think everybody in Deeper Life is born again? Church Gist. Do you think everybody in Salvation Ministries is born again? It’s a lie. They are just following because it’s a popular Church. ‘I’m a member there, I’m a member of Redeemed Christian Church of God’. Glory to God! They are members but they are not interested in promoting God’s Kingdom. They are identifying with the happening but they are making nothing to happen. ‘I’m a member of Salvation Ministries, I’m a member’. ‘Oh! You’re a member’! Oh! Glory to God. Some belong to that class.
C. Those who know everything yet will never obey or put what they know to practice.
There is nothing you will talk they don’t know. Before you talk, they say: ‘It’s not the Bible, this is what the Bible says na’. They know everything in the Bible but they will never obey what they know. Church Gist. There is no Scripture you will quote that they don’t know. ‘You’re talking Genesis, it’s in Revelation’. But the man quoting the Scripture does not want to do one.
D. Those who receive and obey the Word.
They promote God’s Kingdom with everything inside of them. This is the class you should belong to. Church Gist. Are you hearing me? You receive God’s Word, you check your mind now and say: ‘Am I really serving God well? With the way I’m going, am I backsliding’?
Say: I will covenant this year to serve God all the days of my life. Church Gist. Not only for this year, but as a lifestyle in the remaining days of my life.
2 Chronicles 15:12. Listen, in case you don’t know the story why they covenanted. It’s very dangerous to be in a Church where nobody is telling you (the) truth. 2 Chronicles 15:3. Church Gist. If nobody is teaching you and nobody is talking to you, it’s the worst thing that can happen in any Church where nobody is talking to you, nobody is teaching you. Israel was without anybody teaching them, so they were doing things anyhow and then trouble came from nowhere to them. Then in 2 Chronicles 15:12-15, they now entered into a covenant.
-God will give you rest roundabout.
When you choose to serve God and the interest of His Kingdom, He will settle you in every aspect of your life. All aspects! Make a choice to serve Him, then if you perish, you perish; you will serve God. Joshua 24:15. How many will serve God this year? Sometimes we say: ‘Grace’. Grace can only be released when you have made a choice. Can grace come to a man who has not made altar call? The man will make a choice first to accept Jesus Christ, then grace will be released. But I cannot sit down and say: I’m not going to be saved’. Church Gist. And the grace will come to me, no! I will make the choice to say: ‘I want to accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour. You will make the choice to serve God then grace now will be released. Ephesians 2:8. Grace cannot be released when you have not made a choice. Can God force you to do something when you have not made a choice? The choice has to be made by you because He respects your choice. Then after you have made that choice, grace will now be released to back up the choice you have made. Are you getting me?
In every area of life, who makes the choice first? Joshua 24:15. People think that if you’re serving devil you will go to shrine, there are different idols in life, we have the demonic idol and we have human worship. There are politicians today who will not go to Church because another politician tells them: ‘You know? This morning, we won’t go to Church, we have to go to somewhere’. And he will say: ‘Yes, I will follow you’. The man has become an idol to you. In the morning, he can tell you: ‘O boy! You know? This morning, we have to take some hot drinks. We have a meeting this morning’ and that is the time of your service. Church Gist. The man has become a god to you. You will now tell him: ‘Yes Sir’! Because you feel that you are working with him, no! He should know too that you have God you serve. Look, you know why Christians should sit up? Ask me why. On the other side, even those who don’t have the kind of ‘faith’ when it’s their time, they say: ‘Mai gidan, sit down here, I’m coming’. He puts his mat, not minding whoever you are. But when it comes to Christians, we begin to be foolish. If you like, be holding meeting, when that time comes, he will say: ‘Excuse me! I want to pray’.
Then you see a Christian, professing Christianity will say: ‘No! My Oga said we should be…’ Nonsense! You make a choice! The Man should know your stand from the beginning. Did Pharaoh stop Joseph from serving God? No! He knew his stand from the beginning and when an unbeliever knows your stand. He will say: ‘That man, it’s time for his service, I will allow him to go’. But from the beginning when you compromise, you can’t change overnight. Let him know your stand that at this time of the day, you must go for service. Church Gist. No matter who is your boss. He will say: ‘He works very well, he does things well, give him that time’. But when you are lousy, how will they give you time? You are going to ask God to give you grace to serve Him all the days of your life. So you don’t serve God like Uzziah, you won’t serve Him like Saul, you serve Him like Abraham, Paul, Peter and the rest of them. Even Jesus, are you getting what I’m saying now? Who even at the point of death could make a choice to say: ‘I’m not dying, I must serve God’. 2 Chronicles 15:12.
—-PRAYERS—-
In Jesus’ mighty name, now that you have made a choice to serve God, grace to put it to practice receive now! And none of us who have made this choice will fall by the wayside. At the end of our chapter, all of us will make Heaven. None of us will go to hell in Jesus’ mighty name!

ANOINTING SESSION
David’s status was to change in Israel, he was a shepherd boy kept in the hidden, nobody recognized him but God picked him. 1 Samuel 16:13. He anointed him with oil but the Spirit of God came upon David. There are no two Spirits. Ephesians 4:4. It’s only one Spirit. Church Gist. The Oil in your hand, in case you are coming for the first time, ceases to be an ordinary oil. The same Holy Spirit that came upon him will come upon that Oil in the name of Jesus. Everywhere God wants a change, the Holy Spirit is introduced. And from that moment, the young man’s status changed. From there, he took over. Brought Goliath down in 1 Samuel 17, became a leader.
-Now, as you are anointed this day, there shall be a change of status.
-Genesis 1:1. And today is a new beginning, words have gone forth. You started this year, maybe your life, you look at it and say: ‘Where am I going this year’? Genesis 1:1. That means the Earth was chaotic, formless, no beauty to behold, that means it was empty. Church Gist. If you have ever gone to a room where they just built newly and there is no furniture, no curtain, if you speak it will echo. (Illustrating). Because the Place is empty. Creation was without beauty, creation was without form, shapeless, formless, ugly and then all of a sudden, something happened. Darkness was upon the face of the deep, satan came to corrupt creation.
-I don’t know what wants to corrupt God’s purpose for your life this year, it will never manifest.
And then all of a sudden, God said: ‘I know better than you, darkness’. And God introduced His own Spirit. Genesis 1:1. Church Gist. Until there is a move of the Holy Ghost, prophecy cannot be fulfilled. Before God said: ‘Let there be light’. His Spirit moved. Yes, many things have been spoken for your destiny to move forward.
-Today, the same Holy Ghost that came upon David is the same Holy Ghost that is coming upon you.
-Today, whatever sat on your destiny. Hear me people of God, I don’t care how long you have suffered; on this first day, that darkness will go. Church Gist. Darkness has never struggled with light; anywhere the Holy Spirit comes darkness must leave. It was introduced in the resurrection of Jesus, darkness of death left. There is nowhere the Holy Ghost has come, where darkness will ever live. Zechariah 4:6. 2 Corinthians 3:16.
-Today, the Lord is that Spirit, and where He is, there is liberty. As you are anointed, this day, not tomorrow. Every darkness that held you down in the previous years will let you go. Church Gist. Every form of darkness that stopped you from advancing will leave right now in the name of Jesus. Darkness can’t stop you!
Say with me: No darkness can stop me. By the power of the Holy Spirit, darkness must go. Genesis 1:3. Church Gist. That light was not Sunlight, He said: ‘Let My glory be’. When glory comes upon you, anywhere you turn things work.
-Now, to everyone under the reach of my voice, whether Church or online, God’s glory is resting upon you now.
When a man is wrapped with the glory of God, it’s a different thing altogether. I can speak on glory, it’s a different thing. I have deep revelation on glory. Church Gist. When a man carries glory, where they stop others, they can’t stop you. When other’s things are not working, things will work for you. If a man carries glory! Now listen, I’m not just saying anointing, I have deep insight. (illustrating).
-As you are anointed this day, I decree glory to rest on you.
-Everyone anointed today, beginning from now, anywhere you go, glory will rest on your life.
-God’s glory will envelop you in the name of Jesus. Areas where they said: ‘No’ to others, doors will open to you.
-The glory of God rests on everyone that will be anointed in the name of Jesus.
-The same place they said to you, ‘No’ last year. The same place where you could not get things last year, this year they will come to you with ease.
-I’m speaking over someone’s life. In the name of Jesus, whatever you anoint, listen after this anointing, go and anoint your houses, anoint your shops, everything you anoint today will carry the glory of God.
Listen, just take a photocopy of your CV, so that, you know? The one you anoint you can’t use it. Take anything just have the name, if it’s a Church, take the name of the Church. Anything you anoint, all our pastors, anoint your signposts if your hand can reach. Anoint Salvation Ministries, are you getting what I’m saying now? Anything you anoint today will carry God’s glory.
The glory of God rests upon you in the name of Jesus.
-In case you came without glory, you will leave with glory.
-Isaiah 40:5. From this day, you will never be in obscurity.

He said: ‘It’s okay, bye’. He saw the woman who gave the order, you will know she’s the most senior, so no question, just go. Why? Glory! How come she picked me? Glory!

Listen, all our Churches must be anointed today including headquarters. Anoint any point of contact, you will see unusual… Church Gist. Pastors, anoint your Churches, glory will rest upon that material. Just take your CV as a point of contact, don’t anoint original. Just photocopy or something, just anoint anything that carries you, your name. Even your houses, anoint the gate. Your shop anoint it, glory will rest upon it.

By the leading of the Holy Spirit because when I minister, I listen to the Holy Spirit. Listen, a man lifted is always an envy of hell. He said to me: ‘What you are speaking will take people up but at the same time, speak words of protection’. Because when you’re lifted, demons get angry.

I close on this note, the Holy Spirit is the custodian of all things. He said, I will send you a comforter. He’s the One that heals. He’s the Spirit behind wisdom, He’s the Spirit of Fruitfulness. -Whatever you desire today, it will be granted to you by the Holy Spirit.
Some of you will agree with me, some plagues have resisted medical treatment. You’ve taken drugs and the plague has resisted treatment.
-Today, after this anointing that plague shall be destroyed, you will be healed. Matthew 3:11.
– As you take a shot at the right time, every sickness that has resisted medical treatment will leave your body right now. You will be free and you will be healed in the name of Jesus.
