PAST TENSE FAITH NEVER DELIVERS, FUTURE FAITH IS IMPOTENT, PRESENT TENSE FAITH GETS THE JOB DONE.
THE DAY YOUR FAITH COMES ALIVE, GOD’S FAITHFULNESS MANIFESTS ITSELF

WHEN FAITH COMES ALIVE, IT QUENCHES ALL THE FIERY DARTS OF THE DEVIL THAT MAY STAND TO RESIST ITS DELIVERY

Nothing makes a difference in the world of darkness like light. Knowledge – no, skill – no.
– May we continue to treasure every light from Scripture that we receive so our lives can keep going from glory to glory.
Jesus speak to us this time and let your name be glorified!
I have a few clips for the time that we have.
1. The first is understanding cell system as God’s agenda for the Church of all ages – it’s not a new thing. The Church in the wilderness under the shepherdhood of Moses was a cell Church as commanded by God. Exodus 18:21-24. It kept the Church in the wilderness alive, going and growing for 40 years. Church Gist. Acts 7:38. The Church that was born on the day of Pentecost was also a cell Church. Acts 2:46. It was a platform for the overall Church growth. So strong was the cell structure that the city was filled with their doctrine. Acts 5:28,42. Churches in houses were the main features of the Church of Christ in the days of the Apostles. Romans 16:15; 1 Corinthians 16:18; Philippians 1:2. So it is not a Church doctrine that we are driving; it’s God’s agenda for the Church of all ages. In like manner, the end time Church is ordained a cell Church that is, a Church in season and out of season. Ephesians 4:16.
Perilous times are here in the end time and the cell Church is ordained of God as the security of his people. We saw how many Churches went down during the Coro crises across the nations. In some nations, less than one-third of Church people have returned back to Church. But mark every cell Church platform, they remained intact. Most of them have had 70 per cent return, your Church was blossoming during Coro crises. Church Gist. That’s the power of the cell system. If Biblical prophecies are in place like they are always in place, (… What you have seen now is the beginning of all sorrows) so, challenges are here in the end time but triumph is preserved for the people of God and the cell system is that strategy of Heaven to keep the Church alive in season and out of season.
Not interesting but worse days lie ahead but the greatest days lie ahead of the Church. Isaiah 60:2-3. The fellowship of the saints is the illumination center of the world. The Church will be going from strength to strength engaging the cell system platform. So we are on course with Heaven’s agenda. Church Gist. This is why we must continue to invest in cell growth and replication which is ordained a covenant platform for the continuous growth and expansion of the Church of Christ. We look forward to every cell in this Church giving birth to at least, one new cell before the end of the ongoing prophetic season. How many understand why we are driving it now?
– I decree unusual grace upon every cell minister, assistant and secretaries to engage with this drive and be beneficiaries of the blessings thereof.
Very quickly again we look at, ENGAGING THE WONDERS OF THE “NOW” FAITH.
“Now, Faith is,” not faith was nor faith shall be but “faith is.” Faith is a now force that triggers good reports. Hebrews 11:1-3. The now faith always commands good reports. We saw how Abraham operated the now faith all through his walk with God. Church Gist. Paul was also a man of the now faith. Acts 27:25. The now faith is what guarantees maximum delivery in the school of faith. John 5:4.
Every time a word comes and faith does not catch up with it, it goes. Matthew 9:27-29. Every time the Word goes, Heaven is asking, “do you believe?” If you believe then step into it and carry all that belongs to you. We saw Jesus emphasizing the present tense power of faith severally. Mark 11:24; John 14:12. Church Gist. Past tense faith never delivers and future faith is impotent. John 11:21,24. Present tense faith gets the job done.
Why the “Now” faith? Our God is the eternal “I am that I am,” and He never changes. Exodus 3:14; Malachi 3:6; Hebrews 13:8. God will now be anymore powerful than he is today. So when your faith comes alive, you tap into his power that is the same, yesterday, today and forever. He will not be anymore faithful tomorrow than he is today. So, engage your faith to provoke his faithfulness to confirm his Word. Church Gist. His healing power is the same yesterday, today and forever. So plug in today and you get it today. This is why the day one’s faith comes alive for salvation, healing, breakthrough, it begins. 2 Corinthians 6:2. The day your faith comes alive, God’s faithfulness manifests itself. Catch it today and begin to flow in the reality of it from the moment forward.
Let’s note the following:
Hope may be deferred but not faith because faith is a weapon of instant intervention. Proverbs 13:12. The day Jesus saw the faith of the paralytic man, he got healed. Paul perceived that the man had faith to be healed and that same day he was healed. Whenever our obedience of faith is in place on any subject matter, the devil is out of the equation. Deuteronomy 28:1. Church Gist. Let your obedience of faith remain in place and you discover the devil is totally out of the equation in the affairs of your life. So our victory is available and obtainable now but we can only take delivery by operating the now faith. God is up to anything he says in his Word now. Whenever faith comes alive, victory comes along because faith moves the unstoppable hand of God to confirm His Word. Isaiah 53:1.
– Every word concerning this year to you and I, will come to pass in grand style.
– Every Word of the Lord concerning this Church and particularly in this prophetic season will come to pass in grand styles.
When Faith comes alive, it quenches all the fiery darts of the devil that may stand to resist its delivery. It does not only guarantee delivery, it enforces delivery. Ephesians 6:16; 1 John 5:4. Therefore, we don’t have to push our victory, healing, favour, prosperity, breakthrough into the future – they are all available now but only by engaging the now faith will make it happen. Church Gist. Whatever God can do now, faith will make it happen now.
– No matter where you are now in your covenant of soul into the kingdom of God, faith will make the balance happen now.
– You have gone ahead and God by grace has given you the number you covenanted, the faith to hit the bench mark of many that will cause your star to rise, God can make it happen now!
The now faith is the key. Now listen to this: can anybody repent today and accept Christ as Lord and Saviour and Jesus will say, “hold on a minute; I’ve saved enough people today?” In the same vein, when your faith comes alive in stewardship, the rewards of stewardship start speaking in your life from that time. It’s not tomorrow. Somebody has been here, a member of the Church for 8 years but his engagement in 3 months transformed his life. Church Gist. He is just sitting down there watching things happening without being a partaker of it. But when the Word came and he decided to say, no, I refuse to be an onlooker, everything turned in 3 months as against 8 years of regular non-functional, non-fruitful membership. The now faith is the answer.
Prayer: Lord help me to keep my faith in your word alive.
– May everyone’s faith stay alive all through the days of our life.
UNVEILING THE MYSTERY OF THE ONE YEAR COVENANT LIFE SPAN
God’s promise to Abraham concerning Isaac came to pass at the set time within one year. Genesis 17:19-21; Genesis 21:1-2. This time Abraham was 99, Sarah was 90. Isaac came when Abraham was 100 years – one year. Church Gist. We saw in the story of Isaac how that Isaac sowed in the land and reaped in the same year, an hundred fold. Genesis 26:12-14. All that happened within one year. We brethren as Isaac we are children of promise. Galatians 4:28. So God has a one year Covenant life span for us. There’s a change of story packaged for every year. Luke 13:6-9.
– May no one’s year be wasted again!
Galatians 3:29. The promise of Isaac delivered within one year. Ephesians 5:14. Church Gist. Don’t watch this year pass on again, pass off again. Engage with it. Genesis 26:12.
– May this be your year!
Every year is the year of the Redeemed. Isaiah 63:4; Luke 13:6-9. Every year belongs to us; we serve the God of times and seasons, day and night, summer and winter. He is still God of all seasons. All we need to do is to stay awake and take our place each year in line with this Word. This is because while the Earth remains, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night shall not cease. Every one can choose his year of next level turnaround by engaging actively, faithfully, productively with God’s commandment for the hour. Church Gist. When ones year of change of story comes, as triggered by individual’s obedience of faith, God steps in to execute vengeance against all oppositions on his/her way. Isaiah 63:4. The year you choose to engage, you have triggered God’s vengeance upon your opposition.
– This year must end with amazement in your life!
Everyone who chooses to make this year their year of next level turnaround by responding to the covenant demand of the hour will have their Isaac order of testimony. You want to see what you have never seen, then get set to do what you have never done. There is nothing extraordinary on its own; it’s man’s extraordinary input that makes it so. Church Gist. Stop watching the year pass, engage with it. Everyone is therefore admonished to make the most of this ongoing OPERATION HIT YOUR TARGET because it will bring you to your next level of turnaround encounters with God. When we engage in truth with any Covenant of Scriptures, we have sent the devil out of the equations of our life.
No one goes forward sitting down. You go forward taking steps. Someone said, “only 5 per cent of people make things happen; 25 per cent are entertained – they just watch things happen and 70 per cent don’t even know anything is happening. Church Gist. You can’t afford to be part of that 70 per cent. You’re too smart for that; redemption is too precious for that. So let’s come awake and take responsibility. We are in for the best of time.
– Whether the devil likes it or not, you’re hitting your Covenant Highways this year and you remain on it for life!
That’s God’s agenda for the moment and I want to believe you’re set for it. Church Gist. This year must not pass you by!
For those who are being separated into various assignments today, there is no entitlement in titles. Don’t let your title confuse you. There are founders of churches who are confounded. There are Apostles separated by God who are beggars. Church Gist. Outside acceptable, fruitful stewardship, Christianity is an adventure in frustration. Job 36:11; Luke 22:24-27. We are not Gentiles, we are not exercising Lordship over people. We are serving people’s interest under God. Please see this privilege in that light.
God does not pay leaders; he pays labourers. 1 Timothy 5:18. God does not pay title holders; he pays labourers. Church Gist. Everyone shall be rewarded not according to his title but according to his own labour. Proverbs 14:23; 1 Corinthians 3:8.
– May this lead to next level of profiting in everyone’s life!
“I am a Cell Minister.” Are you a labouring Cell Minister or a title holder cell minister? Are you a labouring Elder or a title carrying elder? “I am now a deacon.” Congratulations! Are you a value adding deacon or one causing distractions? My prayer is that God will mark each one out for honour this year. Church Gist. Psalm 22:30. There is none of us here today that will not rejoice at the end. As you see God’s grace flowing through you to your children and your children’s children in all their generations.
We have 4 weeks more to go in this Prophetic season of harvest
– May these 4 weeks be turnaround weeks for every one of us!
