Shall we together lift our hands to Jesus, bless His name for answered prayers this morning! If you believed that He answered your prayers, heard us as we prayed and that we will see the effect of these prayers, give Him thanks and glory! Blessed be Your name, Jesus! Would you thank Him for the service of tomorrow, it shall be a new dawn for all of us. God will be opening new chapters to everyone- new chapters of glory, strength, honour and in all areas. Thank Him also for those amazing testimonies, of those who won’t let God go, and they experienced their breakthroughs. Blessed be Your name!
-Prayer: Ask Him to speak to you this morning, Jesus, I want to hear from you. All the people came early in the morning to hear from Him. I’m here in your temple to hear from You, Jesus! Let Your Word come through to me today, let my own Word come! Thank You Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ precious name we have given thanks!
Jesus, thank You again. Church Gist. Open our ears this morning and let what we hear impact our lives Isaiah 50:4. Give us the grace to do what we hear, in Jesus’ precious name we pray!

EVERY OF THE SCRIPTURE IS FOR OUR PROFITING! God is not looking for who to use, abuse, or who to molest but He is always looking for who to bless, honour, and whose story to change! The world heard the Word but it did not profit them because it was not mixed with Faith- they won’t do it Hebrew 4:2, James 2:18.
Our anchor Scripture for this series like we have been told is Deuteronomy 5:32 and 33. So it is not for the fun of commandment and obedience, it is for those striking benefits that we may live, that it may be well with us and that we may enjoy a good old age. So it’s about us, it’s not about God- He ever liveth! He’s the one that always makes it well for others, so it’s always well with Him. He’s the ancient of days, He was there even before the world began. He will be after the world is no more- He doesn’t need a long life. Everything about heaven and of God’s commandments is absolutely for our benefit. Church Gist. God has nowhere to harbour any more benefit because in Him we live, move and have our being, so what does He need? Haggai 2:8.
The God we serve has no needs, He is only committed to meeting our needs. That should settle anybody. Pursuing after God is not to His benefit, it is absolutely to our benefit; If anyone doesn’t agree with that, your agreement is your cup of tea and your disagreement is your cup of coffee!
What we do as an individual or as a church, does not make God, ‘God’! What we don’t do, can’t make Him less than God. You can say, ‘I don’t agree with all that nonsense’, go with your ‘full sense’. Again that humbling statement came to me as a person that, ‘God does not need me for anything, I need Him for everything! He doesn’t need you for anything, you and I will always need Him for everything- this will make serving God a delight, sir. What I say cannot change anything about Him, what has been written, has been written.
You can’t say love your wife as Christ loved the Church, okay, hate your wife as satan hates Ephesians 5:25. People do as if they are in a class where they can argue, Amen!
God doesn’t need me for anything, I need Him for everything. My obedience does not add one thing to Him, it adds everything to me. Church Gist. My disobedience does not remove anything from God, it only removes from me! If you stand on this sir, serving God will be a natural delight- you don’t need encouragement, you will be self-encouraged permanently. You will be immune to discouragement.
Because you are not running after God for God and you are not serving God for God, you are pursuing after God for your good. You are running after God to win the race of life.
Some are so important in their own eyes, they are even more important than God by saying, ‘We will not do this, let’s see how God will go through it’. Praise God! God is not going through anything, God is already through! The God that smites His enemies with the breath of His nostrils- He ever liveth and is always breathing, so where will His enemies stand? Opposition against God is foolishness Psalms 14:1. John 1:1.
Everything around us shows that there is God, for those who know how to appreciate things. Church Gist. Could these things be running by chance? The sun and the moon by exchanging positions for night and day without trouble. The wind is blowing, the rain is falling, and the weather is changing according to the timing. Give the Lord praise!
The commandment is for your and my benefit, God has come to share it. Please, stop pulling your shoulder. The whole world is like a drop of water in His fingertip, so how do you weigh inside it? You can imagine one ant in your house saying, ‘I will deal with them’! And when you are coming from work, it just stands. You will not even be aware that something is standing, you will only crush it and go your way- that’s how much we weigh, let alone an individual, a microscope will be needed to be able to see that such a person is there- He will just run over you and walk away. But thank God, it’s always for our good, give the Lord praise!
Also interesting is the fact that this book, ‘The Bible’ covers every aspect of human life. It is a book and manual ordained for profitable living. It takes of the manual to maximize any product, so it is a manual for profitable living Isaiah 34:16, Deuteronomy 28:1-2. From Deuteronomy 28:1-13, every aspect of human life is covered. Church Gist. According to a lot of young people, even their spiritual roots, you don’t know, but they teach all kinds of stuff, they mix Psychology, Philosophy, and other stuff and call it ‘The Bible’. Anything that doesn’t have, ‘It is written’ backed up with the Scriptures network has no future.
Now let’s take this one for the few minutes that we have, WHAT IS IN THE COMMANDMENT OF SCRIPTURES FOR TITHING? Some believers may never discover that till they go to Heaven, those who should have gone there as Abraham, went there as Lazarus for lack of knowledge of what makes an Abraham out of every believer. Every believer is ordained to enjoy His riches in Glory on the earth. We know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, even though He was rich for our sake, He became poor 2 Corinthians 8:9. And He went to the cross to redeem us from the curse of the law which includes poverty, sickness, and death if we classify all the curses from Galatians 3:13.
Jesus went to the cross and averted the curses of the law to bring us into deep blessings of Abraham. Foremost among these blessings is living a great Life, a Life already paid for- enjoying affluence, and walking in financial fortune. Church Gist. There are many believers today properly redeemed sir but they have not discovered and are not willing to discover, they just think it is luck. ‘You know those folks in Winners, they are very lucky oh’, they say. One blood brought us together in the Kingdom.
No one believer has an advantage over the other, it is the light in which we walk that determines the quality of life by which we live.
Tithing is a commandment of the Scriptures. Listen to me, every commandment both in the Old and the New Testament has been rectified into one, by the Blood of Jesus. And these folks who teach these things will tell you that that’s Old Testament but you claim promises in the New Testament. Is it not written, Habakkuk chapter 1, is Habakkuk in the New Testament? People need to be sincere sir but everybody has the right to choose, Poverty and plenty choose one! Begging and giving, choose one! Church Gist. Struggling and shinning, choose one! Deuteronomy 30:19. So God allows us to make a choice, I don’t agree with Scripture, is a choice, go and secure your future let’s see.
Agreement with Scripture is the wisdom of creating a future!
The commandment is, ‘Bring ye all the tithe into the store house’ Malachi 3:10-11. It is with its blessings openly acknowledged. But you will be looking for where to pack them. God is talking to all of us this morning. That means don’t expect that experience without your tithing! Not ‘off and on tithing’ but ‘on and on’. Once and again. The day water stops evaporating to the atmosphere, the rain will stop. Church Gist. There is nothing mystical about rain, it is the water gathered that becomes heavy to accommodate, that turns to rain. And after one rainfall, another one must have to go up for the next rain. Ask those who committed to it and ask what their experiences are, you may want to ask me in case you believe my testimony.
I have not suffered one single financial strain by the grace of God since I got hooked on to tithe. I’ve never begged, okay you know, you can be calling people. Ask anybody and ask God who knows everything if I called anyone. This thing works! God doesn’t need your tithe or my tithe sir, He doesn’t need your tithe. Is it not from His blessings that you are tithing? John 3:27. What we are doing is acknowledging His blessings for more to come. Church Gist. When you say, ‘Lord, here is the tithe of the blessings that You have given me’, you have registered for more blessings. For the next blessing, here is the tithe of the next blessing when the tithe comes!
This Church has never begged, yet has never lacked, think of it! If you don’t the testimonies of people around us, if he begs, you should be the first to know that hello brethren, we are moving out to many nations, you stand up! Are they faking it for 40 years, go and ask God. At 1987 when that light came, the Church just came under an open Heaven through the mystery of tithing- Kingdom gateway to unending blessings. No one will miss it here, Amen!
Jesus came to fulfill the law and not to destroy it Matthew 5:17. You can’t destroy it even as a big time pastor. It doesn’t move God an inch. Christ, our High Priest validated the commandment of tithing! Leviticus 27:30, This ought ye to have done and not to leave the commandment of tithing undone Matthew 23:23.
You cannot say that He doesn’t say that in Greek, that’s your problem. I don’t know one letter of Greek. He has began to lead me from realm of blessing to the other from His Word. When the Lord say, ‘Goodness and Mercy shall follow you’, you didn’t go to look for it in Greek because it suits you, who doesn’t want, Goodness and Mercy to follow him. Church Gist. Even if Greek says, Goodness and Badness shall follow you, you will say, ‘no, Greek is wrong’. Because you like Goodness and Mercy! Thank You Jesus!
All the wars of this life has been rectified by Christ. Now, today according to Hebrew 7:8, Christ Himself receives our tithes in Heaven, it is a present continuous tense. It is the Windows of Heaven that is opened, not the windows of men. Not that someone is a Federal Minister of Agriculture and that God has opened the Windows of Heaven through him, No! he doesn’t know the way to the windows of heaven. Church Gist. Jesus is the master key holder of the Windows of Heaven! So He receives tithe to press the button on whose head, the blessing should open to. He is not the governor of mid bank or central bank. He is not the government of any nation but Heaven. You won’t miss that!
Now, those who don’t believe in personal tithing, how would they believe in corporate tithing? Just mere grammar, with nothing happening! Our financial fortune in this commission is not by chance , it’s by covenant. Nobody ever gets blessed by mistake with God. His blessings usually trail man’s obedience! Obedience in serving Him and the angel of His Kingdom, serving Him with your time, energy and resources- they just open you up to the channels of His blessings! His Word cannot be hidden. Church Gist. Somebody here says that anytime I mention corporate tithing, it grieves him. And one day, I told him, ‘What am I doing this for’? What does a man need? What does God need? And everything turned as he responded. Thank You Jesus!
Now, complying with the commandment of tithing, will make all the difference in hard times Malachi 3:17-18, Malachi 4:1. A day is coming, and it is presently now! How can you and your Church be building thousands of rural Churches and buying properties around the world and building the small ‘Ark project’ all at the same time. Hard times are coming! Jesus said it severally- hard times are already here.
The tempo may be increasing from time to time, He said, yet the end is not yet come. So tithing is a bail out agenda that will secure our fortunes in the seasons of misfortunes. Somebody’s story is changing! Can you imagine that during Coro Global lockdown was the time God was building thousand of Churches. Church Gist. We had over 6000 of people employed under the lockdown. By tithing, we turned lockdown to lock open! He knows how to distinguish the people who are serving Him in hard times. This hard times that is hitting the world today will not impact on your family, Amen!.
-Prayer: Thank you Jesus, I hope that we have given some blow to the devil this morning. Thank God for the Light and for the grace to walk in the Light this morning. Receive grace to walk in that Light! Darkness may cover the earth and gross darkness the face of the people but the Lord shall arise upon there and His glory shall descend upon you. The gentiles will come to your light and their kings to the brightness of your rising. Receive Grace to walk in the Light!
Abram gave his tithe to Melchizedek John 8:39. If you are the seed of Abraham, you must do the works of Abraham Genesis 14:20. Abraham was a tithing covenant Father, you can’t be an untithing covenant son- that is a disalignment. Abraham has to tithe his way into that eternal blessing among others. We can’t share the blessings of Abraham without doing the works of Abraham. Church Gist. You can’t think of sacrifice when you are not a tither.
Tithing is not sacrifice, it is the 10 percent of what He has given to you, there is nothing artificial there, Amen. It’s just an acknowledgement of His blessings, if that is difficult for a man, when and what year will he get to the realm of sacrifice? Abraham had one son, sacrifice your son and he went there. Church Gist. Abram did not become Abraham because he is Abram, No! Obedience made him, obedience will make us!
-Prayer: In the precious name of Jesus, everything preventing anyone’s eyes, from seeing this wonders of God’s covenant. I command them off in the name of Jesus! And haven seen it, grace to engage with it, tirelessly, delightsomely and enjoyably. Receive it now in the name of Jesus! May the revelation of the Father, it doesn’t need you or me, neither does it need what we have which He gave us- but we need Him for supplies for Life. Jesus, let this understanding change everyone’s perspective, Amen!
May this month of Wisdom rewrite the story of everyone of us, move us forward and change our stories supernaturally in the name of Jesus! So shall it be! I command your homes, children, works of your hands, spiritual life, and walk with God blessed in the name of Jesus! Church Gist. May everyone serving God in one way or the other- I mean behind the scene. May you begin to enjoy your open rewards. Before long, you will be enlisted among those who don’t have where to put the blessings anymore and that will be overflowing to others, to put smiles on the face of people and be part of their joy. That shall be your portion in Jesus name!
