Pastor Anne Awofisayo
Pastor Anne Awofisayo is a God lover, cheerful person, thought leader and preacher of the Word of God, the Co-Lead Pastor, Communion Christian Centre. She is a Corporate Communications Strategist, a role she juggles with her passion for photography.
Anne studied Economics at Obafemi Awolowo University where she eventually encountered Christ. At the time, Anne fell into depression, the only thing she desired was Christ. In her search for the voice of God, Anne became consistent with her 5am prayers where the Holy Spirit began dealing with her and showing her in bits the assignment He had for her till she had her real encounter; a trance about her destiny path.
At some point in her life, Anne thought she wasn’t destined to get married but was set apart to commit to Kingdom work only, but as she continued to get directives from God, Anne later got married to Pastor Tope Awofisayo.
Asides her ministerial and pastoral life, Anne is a lover of good music, a travel enthusiast who has been to seven countries so far and anticipating more journeys. She has strong views about Christianity and is of great influence within and outside her sphere.
Anne says she is a very reserved person but the ministry life is demanding more from her relational life and daily she tries to reach out to people. One fun fact about Anne Awofisayo is that she modelled her wedding dress according to how Kathryn Kulman used to dress because she is in love with Kathryn. Anne has been a faithful follower of Kathryn’s works and sees God giving her same grace.
As a tool of reaching out and spreading more of the gospel outside the altar, Anne runs a podcast called SALT (Salvation Talk) and a YouTube Channel.
Anne is on a mission to dominate for the Kingdom of God.
