It is by the light of His word that we grow from glory to glory as He sheds His light on our hearts according to 2 Corinthians 3:18. It keeps us going, changing our story from glory to glory. In the precious name of Jesus, another change awaits each one of us today. This God is worthy of thanks, let’s put this light to work. He had withheld rain for our services for years by Himself. So if He causes this rain to fall, it is a prophetic signal. The devil can not. He said they should go by the Red Sea, He knew the way through. He wanted to drown the enemy. Moses said “come this way” Ah the Red Sea is there. I know and that is what God is saying. Church Gist. He led them not through the desert for that was short but by the way of the Red Sea. That’s God. By this rain, the rain of favour will never cease falling in your life. Including those who are yet to be here the rain of favour will never cease falling in their lives. Just as this church has never known any dry seasons, your life will not suffer any dry seasons anymore. Do you want to enjoy your walk with God? For everything give thanks and in everything give thanks. That’s what keeps us going in all areas of our life. From today, thanksgiving will never dry out from your life.
With being thankful, your tank will run empty. To be thankful is to have your tank full. When your tank runs empty, your vehicle is grounded. Church Gist. In the name of Jesus, thankfulness will remain your lifestyle in your walk with God.
Jesus speak to us this morning by your word and move us forward according to your word.
UNVEILING THE REALITY OF WISDOM FROM ABOVE. How real is this? The wisdom from above is hidden and has to be discovered but once it comes, it has opened undeniable manifestations. Blessed is the man that findeth wisdom and a man that getteth understanding, its value is always in the open. Proverbs 3:13-17. A wise man shall inherit glory. The anchor scripture for this teaching series is Proverbs 4:7-9. Church Gist. It manifests in the open. It is not abracadabra wisdom, it is not mighty words, you speak and they applaud you, no! Matthew 13:54-56. It always shows in mighty works, things that eyes have not seen nor ears heard are the products and proofs of this wisdom. Therefore from this month onward everybody will see the manifestation of this wisdom in your life.
1 Corinthians 2:7-8. It is always a mystery. Mystery connotes hidden secrets. The deep things of God are the gateway to the highways of life. The Spirit of God is the one that unravels these hidden secrets. 1 Corinthians 2:10. Please understand that with the Holy Spirit every one of us will be limited in access. The Spirit of God is the access to the deep things of God. So the impartation of yesterday for those who were there, those who were not there please catch the tape and understand what the Holy Ghost does in the school of wisdom. Church Gist. He broods on the word to grant unusual insights by supernatural interpretation of the word that turns believers to wonders on the earth. What eyes have not seen. Let me show you two scriptures that will help.
The Holy Spirit is a messenger of the covenant. Malachi 3:1. Who came suddenly into His temple as it happened on the day of Pentecost. Job 33:21-25. Ecclesiastes 8:1. So He is the interpreter of the truth that restores the dignity of God’s people. Divine wisdom comes through the interpretation ministry of the Holy Spirit. Some will read a word 20 times and they don’t know what it is, talk less of knowing how it applies to them. What He does is interpret the truth as it applies to you. Church Gist. Who interpreted Matthew 6:33 to me? He did. Who gave me access to the voice of the Spirit, He did. Who gave me insights that could not be found in all the books I read, He did. It is that interpretation that makes us wise. Who interpreted hitch-free marriage to me? He did. Who interpreted church growth to me? He did. His interpretation ministry is our access to the wisdom of God. It is our access to the secrets of God.
Intellectualism is far below. As the heavens are higher than the earth. Many have been punishing their lives by celebrating their “skill”. Isaiah 55:8-9. May no one miss out on the interpretation ministry of the Holy Spirit. That is the covenant access to the deep things of God. Church Gist. It is the dawn of a new day for you. Holy Spirit, I celebrate your interpretation ministry, I welcome that in a new way in my life. That is my access to the deep things of God. You can’t have access to the deep things of God and not scale heights in life. So help me, Jesus.
Access to divine secrets is an asset of inestimable value. Job became the greatest of all men in the East by his access to divine secrets. Job 29:4. That made him the greatest of all men in the East. Job 1:3. Divine secret is what the Bible defines as the hidden wisdom of God as we read earlier but divine secrets are open secrets. It is not cultism. Open. Matthew 10:27. Church Gist. They are hidden secrets but when found they become open to all that care for it. I found many things through those who have found them. I found “far above” mentality through Smith Wigglesworth’s ministry. The ministry of Copeland led me to seek God’s secret concerning prosperity. The insights of Hagin led me or gave me access to the healing power. Hebrews 13:7. There are too many proud and arrogant people in church that no one can teach, not even God. They have found it, so you can find it through them. The mystery of Church Growth I found through Yonggi Cho’s ministry and the Holy Ghost came and expanded it. There is nowhere you are going that somebody has not been there but in the scriptures and in our contemporary time. Church Gist. We celebrate vanity a lot. Let him that thinks he knows anything known that he knows nothing yet as he ought to know. There are folks in our ministry who have never read any book on healing in their life. All they are doing is going around “pray for me, pray for me”. Nothing is a substitute for light in your conflict against darkness.
A man in 1986, read the book Keys to Divine Health, he was afflicted by hypertension and high blood pressure. On page 20 God visited him. He said “I discovered that Satan is not a gentleman. So I said to the hospital people, discharge me I am going home”. I saw him in 1996, he showed me the letter I wrote him in 1986 in response to his testimony. Ten years, no reversal. Elderly man bouncing, with no medication. Psalm 36:9. There are beacons of light in the body of Christ, they call them apostles, pastors, prophets and teachers. Their purpose is to bring us to the unity of faith with Him. So we can operate on their platform in their realm. I wrote a book, Towards Mental Exploits. A young lady caught that book and it turned her into a first class at the university. Some are just pouring oil on their head, you need light to triumph in your conflict against the powers of darkness. Arise, shine when your light comes not when your prayer comes. Light is the only way to shine in the darkness. Church Gist. In the precious name of Jesus, no one shall be overrun and overwhelmed by the powers of darkness anymore. Somebody came to meet me crying, why? Nothing is working. So I said go and get that book, Satan Get Lost. When you finish reading it, you come. I gave him seven days, he came smiling. What? I didn’t know Satan was this cheap. Everything turned by light. In the precious name of Jesus, in this month of wisdom, your access to light by taking covenant responsibility in seeking in prayers, searching through the word and studying materials of anointed people that have seen what you are yet to see, things will begin to turn for you.
Through the ministry of T.L. Osborn, I saw the Holy Ghost for the first time in my life as a person and the same day I heard His voice. People are lazy. I read that book in one sitting. I couldn’t even rise up to go to the toilet. The Holy Ghost held me bound and I agreed with him. If you have seen the book you will know it is not a small child material. The Purpose of Pentecost. Holy Spirit, I don’t want to ask anyone where these folks are, direct me by Yourself and I heard Him say “go forward”. What! First time in my life. I got to a T junction, where do I go from here? Make a left. These are not myths, they are open secrets. Church Gist. The Holy Ghost still speaks today but I will never have known that except that I had this privileged contact with T.L. Osborn. All that are called wise or known to be wise by proof, they have contacted that through diverse avenues including the altar of prayer, studying the word, attending worship services and searching through books that address your specific areas of need. The good news is something is ordained for your dramatic turnaround in this service and it is turning already.
Paul said I am sent to make all men see, so there is no secret there. Ephesians 3:8. You see how people walk in wisdom, they don’t see themselves above. It is not ogboni, everybody who wants to see can see. Open secret. Every kingdom secret is an open secret. What it takes to experience your next level agenda of God, that is His plan for us. God has a next-level agenda for all His children. Proverbs 4:18. Next levels never end with God. There is no ceiling on anyone’s destiny with God. The wisdom of God that moves men to that realm of more and more, shining brighter and brighter by the day comes on your life today.
It is not just accessing divine secrets that makes wise but trading divine secrets. Divine secrets is a talent and it is to be traded for full-blown manifestations. James 1:22. Divine secret does not add value on its own, it is trading it that does. God showed the secret of kingdom prosperity and I got myself into the terms of that covenant. It is 40 years plus, I have never had to beg. I never have to pray for food by engaging with that secret and the terms of its delivery. He showed me the secret of church growth and among which is prayer and fasting and that is our addiction in this church. Come and see endeavours as contained in John 1:40-46. Today you are still going to get fliers because ‘Come and See’ is forever until there is nobody else on the streets who does not know the truth. People have seen things but they have just left them to happen on their own. It will never. Church Gist. The man Job found the secret of liberality as God’s secret for business breakthrough and got sold out to it as we saw narrated in Job 29:4-17. He found what others have not found. Others are trading university degree secrets. They are inferior in every sense of the word. You can be teaching financial management and be a pauper. You don’t think that is true? Your special area is global financial management and the world of intellectuals recognizes you as an authority yet the man you are owing is knocking on your door. He doesn’t know your expertise, you are owing me you have to pay. You say I am a Professor Emeritus of Financial Management, but that is not equal to paying this debt. You can be an agric expert and suffering hunger. Your special area is the global cure of hunger and you are the pioneer of that course, now you are hungry, can this fill you? There is this secret that gets you satisfied in famine. Only with God not available in any school of learning, you won’t miss it. Deuteronomy 28:1. If you do what I have shown you, it will change your story.
What then is divine wisdom? Divine wisdom among others is the applied knowledge of the truth. In our context, you hear my world and do it, you are a wise man. You build your house upon the rock, forget about the rain, forget about the storm, and your house will be standing strong because your house will be standing strong. Church Gist. Matthew 7:26-27. It is not just discovering these secrets, it is putting them to work. You keep to your part of the deal and then it begins to deliver.
What is wisdom? Among others, it can also be defined as supernatural insight into the issues of concern or interest. The concern was to know the secret – the dream of the king and to interpret it. Church Gist. As he went into prayer, then the secret was revealed unto Daniel in a night vision. It was an issue of concern and divine wisdom gave access to that secret.
Should we pay tribute to Caesar? Mark 12:13-17. Simple way. Now we have this case when hunger struck the two of us agreed that we will eat my son first and then eat her own son tomorrow. After eating my son, she went to hide her son. What should we do? Solomon said bring a sword let’s divide the child into two, then the mother of the child showed up. Give it to her, you! You are a kidnapper. No, they exchanged the child because the mother slept. Church Gist. While men slept the adversary came and sowed tares. You better be awake. Insight! You never lack it anymore. One striking insight on an area of concern can terminate all your struggles. The temperature in your home will just come down to normal with one striking insight. No one among us shall be stranded anymore.
Today is our Covenant Day of Favour. As always said here, one day of favour is worth much more than a hundred years of labour. The labours of Israel for 430 years were overturned by favour overnight. God is overturning everyone’s struggle with His favour today. Wisdom is key to a world of favour. Good understanding procures favour. Proverbs 13:15. Church Gist. Understand what facilitates favour, connect with it and you are free from misfortune. Therefore today, any air and siege of misfortune over anyone’s life, over the family, over the works of your hand finally comes to an end.
Luke 2:40, 52. Wisdom and good understanding are facilitators of divine favour. Jesus said as the Father has sent me, so I send you. Church Gist. John 17;18. We are stepping into His realm of favour today via the communion. John 6:57. The Jesus order of favour will visit each one of us today.
Favour is a covenant story changer. It changes the stories of believers. We saw how favour changed the story of Joseph. He was a slave, with no address, and no reference and you committed your entire estate to his hand and never abused. Genesis 39:1-5. Favour! Favour!! A covenant story changer. Ecclesiastes 9:11. Skill cannot facilitate favour, favour is a manifestation of God’s love for His people and we are going to see that in a new way this time. Church Gist. Favour in the prison, favour everywhere. Favour from the prison to the palace. It is a master story changer. From today, everyone’s story shall keep changing from glory to glory by the Lord’s favour over our lives.
We don’t wait for favour, we entreat it. We provoke it, we trigger it, we work at it. Psalm 45:12. It is talking about Jesus from verse 1, particularly from verse 6. Church Gist. We provoke the favour of God, we entreat it, we consciously provoke it. One way to provoke His favour is by serving His interests. Malachi 3:17-18.
Specifically, how do we entreat the favour of God?
- Through the fear of God as a lifestyle.
Joseph said “but I fear God” – Genesis 42:18. Psalm 5:12. The fear of God is a facilitator of the favour of God. Now God has brought Daniel into favour with God, who was Daniel? He purposed in his heart not to defile himself with the king’s rich food. Daniel 1:8. God brought Him into favour through the fear of God. That favour kept flowing all through, until the end of his life. They could not find anything wrong because he was a faithful man. Daniel 6:4. So favour is not free. Church Gist. Favour is at a cost and the fear of God is one of the capital costs of favour. “If you can’t beat them, join them” then you have failed. The day you turn your back on things that please God, you turn your back on His favour. The day you join them to be doing the evil that they do, then you have lost out of favour with God.
- Making Kingdom advancement endeavours one’s priority for living unleashes God’s favour on such individuals.
Psalm 102:13-15. Favour is not free, it is at a cost and the cost is well spelt out. Do you want my favour? Then take pleasure in my affairs. Church Gist. Take pleasure in matters of the kingdom, it is your turn to experience the favour of God. Mark 10:28-30. You come under the showers of favour as you begin to live a kingdom priority life.
Matthew 6:33. They are added to you without you having to ask for them. When they are added do you need to ask anymore? They are just added.
- Staying in love with God leads the way to favour with God.
1 Chronicles 28:4. Staying in love with God wins His favour that manifests for generations. “Jesus, thou son of David” and Jesus is in heaven holding the key of David in His hand. Revelation 3:7. That is the power of staying in love with God, not for what He does but for who He is. Job 13:15. And the later end of Job was far greater than the former. No matter the attack on a lover, he comes out triumphantly. Church Gist. No matter the attack of the devil and his cohorts on a genuine love of Jesus, He comes out on top. You are coming out. Your enemies will smell, they will stink, and they will go into hiding. Just stay in love with God and you are coming out. Romans 8:28. Favour is the lot of all lovers. Every lover of Christ is entitled to His favour and His favour makes men stand out of the crowd. Psalm 30:7. God will never hide His face from you. Romans 8:35. Stay in love, you will silence your enemies. - Walking in obedience entitles believers to favour with God.
Deuteronomy 28:1-13. All these blessings by your obedience. We have the ‘112’ man in Psalm 112:1-3. Delightful obedience brings believers into favour with God. God said it, you believed it and you prove that you do by obeying what He says to do. The end has come to every form of misfortune in everyone’s life.
As we partake of this communion, believe God for your own eye-opening miracle. Luke 24:31. Today your spiritual eyes shall be opened, your physical eyes shall be opened. Daniel 11:32. That would be your experience today. Church Gist. So this communion targets our supernatural eye-opening miracle. Everybody will start seeing the truth as the truth. We need open eyes to walk into the realm of supernatural wisdom that changes people’s stories from glory to glory. It is a new day for you and me. You never forget the impact of today.

Luke 24:31. Daniel 11:32.
He said to me “you don’t need to know anybody to scale the utmost height. Just know me”. I heard those precious words on October 4th 1981. He gave them the communion and their eyes were opened and they knew Him. Many know about Him, but very few know Him. Church Gist. From this communion table, every one of us shall be added to the list of those who know Him. Every siege of spiritual ignorance is cursed today. Break forth into new realms of revelation in the name of Jesus. Everyone under the oppression of the devil is liberated at this table. What you can’t imagine happening to Jesus will no longer happen in your life.

Psalm 44:3
The favour of God upon this commission that has not allowed us to struggle over anything to make them happen, that gives us things we are not even prepared for. The favour of God that keeps pressure and tension out of this commission since inception, that order of favour of God comes upon your life today. No single announcement was made for this property to be bought, He bought it. No calls were made to any mortal man on earth but Jesus gave us the land according to Psalm 45:3.
- In the same vein, the greatest event in your life from henceforth shall be without struggle.
- The favour of God that makes high flyers becomes your portion today.
- The favour to douse all forms of tension in your business receive it now.
One way to entreat God’s favour is to take a genuine interest in the matters of His kingdom. The time to favour you never ends when you take pleasure in the stones of Zion. You can ask me and ask so many others how they have walked out of the realm of struggles forever.
- In the name of Jesus, your interest in the Kingdom will never be doused out
It’s not about “I have been doing it” you have to keep doing it. That I have been doing it is not the answer, what are you doing now? Next Sunday is our New Dawn Banquet. Advertise that unashamedly to those who want to hear and those who don’t want to hear.
Go in peace. The wisdom from above begins to manifest in your life in a new way. The week is declared a week of testimony. No evil report is permitted this week. None of us will end this year as usual. Something supernaturally unusual will take place in your life.
One day Joseph galloped into the palace. The change ordained for your Year of More than a Conqueror will take place like a dream of the night. So shall it be.
