Father, speak to us in this service; let each one have a word in Jesus mighty name.

We are in the month of ‘SUPERNATURAL LIVING’ and today we will be looking at, ‘PROVOKING YOUR REDEMPTIVE RIGHTS (Part 3). God said, as many as received Him to them gave He power to become the sons of God. John 1:12. Church Gist. You can never become what you have not received. It is what you believe from God’s Word you become it. Whatever you don’t believe you can never become. In Isaiah 28:22, if you mock the acts of God you end up a mocker. There are people even in this Church who don’t believe that what God is doing here is real.

A very touching story: last week, a man of God came to me and said, “Sir, in 2013 and 2014 a man of God said to me you (David Ibiyeomie) are not working with the power of God and woke me up. And said that God spoke that this man (David Ibiyeomie) is using other means to do miracles. And I agreed with the person. That the moment I agreed with the person, calamities began to befall two of us. Church Gist. We lost 2 people in one week. And God said to me (the man of God sharing the story), go and tell him you are wrong. He said from that time I have not had peace. I said, “well, I don’t know; it is you that knows.” He said please forgive me. I said, I didn’t know so there’s no point; I am not holding anything against you already.

So because he mocked the act of God, and God struck. I don’t know who is mocking what God is doing in your life, God will strike now. There are people even in this Church who don’t believe that what God is doing here is real. Church Gist. They say, “don’t mind all these things they are teaching; all those things they are talking are rubbish.” You can’t mock the works of God and not end up a mocker.

One thing with blasphemy is that if you blaspheme against the Holy Ghost you will never be forgiven. There are things you do that you will be forgiven; if you blaspheme against the Holy Ghost you will never be forgiven. Church Gist. Somebody will now say, “don’t mind him; he is using some other means.” You can never be forgiven because at that time, you are not talking about me you are talking about the Holy Spirit that is working through me.

• Anyone mocking your God will end up a mockery.

We are talking about our Redemptive rights in Christ. Revelation 5:12. This is the summary of our Redemptive rights. Everything redemption is summarised here. But one of our Redemptive rights we will be talking about this hour is riches. Church Gist. Every child of God is entitled to all the 7 if you have revelation of God’s word. In Deuteronomy 8:7-9, 18, There is a place you will be in Christ and you won’t lack. The power to get wealth is accessible but by the Word of God.

Peter was fishing in Luke 5:3-5, he caught no fish and Jesus met him and said, do you have any fish? He said, no, nevertheless at thy Word I will let down the net. And there and then things began to turn. Somebody’s story is changing right now.

Hear this people of God: what will make you rich is not your work. I saw in God’s word, ‘the blessing of the Lord it maketh rich’ not the oil company you work; Not your profession. So what makes rich is not the kind of job you do; it is the blessing of the Lord. Proverbs 10:22. Now hear this: Acts 10:34-35. There is no disadvantaged nation. Church Gist. The country you are hearing me from is not disadvantaged. “…In every nation whosoever fear,” except you are saying the Bible is no more true. But the Bible is true. It said, “There is no difference between the Greek and the Jew” those are the 2 Scriptures that brought me out and changed my perspective to prosperity. Romans 10:12; Ecclesiastes 5:9.

The Word of God is your passport to Kingdom wealth. Joshua 1:8. If you must make your way prosperous just go to the Word of God. So it is time to reach out to God for a change of position by covenant practice. Psalm 126:1-6 – “When” that means it is certain. So, captivity is turnable. Church Gist. There is a way you will turn your captivity and you will look like a dream. God is saying to you that, ‘your captivity is turnable’ if you follow the covenant principles. No matter the hardship, you can turn it around if you follow the principles of God.

In this service we will be looking at, HOW TO CONNECT WITH THE RICHES OF GOD because it is your covenant right; your redemptive right. Listen carefully: people of God, please don’t be religious. Jesus who knew no sin became sin for us is that true? Church Gist. How many of you believe that? Why? Because it was preached to you that He died for your sins true? You believe that part of the Bible? It is the part of the Word you believe that benefits you.

2 Corinthians 8:9. He became sin for you to enjoy righteousness. He became poor that you and I may be rich. Is it in your Bible? Why don’t you take this part? Church Gist. Why do you take only one? To be poor is an anathema in the body of Christ. Say I hear! You are saying redemption is not real. To now say that righteousness is not real you are saying that the reason why Jesus died is fake; is that true? To be poor is against Scriptures because Jesus died that you may not remain in poverty. Church Gist. So why will you accept righteousness and not accept prosperity? And anything you don’t accept will never produce in your life.

HOW TO CONNECT WITH THE RICHES OF GOD
1) Be born again: that is where the journey starts because you must receive. John 1:12. If you are not born again (John 3:3, 6-8).

2) Be obedient: Isaiah 1:19; Job 36:11.
a) Be obedient in tithing: Malachi 3:6-12. Until you return it is not your turn. Tithing is 10 per cent of your income back to God. Church Gist. Hebrews 7:8. I know many of you hear all manner of things on social media and everywhere. It is only tithe you hear; you don’t hear about don’t commit sin, don’t follow woman, don’t follow man.

Listen carefully: I don’t care any man of God that preached it; it is wrong. Ask me why. Church Gist. According to the man of God or according to the Word of God? The Word and man of God which one will you take? Even if I tell you something wrong don’t take it. Don’t say according to man of God; say according to Word of God. “The man of God said” is wrong; “the Word of God said” is right. Let every man be wrong and God be true. God’s word says pay tithe; man of God says, don’t pay. Who will you believe? Church Gist. I don’t care the man of God; he is wrong. Okay, don’t pay tithe; see if your life will go forward. I am telling you what I know.

b) Be obedient in walking in divine direction: they were fishing in John 21:5-6 and Jesus said, “Sirs, have you any meat?” They said no. He said, cast your net on the right side. So, they were on the wrong side. Church Gist. God will always guide you to the path of profiting. In Isaiah 48:17-21, how can desert bring water? It is because it was God who led them. So, even if things are hard and God is leading you, things will be well with you.

• I pray things get well with you

When you walk by divine direction, lack ends. There is a place for everyone to prosper in the body of Christ. Stop depending on your relations. Stop begging people in power. Church Gist. Stop writing notes to everyone. Find where you belong and you prosper. Everybody has a place to prosper. All you need to do is to find out where God has placed you. If you are supposed to be in Port Harcourt and you go to Lagos because everybody is prosperous in Lagos, you will be broke in Lagos. Everybody has a place; either the place may be in human beings or it is in a location. It is when you are in the right location you get your own allocation. Church Gist. And when you are in the right position, no opposition can stop you. If things are not working you are in the wrong place.

Life story: I was teaching and (my wife knows this man) this young man from Igbo land, he used to grind pepper. I’ve not seen him for some time. And I was teaching on divine direction; a pepper grinder. Church Gist. And he said he heard me say that there is a place for you. He said, “God, where is my place?” and God told him, move your machine to this place in the market. He said he heard clearly. He was only grinding pepper. And he moved his machine to that area and he became a multibillionaire, built a house from grinding of pepper. Church Gist. Which means he was in a wrong place before. Everybody has a place and prosperity is when you are in the place God has sent you. Stop running from country to country, business to business; find out what God wants you to do.

c) Be a sacrificial giver: in Genesis 22:1-18, Abraham gave sacrifice of his son, Isaac. And God said, by myself have I sworn. God swore by Himself after Abraham gave Isaac. A place of sacrifice is a place of revelation (Genesis 22:13). Church Gist. Every time you give a quality seed to God, it brings an harvest to you that nobody can ever challenge. There are miracles you are looking for; just one offering is enough to bring them to you.

Have you not heard people say, I gave glory reign sacrifice and this happened? Genesis 22:18; Genesis 8:22. Solomon gave in 1 Kings 3:3-4;13 and Solomon gave the kind of offering that was heavy. Church Gist. And God said, Hey, Solomon this offering is big; now, you will never beg.

I was reading about Solomon. What Solomon used to eat for one day is what they use to eat in palace of 5 governments. Church Gist. That is, both heavy weight civilized countries that 5 presidents will eat. Solomon was rich; and he said, greater than Solomon is here.

• You will beat him in wealth.

But he gave before he entered that realm of wealth. Without giving you can never prosper in this kingdom.

3) Be a worker: work is godly. The first thing God gave man is work. It is not wife God gave man first. Genesis 2:8, 15-16, 18. Almighty God did not speak garden He planted. Church Gist. To tell you that there is no shortcut. God Himself worked. God planted and told man to work to dress it. It was after work before wife came for man. So, no idle man should marry. It is against Scriptures. They don’t marry to work; you work to marry. Any man not working, don’t marry him. Any man carrying brief case – he is a contractor; tell him which contract are you doing? Church Gist. My friend, work! This is where many miss it. Many give but they don’t work. Proverbs 22:29. Work generates wealth. It is those who work that wealth comes to.

Can I tell you why Nigeria is poor? It is one of the idlest nations on Earth. People don’t like work here; they just like money. Any where people don’t work, nothing will work. Church Gist. Proverbs 10:4. Work is the platform for covenant blessings Deuteronomy 28:13-14. I was studying and I was shocked to see something in Revelation 3:8. Your work is the meeting place where God blesses you where no devil can shut your door. Church Gist. If you are not working the doors will not be open. It is while you are working that you say, “God, no devil should stop me from prospering.” If you are not working, you cannot bind the devil. Jesus said, John 9:4, John 5:17.

There are 2 ‘must’ in the whole Bible. You must be born again and you must work. Work is not optional; work is not punishment; work is scriptural. We are givers but poor workers. Church Gist. Many Christians are idle; doing nothing. If you don’t work you will be in spending spree because whatever you don’t labour for you won’t value it.

You know why militants spend money anyhow? They don’t work. The highest wasters are militants. These guys handle billions but because they didn’t work for it, they spend money anyhow. Church Gist. If you are rich check anybody around you who is not working. You find out that the way he spends money even you will be angry; because he is not labouring for it. Proverbs 13:11.

HOW TO MAKE YOUR WORK PRODUCTIVE
a) Work joyfully: don’t work mournfully. Don’t go to your office and frown from morning till night. Don’t enter your office and you won’t laugh. Joel 1:12. Joseph was always excited that was why everything he was doing was prosperous. Church Gist. Even in prison he was an excited worker. Any worker who frowns, you can’t work with me. I hate people frowning their face. Check anybody who frowns too much; they don’t get results. Any time you are depressed, looking moody, you create an atmosphere for the devil to manifest. Don’t go to work and do as if the whole world has collapsed. Church Gist. If you have problem with your wife/husband drop it at home. Don’t go to your office and give everybody stress; they are not the ones who caused you and your husband (spouse) to quarrel.

b) Work creatively: work with passion. Work as a thinker. Improve on what you are doing on daily basis. This is where many miss it. They come to work but they are not creative. Church Gist. I told a staff with me I said, Sir, the way you are working with me you are working like a messenger. You have nothing you create in your brain; you don’t think anything. Anything I say, you do. I said there’s no point – I would have employed a robot. Don’t work in a place where you don’t initiate anything. Church Gist. Only when they tell you you do – No, you are not a robot God gave you brain to think. Be creative in your office. Productivity is purely mental activity taking place for you to get results.

Many of us, we don’t use our mind so nobody minds us. Solve problems in your office, business. Work tirelessly. Any work where you look at time you are a lazy man. Church Gist. In your office you go and you look at when to close; you pack your things – you are the laziest worker on Earth. When you are a worker, you won’t know when time is over.

I have worked before (life story) to a point where I didn’t know I forgot food; and I felt I have eaten. Only for them to tell me that my food is still on the table. Not once not twice. Church Gist. Psalm 104:23. You know why government workers are very useless? Have you seen any government worker who left government and is able to be very productive? Not one! If I am in office, many Nigerian workers I will sack them. Ask me why. Very unproductive! I don’t mean all (please don’t misquote me). Many are unproductive. And it is happening now also with Christians. Church Gist. They just go to the office and sit down. (mimicking) “I sit in the office from morning to night.” What did you do in the office? Every day you go to office, calculate what you achieved.

Now listen, this is how you know: every day that passes you, if you want to be a very productive worker, ask yourself ‘what did I achieve today.’ Not how many hours I spent. Look at your life and take appraisal.

When people work in the western world, they clock every one hour. Every one hour you go and clock what you have done. Even if you are a sales person you will tell the people what you have sold. Church Gist. But here it is not so. Somebody will just sit down, (mimicking) “no customer come oo” Even if they don’t come can’t you call your customers you have come before from the database? Send them mail. Don’t you see that they send e-mails abroad? There they make you that you even remember them and go back again; they send you mail. Church Gist. But here, you don’t even have data. The one who came last week, their phone number is not recorded. Even the receipt you wrote, you wrote it upside down. Psalm 104:23. Any work you close early, you are useless. Serious workers work very long. Even a pastor that closes by 2 is a useless pastor. Any serious worker, you will stay. Not just stay in the office, you will be working till evening. Am I the one that wrote the Bible?
Some of you by 1 o’clock you say you are tired. What work did you do that you are tired? It is because we are in a society where people with cheap money celebrate. Church Gist. It is time we believe in working to make things happen. If you stay around me, you will know that I work. I work that work knows that I work.

There’s nobody that works that you will not be blessed. Stop looking for cheap money; it cheapens destiny.
