Prophetic connotation of dedicating three babies today:
1.It is a clear sign that celebrations just started. Church Gist. It means that we are starting the year with celebration- First day of the first month in this year.
2.It means somebody who is here and believing God for His blessings of the fruit of the womb is testifying now! For you to be privileged to witness the first three dedications on the first day of this year. It’s a sign that you too will dedicate your own child!
3.God just made us understand that to some of us, our expectations are not for children anymore, we are believing God for other people, but for some of us who believe God for one, two, three, four, five, six, seven and other major breakthroughs, God said, ‘Get ready! It shall happen for you this year’!
What does it mean to leap forward?
1.It means to jump or spring a long way, to a great height and with a great force forward! Church Gist. The mistake many people make while preparing for today from the last four to five days into today, not just the crossover Message but also the first day of the month’s Message and the first day of the year’s Message. The Lord told me and said, ‘Empty your mindset off, gradually!
2.It means to move forward quickly and suddenly. He said, ‘Arise and walk through’! You don’t over-contemplate! You don’t over analyze! You don’t plan January in January! You plan January in December! So that as January is landing, you are hitting the ground running!
3.It means to swing into action without wasting time! Some of us may have written our expectations and vision for 2023. Don’t wait for February to start working! Start now! Church Gist. There are some few things that I’m gonna talk about time but we will get to that time! A little sleep, a little slumber! A little calculations, so shall thy poverty come, that’s what the Bible says in Proverbs 6:6-11.
4. It means to speed consciously. Life is like vehicles and depending on the kind of vehicle that you are driving! If you are driving a Sport Car, Ferrari, Porsche or any of these Sport Cars. Church Gist. The moment you turn the ignition on and apply your gear, in the next ten seconds you can be running a hundred kilometres per hour in your take off point.
5.It means to make the most and the best of the time available Ecclesiastes 3:1-2. Now, I want you to listen to me carefully at this point we are stepping into right now because it will change your life if you allow it to sink into your heart!
Few things to note about time:
1.Life is run with time, invested with time and spent with time. When people die, there are certain figures that are very visible after anything like, ‘Call to glory’, sudden exit or whatever phrase or caption they want to use’! Church Gist. The next thing you will see is, ‘Born in 1972 and died in a particular year’! What they just told anybody that cares to know is that this person’s life was run with time.
2. Life’s work needs time to be done on time while you still have time! Whatever I wanna achieve, I need time to get it achieved! Church Gist. But I must achieve it on time with the time that I already have! That is why you don’t need to wait for January to plan for January! You don’t need to wait for 2023 to plan for 2023! You don’t need to wait for tomorrow to plan for tomorrow!
3. The availability of time does not mean that time will always be available. That’s the mistake many people make! There are people that want to use time right now and time is no longer there! Church Gist. They had more than enough time when time was there for them!
4.The availability of time does not guarantee success or breakthrough! It is the productive utilization of that available time that commands success and breakthrough!
What is vision?
In Habakkuk 2:1-4
1.Vision is the ability to see the invisible. The eyes that see the visible and the eyes that see the invisible are different! Your physical eyes can see your physical environment! Church Gist. Unfortunately, the sight of the physical eyes are very limited! They can’t see too far!
2. Vision is the practical tool that moves a person from the starting point of a career or project, business or any life’s endeavour to the finishing point! This is the nature of God in Genesis 1:2. Church Gist. God saw nature and began to speak into nature! God created nature! Genesis 1:3, Genesis 2:1. God happens to be the God of vision! He started creation and finished creation! He didn’t stop in the middle of it.
3.Vision is what makes the journey of a person effective and productive! When you have vision you know what to achieve! Vision helps you to maximise time and resources! Church Gist. You give yourself a goal of four years! Within the next four years, I want to achieve this!
4.Vision is the creation and development of divine ideas for the future! Please don’t sit down and waste your time! Use your time very well! To think! Brainstorm! Think about life! Church Gist. Think about the future! God will create things within you! Every inventor became inventors from the place of thinking!
5. Finally, vision is the creation of leadership and the direction that attracts and influences others 1 Samuel 22:1-2. David in his desperate state could still have vision that people could still gather around him! Praise the Lord!
