From what was mentioned yesterday, every time faith comes alive God’s hand is stretched forth and when you receive the touch, a change takes place. Church Gist. Expect all through this month that marvellous hand, wondrous hand to touch you in the course of every service for the turnaround you have been looking for.
The Man of God was ministering back in 1977 from 2 Corinthians 3 and a hand touched me. I knew! Church Gist. A hand touched me and I began to experience sparks in my system. It manifested on the spot. Something positive, marvelous, will touch you this time.
Prayers: Jesus I desire a touch.
Again our prophetic focus for the month is, “I will restore health unto you.” Jeremiah 30:17. “I will change your story by myself” and when God changes a man’s story no devil can unchange it. Church Gist. We saw the great physician showed up in the person of Christ. He introduced himself so. Matthew 9:12-13. That prophecy came some 500 years or thereabout before Jesus was born in Jeremiah 8:22.
I had a very humbling experience in the year 2000. I was in Abuja and a little girl had passed on that afternoon about 12 noon and now it is about 12 midnight. The mother would not bury that child, the doctors at the National Hospital said she was dead, doctors in the Church confirmed her dead. Church Gist. The mother said, I learnt that my prophet is coming down here tonight. I was branching off at the breakthrough night. It was our healing month and I had no idea that somebody was dead, somebody was believing God for anything. I came up and I said, “Is there no balm in Gilead?” Life surged on the third floor of the children’s building – the child came back to life! The balm spoke out!
– Today, the balm will speak for you!
– As the Lord lives, no one will go through this month with any trace of sickness or disease remaining in any part of his life.
If you can be pain free for 2 hours then you can be pain free for 4 hours. If you can be pain free for 4 hours, then you can be pain free for 24 hours, for a week, for a year and you can be for 10 years!
– In the precious name of Jesus, every distortion and disorder in everyone’s health shall be fully restored back to order!
By way of introduction to tonight’s prescription, because every physician comes down with prescriptions and leaves his patients to go and apply them. They won’t come to your house to give you 2 tablets in the morning, 2 in the afternoon… They give it to you, over to you; go and apply it. That’s why you apply these Scriptural prescriptions on personal note delivered to you personally. He prescribes it in his Word and says, “go ahead, that’s the medication.” Church Gist. Tonight we are examining one great prescription of this great physician – The prophetic mantle. Every high priestly office such as Apostles and Prophets carries over flow unction which flows over whatever touches them to produce after the same order. Psalm 133:1-3. That unction infuses life ever more in the place of death. We saw the anointing upon the head of Christ in prophesy – smelling all over his garments. Psalm 45:6-12. It manifests itself on the garment. Psalm 45:1-12.
Jesus is our Great High Priest today and He has with Him Apostles and Prophets that constitute the foundation of the Church. The Church is built upon the foundation of Apostles and Prophets; Jesus Christ Himself being the Chief Cornerstone – The Kingdom is a Kingdom of hierarchies. He gave to the Church, first Apostles, secondary the Prophets, He arranged them. Church Gist. So He still unveils today the mysteries of the Kingdom to His Apostles and His holy Prophets up till now, so they are there and they carry this overflowing unction that comes down upon whatever touches them. We saw even the shadow of Peter carries and transmits the unction upon him, the shadow!!! This is where motivational preachers have problem, ‘It is void of power’!! Just intellectual assertion which is ‘Everyone, you don’t have to be saved to do that’, but power is what defines the Kingdom.
‘For the Kingdom of God is not in words but in power’! The power element, the power factor! It is not necessary! All of them were healed, they were healed every one of them Acts 5:15-16. Peter would die if he had to be laying hands on them, he was just passing and his shadow was falling on them, so they would all go to where the shadow is cast. ‘They were healed, everyone’, this is not an issue of probabilities, power! Through shadows! You have heard here yourself how the voice of a man would come from a flier – Is that principle? No, that’s power! You heard telephone calls that ritual killers will hear and say: ‘Eh! Sorry!!! Park! Tell them we didn’t touch you’. That’s power! You heard a flier flying from the back pocket of a man to the front of the shrine and the shrine collapsed. That’s power! The Kingdom of God is not in words but in power! We are in the days of God’s power, God’s power erupting from every facet as contained in the Scriptures. Church Gist. So the Prophetic mantle should not be seen therefore as a magic wand but an instrument of power ordained to extend the impact of an anointed one to places where it can never reach. It’s not the doctrine of the Church, it is the manifestation of the Holy Spirit, the manifestation of the power and the Spirit, it’s not a doctrine Matthew 9:20-23, we saw that the woman with the issue of blood had a touch on the garment of Jesus. Maybe the Rabbi read from Psalms 45 and then she said: ‘Let me touch this Rabbi, something must happen’. And then Matthew 14:34-36, as many that touched Him were made perfectly whole. It’s not a probability, it’s not: Okay maybe it happened to someone, it doesn’t happen to someone else’.
Let’s check out on the healing wonders in the Prophetic mantle:
One, we first define a mantle as any clothing material taken from the hand of an anointed one which is ordained to manifest the anointing in such individuals as we saw in Acts 19:11-12 – So it’s a power instrument! It’s a channel for the manifestation of power for the rescue of the oppressed. It is a spiritual medium for transference of power. Elisha took the mantle that fell from Elijah and when he smote the water, the river parteth hither and thither and the mockers said: ‘Oh my God! The Spirit of Elijah doth rest upon Elisha…’ 2 Kings 2:19-20. By the grace of election, this is one of the highly mantled Ministries in the earth – The overflow of grace speaks by the day across the nations.
-From tonight, it will start speaking in your life! For those that have been experiencing it before, you will change level!
It triggers manifestation of special miracles. Acts 19:11. Incurable diseases, unthinkable solutions. But to tap into the virtue in the prophetic mantle, one must first believe in the person and the ministry of the carrier of such grace. Church Gist. Everything about the Kingdom follows a protocol as laid out in Scriptures. You can bypass the Word in the blessings of the Kingdom. Matthew 10:41. Jesus went down with all the powers of heaven with the anointing without measure into Nazareth and He could not impart on them and He marveled at their unbelief. Mark 6:5-6.
2. Recognize that such individuals occupy a higher place in God than yourself. Church Gist. The Holy Ghost is likened to a river. Rivers never flow uphill, rivers always flow downhill. This “we are brethren” is why we are losing out. Rivers always flow downhill, there’s nowhere on the earth where a river flows uphill. Hebrews 7:7. Church Gist. It will be foolhardy for me to think because God gave us this building, then I’m now the father of Hagin, no, that would be some mischievous madness. It’s out of the overflow of the oil on his head that that happened. It takes meekness. Church Gist. Somebody here is not less than anybody else, he’s above everybody else, so he has a problem, nothing can flow into him. Matthew 5:5. Jesus made himself of no reputation to gain eternal reputation. Philippians 2:5-9.
To secure the flow, such sources must be honoured from the heart of individuals. Mark 6:4. Isaiah 29:13, you need your heart to connect with the blessings from Heaven. Church Gist. There must be a genuine crave for what he carries, “if this worked in the hands of my father, it must work in my hands”. The Prophetic mantle does not deliver in every hand oh, just like the Holy Ghost, it only comes to play after conversion. So, every manifestation of the spirit requires that one be born again. Church Gist. That’s the foundation, we have to keep going back there. We can’t change it. It’s not a display of power like magicians, no, there are fundamental requirements that must be made and first of all is, one must be born again. You know, repent and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. Acts 3:19. Church Gist. It follows one after another. So, it’s not carrying handkerchiefs around in town.
3. One must possess a right spirit. Acts 8:20-22. The Holy Ghost cannot manifest Himself to one whose heart is not right with God. Acts 8:22. Church Gist. Kingdom life is in the light and nobody can see your heart but you. I’ve not told this because of so many other things that have come to play, one of my prophets gave me one morning, a dress. So, I put on the dress and I tried to call my wife, the phone answered once. In those days, phones don’t answer once, not like now, phone, you pray before it will go from one phone to another. Church Gist. I called her once and the phone answered, I said, “guess what? I’m wearing a mantle here”.
– thank you Jesus.
God gave me this covenant sense very early in my life. Every truth of Scriptures can be replicated in the life of those who believe it. Church Gist. What He says to one, He says to all, posses the right spirit. Now, let me tell you this: you know how much input came into you throughout your days in school (from counting, to calculation) before you learnt how to join words together, people are putting things into your life to determine your ultimate worth. In the spirit world, you need input to fulfill your glorious destiny. People are so proud, you need input. Church Gist. “He’s born again, I’m born again”, no, you’re different. Also, a heart of unbelief will block the flow. Hebrews 3:12. Hebrews 4:2.
Hebrews 4:2. Can you believe that a woman will be in this church and does not believe in Holy Communion and will still come for midweek services and will go out doing communion time as if she is going to the toilet? Evil heart to rob her of the blessings which almost happened to her son until a member here intervened. This child is being demonically oppressed, crying at 1am every night. Church Gist. The devil also keeps a timetable. 1am. The child was reducing in weight. A concerned member said “Do you serve this child communion?” she said no! I don’t take communion myself. God wanted to deliver her so he told her how necessary it was. Among other things for health and vitality. She served the baby communion and the baby excreted life ants, ants moving around and human ear and the siege ceased.
Of all avenues that provoke the raw manifestation of the prophetic mantle is genuine sonship connectivity. It gets you up on auto platform in its manifestation. Because a good man leaveth an inheritance for His children’s children. Proverbs 13:22. 1 Kings 2:12. We saw the raw manifestation of the prophetic mantle. It is auto. When the anointing came in Exodus 25:21. Church Gist. You find that repeated over again, Aaron and his sons. So the anointing of every spiritual father is the automatic right of all His truthful spiritual sons. His genuine spiritual sons. We saw Paul and Timothy in 2 Timothy 1:2. Philippians 2:19-20. Titus 1:4. Where sonship is genuine, replication of manifestation of grace is automatic. 2 Corinthians 12:18. True sonship replicates grace on auto platform. That is you the Lord is talking of.
Caution! We must not allow any devil or his agents to despise any spiritual weapon in our hands. The man Goliath said to David “Am I a dog? That you come to me with sticks?” He disdained him and cursed him in the name of his god. 1 Kings 17:42-45. David said to him, you don’t know the worth of what I carry. I have smitten a lion with it. You don’t know. I have rescued a lamb out of the mouth of a lion and a bear with this. The devil wants to despise what you carry so he can make mincemeat of you. Don’t let him. “There is nothing in Holy Communion” he wants to keep you in the unholy realm of disease, sickness and oppression. “There is nothing in the mantle” How did you know? Oh taste and you know that the Lord is good. Church Gist. We need the whole armour in this world of wickedness to stay on top of issues. No one shall be held captive. There is almost no one in this church that does not have a mantle in his house. You have not thrown it away. If you have, look for somebody else who treasures his own and ask him to allow you to touch your own to awaken your faith in that mystery. Even among prophets, there are prophets. Prophets also know their classes. How much less and I am saying that with all sense of scriptures are members. Even in the school of prophets, prophets pass prophets. Even in the school of Apostles, apostles pass apostles.
Somebody here suffered HIV/AIDS but “by the administration of the prophetic mantle, I was set free. I went to another hospital for a test and HIV was gone” Life testimony. 10 years of epilepsy terminated. Church Gist. She walked into a service where we had administration of the Prophetic mantle and had suffered that plague for 10 years, she gave this testimony after two years and no episodes. “Every time there came a feeling, I held the mantle” until the mantle conquered and she became a free woman.
My first experience was in 1979, with a man with a wife that ran mental. A member of the church came in and took the wife back to the village in Ekpoma and came back to Kaduna and said “Sir, you have to follow me.” I said what is the matter? He said his wife they had to use iron barricades to hold her. I can’t go to Ekpoma, it is not a short distance. Church Gist. I reached into my pocket and gave him a mantle, take this to her. He said she is so wild. As the mad woman saw the mantle she became wild. They held her and wiped her face with it, the evil spirits departed from her. 1989. So it is about your faith when that is coming from a genuine source. It is all about your faith.
“My baby was dead after birth and the doctors all gave up but my aunty came with her mantle, placed it on her body and as soon as she did, my baby jerked back to life. I give God all the glory”. In 2001, a member of the church’s mother died. He went to the pastor’s house at 1am and said please come. He said I can’t come but they gave us a mantle in Lagos, take this mantle to the body of the dead. They were waiting for an ambulance to come and carry the body to the mortuary. He said give me space. They gave him space and he dropped it on the body of the woman. On Saturday night, she jerked back to life and was in church on Sunday. While they were waiting for the ambulance. Church Gist. Everybody waiting for you to die will celebrate your thanksgiving. So tonight everyone that cares to believe, this is your opportunity. Let your faith come alive in this mystery and walk into this mystery because it is your right.
When someone falls into a well, he can’t bring himself out. Somebody outside must bring him out. Many of us are in certain ditches except help comes from outside you won’t come out. May that help from outside reach you tonight. So let everybody take hold of their mantle tonight and begin to declare enough is enough. Every barrier choking your life will part because it is not man, it is the spirit of God at work. “And God wrought” not man. God who placed the oil on Paul wrought special miracles. Acts 19:11. Expect it. Church Gist. We had a very practical illustration of one of my sons who was on board the Ethiopian Air crash of 1996. He was the only survivor without a scratch. When the going got tough in the air, he took his mantle and tied it on his neck and led his head on the chair and rested. The plane broke into two in his presence, not a scratch. The unction of exemption flows through it, don’t expect to go through what others go through a new day dawns on your life.
Somebody here was afflicted with a stroke and could not walk for four years, they brought him to church and he was supernaturally healed by the mantle. After four years of not being able to walk, he was walking again. Something must happen in your life. Somebody had partial blindness for 15 years because he had growths in his eyes. During the mantle Impartation service, while the mantle touched him it dropped off and he could see clearly again. Church Gist. The unction of the mantle does not wane. It is the faith of men that wanes. They cast a dead body into the sepulchre of Elisha, it was quickened back to life because the gift and calling of God are without repentance. Romans 11:29. Something is breaking forth in your life.
A family was travelling and one of the daughters said “Daddy look at my skin, I don’t know what is happening to me. After a while, she died. The other daughter when the father began to pray all the scripture he could get. She said call on the name of your father. The child was telling her father, we are in trouble here call on the name of your father. He did and the child jerked back to life. God is restoring fatherhood and sonship connectivity to the end time Church. May you not be left out. When Hagin was going to heaven, God said to me “Someone as close to you as your cloth is coming over” Connectivity. Church Gist. I said oh, my father! My father was an old man, maybe God is talking about him. He said no! Hagin. I told my wife, God just spoke to me, the eagle is about to soar. Let’s rush. Life! He knows connectivity, He knows disconnectivity. Nobody can play games.
– In the precious name of Jesus, every grace that flows in here must have an expression in your life.
– You will testify by Sunday latest of the impact of the mantle. Many will testify tomorrow because something will break loose as God reaches out His hand on your life.
Remember it is not Paul wrought, it is God wrought special miracles in response to the faith of His people.
