Thank you Father. Let me first show you a scripture. Thank you Father. (Pray in the Holy Ghost). Amen. Deuteronomy 33:6. I want to pronounce different folds of blessings on you. Church Gist. Now put your name there “Let Reuben live and not die and let not his men be few.” This is the covenant of life. Every threat, every voice instigating untimely death, we nail it. It will not stand. Thank you Lord.
Deuteronomy 33:7…It means any prayer prayed in the court of Judah will receive speedy answers. God will hear your prayers. Church Gist. God will hear your voice! Every prayer made will be answered by fire. They will be answered by fire. Thank you Lord.
Let me say something in code. By 31st December, you will understand this code. 2024 is a big year. Church Gist. Don’t worry by crossover you will say ‘oh’. It’s a big year. Is that okay?
When your season is about to change, there are three signs God will give you.
1. There will be more promptings for prayer. It’s a sign that you have to partner in birthing.
2. There will be more promptings for giving. Church Gist. (You will be asking) “Why am I sacrificing? I don’t know (why) what’s going on?”
You want to know the 3rd? (I won’t tell you yet.) Are you sure? You’re not speaking like who wants to know. Listen…and this is where people miss it.
3. Just as the season is about to change, one very strategic thing, there will be a prompting in your heart ‘must be to honour’ because honour is a catalyst. Church Gist. It shortens the length of unnecessary prayer – it does.
By the grace of God, by IMC (International Minsters’ Conference) next year (I am saying this for the record, I know I said that of this year so you can hold me to it) all things being equal we should have Prophet S.K. ( Samuel Kayode) Abiara here. Church Gist. I have an insider’s information so we’re not joking. Do you understand? ‘This honour thing!’ I am going to have to sneak in, nobody will know when, just to see him and go back and then say ‘I was around.’ Amen! Praise God!
When you begin to see these three promptings, don’t disobey it. It’s a sign that your season is about to change. I don’t know why God is leading me (this way). I have my message prepared. Church Gist. I am always up to date so don’t feel that I don’t have a message – I always do. Amen. Praise God! Thank you Father.
Your voice will be registered in Heaven! I was watching the video of one of the old CAC (Christ Apostolic Church) prophets – a man called Prophet (Gabriel) Oyelami. Some of you don’t know all those people. We may wear suits on top but what is inside is ancient. Amen! Church Gist. Somebody reached out to me and he said I should recommend what books he needs to read for the Spirit of wisdom. I said “this kind is actually not by (book), this kind is given.” He went to a village – it was their masquerade festival. He didn’t say a word, the masquerade was doing wonders and doing things. He stood there. He was looking at the guy. They had to bail the masquerade out.
From today, you are handed over to the covenant of answered prayers. Listen, in this season, don’t disregard the promptings to pray, pray more. Church Gist. You said you have done 6 hours, do some more. You will get to an overflowing point that words and instructions begin to jump at you.
Don’t wait till 31st December to crossover. Don’t wait. When we come that season, we just want to distribute inheritances not like we are trying to call you to awareness. It makes prophetic meetings difficult, you are speaking to people who don’t have premonitions, those who don’t have insight about what God is saying. The most difficult person to prophesy to is the one who’s not hearing God. Church Gist. He also will not hear you because prophecy is not designed to be an information, it is supposed to be a confirmation. That people came to Church, there are things even if they can’t be able to put it to words, they can say ‘this is it.’ They respond differently.
When people come to meet me (I’m saying this for the first time) and they say “I want you to agree with me on this matter,” I always tell them, I said “if God doesn’t want this solved, He will not lead you to come.” Church Gist. There is something you know that will make you talk like that. This one is not general prayer, this one is the Covenant of answered prayers. One day God looked at me and said “son, when you call me, I will answer.”
Let me say this. I am not supposed to say this yet but I will say it. When we finished the Honour Night, one of my spiritual sons came to me. He said “Apostle, I know that in IMC (International Ministers’ Conference), we are going to also have Honour Night for Bishop Oyedepo.” Church Gist. I said “don’t put me in trouble, don’t stress me, he will not come – I know him, don’t bring that.” He said “I know what I am saying.” I said ‘oboy’ shut up. When I got home, it wasn’t even a matter (even if there’s anything, it is there at Ota)…as I got home, God said “have you said it in my ears and I did not bring it to pass?”
There is a covenant of answered prayers and that’s where I stand. From today, I hand you over to that covenant. When you speak, Heaven will respond, the earth will respond. Church Gist. There will be attention to your prayers in the name of Jesus. It is done!
Always pay attention. (When) There is a demand for more prayers, demand for more givings, demand for more honour – it’s a sign that an Isaac is on the way. It’s a sign.
Deuteronomy 33:7. One of the covenants of God in Sphere of Light Church (I actually don’t think you understand) is the Covenant of sure mercy. Church Gist. This one is that (and it’s not an excuse) the enemies have gathered and they said “they have every legitimate reason to end this person now” even in the midst of that – look at his details…yes, he has not done everything he should do but God now said “but I have made a covenant of mercy.” Mercy brings the result that you should have gotten if you were 100 percent accurate and more.
Many of the covenants that God works with us in Sphere of Light Church, they were personal covenants. I would have loved to share stories but I have discovered that more people are listening to the meetings than I can imagine. So I’m a bit careful now but mercy is real.
In 1999, I was rushed down to this same City of Ibadan. My stomach just started getting bigger. Somebody had poisoned my food. I was in the car when they were discussing with the prophet and the prophet was telling them “God will give you resources to take care of the rest, this one is gone.” I heard. Church Gist. Tears dropped from my eyes. (Imagine) They were discussing how to bury you in your presence…and from the moment he made that declaration (forget about this one), when they were done, I began to make steady progress. Mercy always says no.
How many of you want to walk in the Covenant of mercy? From today you will walk in it in the name of Jesus!
Sorry you came here for rhema this morning but I don’t know if you prefer the blessings. I like to follow plans but what is my plan when God is speaking?
I want to show you a scripture. Psalm 89:20…very interesting scripture because this is your reality from now. Church Gist. ‘Nor be me dey fight, na me dey win’ it’s a reality. Put your name there “I have found David my servant.”
I want to beg you in the name of Jesus Christ. Probably you have not been told but one very serious thing every believer must learn is how to be in God’s active service. Just find a way to make sure as far as the Kingdom of God is concerned, you are part of it. Church Gist. How do you live the life (when) you don’t have any covenant commitment to the poor, no covenant commitment to orphans, no covenant commitment to widows. Every birthday you just eat and take pictures. You are already due – somebody should be happy to your account. There are dimensions that these things open up.
Are you not aware that “he that gives to the poor lendeth to God?” Next month people will start saying Christmas “which family will eat to your account?” You are already due for it. Church Gist. Those who have the mindset that God as you lift me, humanity will feel your benevolence – they remain lifted. You must start engaging covenant practices. When will you grow?
Some of you struggle with basic things as basic as tithe particularly when it’s becoming much, your eyes has entered but you can be faithful with small. You are saying “God, I have mastered poverty well, I’m not good with plenty.” By now, many of you are due. Church Gist. Even if you are so busy (and) you don’t have the time, let your money do it – beggars on the road. These are principles.
There is another principle I mentioned briefly on Friday – the Principle of paying good with good. Never (no matter how offended you are) never bite the fingers that once fed you.
Let me tell you, this thing called authority is not just by length of prayer. There are things you do, the jealousy of God is vested on you. My team in Kano were sharing with me that they were going to shoot a video and I want the media to release the video today for the Kano meeting and when they were going to fly the drone, they told them “shut the drone down because this place is a no flight zone.” There are believers that are ‘no flight zone’ for demons. Church Gist. The jealousy over this life is more than transformers, you come close, you die because God seems to have decided “what I will do with you, no devil can stop it” and that is it – and says “case closed”. They say “we have a matter against him” He will say “there is no matter.”
Let me say this to you. I am careful because there are a lot of misconceptions with the Scripture “no altar is more relevant than the quality of the sacrifice on it” – no altar. I was telling one of my boys yesterday, I said to him that I perceive that I have come to a season where God is about to use my life to tell all of you following me that it pays to be faithful. He said “such season, is it always a pattern that a man must come?” Church Gist. So I said that I perceive (it is) that season where you will know that there is a difference. When Peter, James and John were with Jesus on the Mount of Transfiguration, when God spoke from Heaven, He used the word “hear ye Him” (I have vested my authority on this one). There must always be a difference. He said “is it a pattern?” I said “oh, yes” if not your honour will be mechanical. So I have not seen it. In case any moment from now, you just see some things begin to happen because they will (that’s the truth).
I saw somebody posted about me on Twitter, he said “Apostle Femi Lazarus – the man of the moment.” I said “ah! I have never gone up and down – (only) up.” Let me ask you a question so you can take your journey seriously. There is a message I preached, it’s a 30 minutes message but the 30 minutes message can send you on 30 days of prayer. I taught it in one of my closed groups. Church Gist. “Take your journey seriously” that’s the title. You can’t see it (anywhere), over 700 messages on the platform. I preach everyday (very corrosive). I think I am going to tell them to release it today. It will be a relevant retreat tool for those who value retreat as the year ends. Some people don’t pray, they just live their lives as it comes.
I command that prayerlessness is banished. For those who have not been praying (this one you don’t have to say Amen – you are implicated), your peace is withdrawn daily till you pray. You will not be able to eat till you pray. Church Gist. I went for a meeting (and) a sister was serving me food. I was angry anyways because anytime she comes to serve, she wasn’t dressing properly and I didn’t know why they would put somebody like that. So I will always say before you come let them call me so I will do a prayer walk when I come back, “you serve the food and go.” So after the meeting, they started calling me (saying) “since you left, this sister has not been able to eat.” You are implicated. You will fast! You will pray! You will fast! You will pray!
Let me give you an illustration. I have a closed group of friends. We have our platform for accountability. One day I called all of them and I said “you guys should stop eating with your 10 fingers even if it is ‘so so’ and ‘so’ amount, set aside monthly, if somebody needs any amount, let him go and use it and return it when he wants to.” (They said) “We have heard you” (but) nobody did it. Church Gist. After a while, people started reaching out “I need this.” They are very funny boys. He who doesn’t sow does not have harvest but that is not even where I am going. Let me ask you a question.
I remember one day, I had a vision and in that vision I saw one of my daughters die (I stand in the prophetic office). I knew from the codes of what I saw that exactly as I saw, it was a matter that was sealed about her future. So I began to pray and it was not moving. So I said “no problem, I am ready for her to go on one condition – kill me first, I am ready to die” then the matter lifted. Church Gist. I just called, just prayed a simple prayer (because) the future is settled. Before that prayer, there have been battles. Let me ask you one question. Take for granted what I want to say, it doesn’t matter. Let’s assume something even happens “what do you have with God that you can call up and say remember what we share” and God will say “I remember.” What is the strength of what has died on your altar?
Spiritually, don’t eat with your 10 fingers, have something with God so you will not be ordinary. One small witch and wizard have toyed with your stomach – playing ball with your head. Church Gist. You don’t have to be a pastor to be powerful. “You shall receive power after the Holy Ghost has come upon you.” Do you have the Holy Ghost? You should also have power. You should also have power. You should walk in power.
From today, receive power! You will walk in an unusual level of power and authority in the name of Jesus.
Let me wrap up that scripture (Psalm 89:20). Once it has to do with the Prophetic, there is no such thing as “let it be tush” you will give it what it fits on. Thank you Lord. Church Gist. We bless you Father. Thank you because by your Word, a new season is here. Thank you Lord. Thank you Father.
Psalm 89:20. Have you been anointed? Yes, you are anointed. Every believer that is sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise is anointed. Say “I am anointed.” Are you aware you can cast out devils? The day you give your life to Christ, you are not their mate. Whether you feel powerful or powerless, from the day Jesus enters your heart, you are not their mate. You expel demons, you expel principalities, you command them, you order them “go in the name of Jesus.” Church Gist. Some of you are going to see the things that are going to happen in Kano (wheel chairs, crutches). Some people think I am a relationship coach, you don’t know what you are talking about. I wear a coat of many colours. We are about to enter another one. Once we wear that one, there is no ‘look face.’
One of my daughters was making jest of me. I said when you call me, you must know when to speak with me either as your father or as your prophet. Church Gist. When I begin to answer straight – you met me on something…hello, how are you doing, yeah go ahead and talk, you say papa (shakes his head) – if you know how to plug in that moment, you can (tap into grace). Some of you need to start picking your (wedding) dress.
Look at the sure mercies in Psalm 89:21-27. No weakness for you! God said “He will make you His firstborn higher than the kings of the earth.” Church Gist. There are many of us that kings will soon start calling and say “come and be my spiritual father, come and mentor me.” I have seen it. People will be amazed and wonder what kind of Church is the Sphere of Light Church because it is a sphere of light – a city set on the hill. You are the Light, it is your sphere. That is why we are changing our logo to have something more illustrative. That people know (that) “if your life is going to change in this City, you better go to Sphere of Light” because there are things you don’t even need prophetic declarations for. The person seated beside you will just ask “what do you want?” You say “I am trusting God for this.” Talk to me, what do you want? Alright, I will tell the Governor about you. We are in that season. God is making you higher than the kings of the earth in the name of Jesus.
Let me give you an instruction. Whatever your hand finds to do, do it well because there is about to be a visitation. Start doing the things you do with an expectation (very important).
