DIVINE ENCOUNTERS, VISIONS AND REVELATIONS MULTIPLY DURING REVIVALS

PHYSICAL LOCUSTS EAT GRASS BUT THERE ARE SPIRITUAL LOCUSTS THAT EAT YEARS – THEY TAKE THE YEARS OF YOUR LIFE
– Dr. Pastor Paul Enenche on “REVIVAL” || North America Revival Fire Conference – Day 1 (Evening Session) || Houston, Texas.
It is a season where God literally tears the Heaven, it is a time where God literally steps down and literally invades the earth. It is a season where Heaven kisses the earth. Church Gist. The time where the climate of the earth becomes overwhelmed with the climate of Heaven. It is a season of overwhelming celestial activity in terrestrial realms.
I’m going to give the summary of revival in 10 points.
1. It is Heaven’s opening. When we say revival is happening, it is Heaven’s opening, the unlocking of the Heavens over the earth such that there’s effortless spiritual traffic between the Heaven and the earth and the earth and the Heaven.
– anybody expecting such tonight, shout the loudest Amen.
2. Divine Visitation. That is, God literally came down. God’s presence become intensified and concentrated in the particular location of the revival. Church Gist. If it is happening in America, in Houston, Los Angeles, wherever it is, there’s an intensification and concentration of the presence of God in the particular location. There’s the feelable, tangible and palpable presence of God. It’s unmistakable. It’s like if you move you can actually touch God, in the climate of revival. Church Gist. Oral Roberts used to say in those days, he said that the climate of revival is the climate where it’s like healing is in the air. You don’t struggle so much for things to happen.
– I believe that somebody is about to experience that.
3. Divine manifestation. God does not only visit, He manifests. His manifestation is heightened and intensified. Divine operations, supernatural operations, Divine actions. Things happen effortlessly. Church Gist. Look at the testimony of that woman, 87 years old with cancer and all the things mentioned, all cleaned out on the spot. It is a season where things happen at the frequency of God, not frequency of man. Church Gist. Things happen not by the strength of man, things begin to happen with the might of God. Where everything is literally possible.
– I don’t know who came in tonight expecting something but I see Divine manifestation. I see a heightened Divine visitation upon somebody’s life and ministry. If that is you, you are going to say the loudest Amen.
4. Celestial operations. The activities of the celestial are intensified. The activities of Angels multiply. Church Gist. Angels are on assignment abundantly in the season of revival. On assignment to carry out Divine commands and desires and to establish Divine purpose. They move with the speed of light to do things faster than it could have happened at ordinary time. Church Gist. They are also on assignment to aggressively deal with counter powers, territorial powers and forces that are out to hinder the move of God on the earth. Church Gist. They are released to force them out of the way in order to cause the purpose of God to be fulfilled.
– as I speak right now, they are all over here right now! They are all over Texas and America right now and I want to announce today, all the forces that prevented the move of God in your life today, they shall be collapsing right now!
5. Spiritual intensification. The character of revival is the character of spiritual intensification. There’s intense spiritual activity and addiction to God. People become addicted to God. Church Gist. Whereas some are high on cocaine, crack, marijuana, alcohol, in the season of revival, we are high on the Most High. In this season, prayer becomes effortless, you just pray like you drink water.
In Africa, we say that, when you say something is troubling you, in the season of revival, Prayer is ‘worrying’ you. It’s just driving you. What’s troubling you? Prayer. What’s disturbing you? Prayer. What’s the matter with you? Prayer. Church Gist. In the same way that someone is obsessed with alcohol or something, you become obsessed with praying, fasting and Evangelism. There’s just a drive. Your prayer life enters auto drive. There’s an automaticity. Your worship, fasting and Evangelism entered auto drive. You don’t need any encouragement. Church Gist. You fast, pray, evangelize and cast out devils without encouragement.
– I take authority over the spirit of lukewarmness and spiritual slumbering, I command you arrested right now!
Many years ago, I preached a message on stretching out in prayer. When Peter was kept in prison and prayer was made of the Church for him without ceasing. Church Gist. That word, “with ceasing” from the Greek, is like “stretched out” and if you’re going to express it in adjective form, you’re going to say, “stretched out heavily”. I told them, I said, when you stretch out in praying, by the time you have prayed for 3 hours, you forgot that you were praying and you started again. Church Gist. After that preaching, one young man went and started praying and he only stopped after 19 hours. Something just turned loose inside him. I know this is America where you have to work 9 to, I don’t how you’re going to do it but something is about to happen to someone and the fountain of spirituality is about to be turned on inside you and the limitations are broken, embargoes are lifted!
In this season, you just love God because there’s the move of the Holy Ghost. Romans 5:5. So, there’s an irrigation of love. Church Gist. There’s a fertilization and saturation of love – love for God in the heart. It just drives you to pray, worship and evangelize. You just want to do everything you can for God. You know that is the plague of the endtime and I will be talking about it tomorrow morning. “Because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold”, so, there’s a decrease in love in the heart of people for God, so they can’t pray or fast and they love other things more than God. Church Gist. But in this season, the love metre is increased. The love metre is raised and the love threshold is increased. You just shift to a level where you love God effortlessly. Very soon, there are some radicals for Jesus that would be arriving out of here and hitting the streets of Los Angeles, Georgia, Texas, Michigan, DC, New Jersey, New York. Church Gist. They shall be on the roads everywhere, lovers of God, crazy for Jesus.
– somebody shout the loudest Amen.
During that revival season that we are talking about, it becomes very easy to do the right thing. Church Gist. The way it is easy to do the wrong things for most sinners, it becomes easy to do the right thing.
6. Divine revelation explosion. It is an explosion of the knowledge of God. God bringing the world to know who He is through His Word and works. Church Gist. “For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas”. So, when God is moving, He just wanted the world to know who He is and know that He owns the earth. Church Gist. He wants the world to know that He created the Heavens and the earth. He brings the world to know Him by the force of His Word and by the force of His works.
It was Smith Wigglesworth who said, “the earth must be brought to the knowledge of the Lord, it is the responsibility and the duty of the Church to compel the world to know who God is” to know that there’s true God in Heaven and this must happen by the instrumentality of men. Church Gist. To saturate and overrun the earth with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord like the waters cover the seas. That God is not just theory, God is practical. He’s not just mystical, He is practical by tangible demonstrations, extraordinary manifestations and incredible but real manifestations. Church Gist. Things that people cannot argue and cannot counter.
– In the name of Jesus, it’s about to happen and it’s happening to someone.
The world must be brought to the knowledge of God!
Many of you may have heard this testimony: a young man in our Church, mother is a widow and the young man is on our scholarship to be trained through college. Church Gist. One day, he was accosted by terrorists, himself and about his 6 friends and they matched them into the bush to fire them, they should renounce their faith or they are killed. They failed to renounce their faith and they lined them up and about 6-7 of these terrorists pointed their AK-47 to fire them and the guns failed, all 6-7 gun failed. Church Gist. They tried again and again, it failed. So, they released them. About 7 days later, the head of the group began to trace them to the school and located this young man and told the young man, “do you recognize me?” The young man said, “yes, I recognize you. You were the ones that wanted to kill us the other day”. Church Gist. He said, “Yes, I’m sorry. I just came to ask you a question. I want you to give me the power you used that made the gun not to work. I need that power, whatever power that is, give it to me”. The young man said, “what are you talking about?” The head of that terror group said, “because since that day, not only did the guns not work on you, the guns couldn’t work anymore. They couldn’t work on anybody”. Church Gist. He told them, “the power is the Power of Jesus Christ and I can lead you to Jesus Christ”.
Beloved brothers and sisters, people may argue with your doctrine but they cannot argue with your evidence. Church Gist. They cannot with the miracles and the results. That is what I’m talking about. God wants to bring the world to a point where He knocks off their argument by His Word and by His works. Church Gist. I know there are people seated here right now, God is about to show up and let your world know that you’re serving the real God.
7. Supernatural encounters and visions. Divine encounters begin to multiply, visions and revelations multiply. Spiritual eyes get opened, spiritual ears get opened. Job 2:28. Church Gist. That is the era of revival. God pulling people closer to himself by giving very drastic encounters, very drastic visitations and deliverances. Things happening by the ministering of God.
8. Supernatural liberations and restoration. In seasons of revival, yokes are broken, burdens are lifted. Broken minds are mended. When Philip went into Samaria, like we saw in the morning, there was a power explosion. Church Gist. Healings took place, deliverances took place, breakthroughs took place. Job 2:23-25. He didn’t say, “I will restore to you the food or the money”. He said, “I will restore to you the years”. That is, the devil wasted your years, he took years from your life. Physical locusts eat grass but there are spiritual locusts that eat years, they take the years of your life. Church Gist. Where you should be at the age of 60, you’re 80 and still not there. Where you should be at the of 40, you’re 60 and you’re still not there. Where you should be at the age of 30, you’re 50 and you’re not yet there. The enemy try to slow your life down and try to take years from your life but God is saying that “what the devil took from your life, the 20 years he took away from your life, I can refund it under 2 years”.
– I announce to someone here, there’s restoration! Ministry restoration! Financial restoration! Career restoration! Destiny restoration!
– if you’re saying Amen, say a louder Amen!
If this is the reason why I came to America this time because somebody needs to be restored, because the devil put your life, ministry and destiny on a hold
– I announce today, that hold is broken and your life is shifting to the next level!
Can you pray in the spirit for one minute and break every hold over your life and receive spiritual restoration.
