Every time God sends a Word to you, you’re bound to rule your world, Lord send the right Word to come my way, people ask for miracles without asking for the Word. It’s only an instruction you need for you to come out of that challenge. Lord there is a word that you need to send to me, every Word that comes from God makes you take charge, send me the Word I need for the moment, go ahead and pray to God.
Your own Word will come in this service, in the name of Jesus, give him a big hand and you may be seated.
This month and this year of all possibilities, nothing impossible will be identified with you.
TOPIC: YOUR MIND AND POSSIBILITIES
For your life to be upgraded your mind must be upgraded, until your mind is transformed nothing around you can go up. Romans 12:2. You have to consciously renew your mind for things to get new. ChurchGist. Now, God created you and I in his own image, is that true? Genesis 1:26-27.
If you and I are created in the image and likeness of God and God is three in one and man is also a trio. Man is a Spirit; he has a soul and he dwells in a body. ChurchGist. The soul is where the mind is. 1st Thessalonians 5:23. God is the only wise God 1st Timothy 1:17. If God is the only wise God and you’re in the likeness of God, like beget like, if God is the only wise God, there is no way that the only wise God could have given birth to foolish children.
Let us make men in our image and after our likeness, that means there is something that there is something in you that has to do with intelligence. There is no way God gave birth to stupid people, then why are many people stupid. God is a thinking God. When God was talking, he never said come let us pray together, there is nowhere in the Bible God said you should pray with him. Isaiah 1:18. God said come let us reason together and reasoning is in the mind, he said come, you have the mental capacity that I have, because no matter how you train a dog you can’t reason with a dog, no matter how you train a dog. ChurchGist. You can only reason with someone at your level and God said come let us reason together, that means God is saying whatever is in me is in you. You have my kind of mind, so you can reason like me and if a man can reason like God he will never be in the prison of life and reasoning takes place in the mind.
Mind is used for reasoning, for imagination and for memory. We can’t represent God adequately unless we are thoughtful. If God says you’re like me, that means that everything I do I should do it like God. Mark 9:23. Let me say this and it will shock you, nothing can become a reality in your life and in any man’s life except his mind is able to grasp it. If your mind can’t grasp anything it will never be real in your life no matter how you pray. ChurchGist. Also, thinking is one of the activities of the mind and it determines the flow of the supernatural, nothing is impossible to a man who can accommodate the truth of God’s Word in his mind. Every outstanding result in any man’s life is a function of what he has accommodated in his mind and I pray that before this message is over nothing called impossible will be said by you anymore, you will never say anything is impossible.
Hear me, even if you’re stupid before you became born again at new birth your kind was upgraded. 1st Corinthians 2:16. But we have the mind of Christ, it didn’t say you will have, it said that you have. ChurchGist. That I have a car does not mean that I can drive a car, I must learn how to drive a car, I can be given a car that does not mean I know how to drive.
Every born-again Child has the mind of Christ but many are not using that mind so nobody can mind them, they have not that you will have. So, to behave stupidly is an abuse to redemption, the Bible said you and I have the mind of Christ, can Christ fail if he was to be in business? Can Christ go to school and cheat? ask yourself, if Christ was to be in school will he be sorting? Because something is wrong when you sort, something is wrong when you giraffe, don’t laugh about it, something is wrong. ChurchGist. Ask yourself, if Christ was to sit down in an exam hall will he have a blackout? How can I have his mind and then be stupid on the earth. If you will agree with me, many Christians are stupid, the biggest challenge in the Body of Christ is not the devil it is stupidity.
When you talk with people, you will know that many people don’t reason, many Christians don’t reason yet we have the mind of Christ but from today something will happen in your life. ChurchGist. People blame the devil over things that they should blame themselves for, they blame the economy, they blame the circumstances.
New birth upgraded our mind to the class of Jesus by being born again. Isaiah 55:8. God is saying think like me. I am in a different class. So, stop thinking low as a Christian, if you think lower than a sinner then you have a problem. ChurchGist. If any sinner thinks more than you then something is wrong. 1st Corinthians 1:25. The foolishness of God is wiser than men and the weakness of God is stronger than men.
God is wiser than the wisest of all men, that is why when Jesus came, he said I and my father are one. John 10:30. John 17:18. He’s is saying that can’t you see me that I reason like my father, there is no way Jesus could be trapped, even when they wanted to trap him, he just made them look stupid. ChurchGist. He was super intelligent, his mind was in a different class, today people are born again speak in tongues but very stupid. They do spiritual warfare but it’s time we go to mental warfare.
The mind is so powerful that God said in Philemon 1:17. Without thy mind I would do nothing. Everything I want to do; your mind must be involved. Touch your head and say: my mind be awake in Jesus’ name. ChurchGist. Without your mind I will do nothing. How do we connect it to the supernatural? How do we connect it to possibilities? How do we connect the mind to signs and wonders? I am going to show you from scripture.
I will take some examples so you can get a better understanding. ChurchGist. A woman had a problem for 12 years in the Bible in Mark 5. This woman, the Bible said that she has spent everything she had and was not getting better, it was rather getting worse, she had a serious problem, she had spent everything she had with the physician, that means she has been going to the hospital and coming out of the hospital and she was told that Jesus was passing where she was. Mark 5:28. She said that If I touch the hem of his garment, I shall be whole, where did she say that? In her mind.
So, before she stepped out of her house, she wrote about her miracle. She said I have been going to the hospital for 12 years. I am not getting better and the great physician is passing, so she began to construct her miracle in her mind. It was from her mind she got her breakthrough; I have been going to the hospital and I am not getting better, now if I may but touch. ChurchGist. Before the touch her mind was already provoked, the miracle began with her thought. I have been here for so long if I may but touch the hem of his garment. So, every miracle starts from the mind.
She was processing her miracle from her thinking. So, before the touch her mind was already processed. She knew that it was the only chance she would have to be healed. May God, give you understanding.
A young man in the Bible called the prodigal son, this young man was so poor that he got down to the point where the food given to pigs was available for him to eat, it was that bad. Luke 15:17. And when he came to himself, from where? From his mind, this was a mental process. ChurchGist. He has not moved when he was talking, the miracle started from his mind. You all know the story, if you read down to verse 32, the Bible said and this young man stood up, where did he start the miracle from? His mind. That is how powerful your mind is. Any miracle you don’t think about before you take a step you may not achieve it. Your mind is a miracle factory, position your mind in line with God’s Word to get results. Now, I will give you a typical example so you get a better understanding before I go further.
Aman called Abraham. Romans 4:17-21. You all know the story of Abraham he had no child until the age of 99 and he was getting to 100, everything was contrary to him, you know at age 75 God told him he was going to have a child and he was waiting on God for a child and the child was not forthcoming, you should know he will be having a serious battle in his mind. Romans 4:19-21. The consideration was coming from the mind. His body was telling him that he is impotent but he renewed his mind saying what God said, God said I am a father of Nations. ChurchGist. How many understand? Nigeria is very hard, God said he’s no respecter of person in every Nation, the economy says the Country where you are things are tough, God said whatsoever you doeth shall prosper. Your mind has to agree with the Word irrespective of the contradictory circumstances, that is where the miracle starts. How many understand what I am saying?

Listen, Abraham and Sarah were dead, dead plus dead is deadness. That is why the Bible said about the deadness of Sarah. Romans 4:19.,21. Abraham was fully persuaded in his mind. So, every time the contrary word comes you can’t have a child. ChurchGist. He says God has said I will have a child; you can’t have any miracle if your mind is contradicting the Word. Ephesians 3:20. Most times we are asking with a different word in our mouth and our thinking contradicts what we are asking, you say God I know I am going to prosper but, in your mind, you’re saying things are tough, so it cancels what you’re praying for.
God, I know I am going to get married at 43, then the other thought says you’re old, yet your mouth is saying God help me get married but your thought is saying I am old, so you’re contradicting your prayers. ChurchGist. So, you can’t have a miracle if your mind contradicts the word. Are you getting what I am saying now?
2nd Corinthians 10:3-5. Carnality takes place in the mind; certain things have held your mind captive. ChurchGist. Casting down all imagination. The word imagination means image formation, anything that forms an image in your subconscious that contradicts the Word, God is saying cast it down, don’t allow it to stay in your mind. So, for most spiritual warfare we will have to first win a mental warfare.
It says anything in your mind that has held my Word captive, cast it down because it’s not in line with my Word, whatever is contrary to the truth, trash it. ChurchGist. Anything that does not agree with the truth bring it down, don’t allow it to stay in your mind. I pray you will have understanding. But you can’t do that if you don’t have the Word.
Abraham had this battle, you’re already old, he casted it down, No! God said I am a father of Nations, the thought came again, you’re old, he casted it down again, No! God said I am a father of many Nations. ChurchGist. You’re poor, cast it down and say No! I am rich, he was made poor that I might be rich. You’re sick. No! By his stripes I am healed. Are you getting what God is saying? Don’t allow it to stay and every battle is won or lost in the mind.
Your mind is so powerful, that is why it’s Satan’s main target. Where does Satan target? The main target of the devil is your mind. How do I know, listen carefully, Satan can never gain access to you until he gains access into your mind? God’s access to you is through your mind. ChurchGist. Also, Satan’s only access to you is through your mind. How did he flaw Adam and Eve? He did that from the mind. 2nd Corinthians 4:4. The devil is a mind blinder, what he does is to blind your mind from the truth. This is what he did. He came to Adam and Eve and he said to them as God said you should not eat the fruit, eat it behold you will be wise, where was he attacking them from? From the mind.
He broke through Eve’s mind and she in turn broke through Adam’s mind, so two of them became stupid. He won them from the mind and that has always been his pattern. ChurchGist. He has not changed. Satan has no power. Matthew 28:18. No power is left with Satan. But Satan’s major instrument is subtlety and tricks, he is a trickster. He does not have power, what he uses his tricks, subtlety, deception, those are his weapons. The Bible said he received the whole world. Just imagine how he deceived people with coro, that has been his trick. The world is currently tired, so what do they do? He deceived the world, including churches, they were closed. It has always been his pattern and he has not changed his pattern; he still uses the same pattern.
Satan deceived the whole world and he did that in our generation too, the whole world was on a standstill, economy closed, all Nations closed their borders. He has not changed his pattern. ChurchGist. He came to Jesus and did the same thing to him. He said Jesus are you the son of God, he said yes.
When you hear that he tempted Jesus, don’t think that he carries Jesus and places him on a physical rock. No! No! He did that in his mind. Don’t think he physically took him to a mountain he was talking to him from his mind. Matthew 4:3. Satan knew that Jesus was fasting and Jesus knew that whom you take instruction from you submit to the person, from scriptures Jesus knew that. Romans 6:16. If you take instructions from anywhere that is who you will submit too. So, Adam became a servant because he obeyed the instruction Satan gave to him. Anytime an instruction contrary to the Word of God comes to you and you obey it, you submit to the devil.
Jesus had a smarter and wiser mindset than the devil, he said Satan you’re stupid, I can’t take instructions from you. ChurchGist. Where was he targeting? His mind. Jesus answered him and said man shall not live by bread alone. Matthew 4:4. The Bible said and he liveth him for a season, he will leave you forever. He has not stopped blinding the minds of people to stop them from taking their delivery of their inheritance in Christ. 2nd Corinthians 11:3. He corrupts the mind of people against the truth by deceiving them that they should not believe the truth.
I will give you a typical example that happened to me. Now, I was sick to the point of death and he came to me and said listen I am talking to you; you will die, look at your eyes, they are yellow, you will die. ChurchGist. The Word of God said to me himself took my infirmities. He came back to me and said he took, look at your eyes in the mirror, he was saying that Matthew 8:17 was too simple to remove the yellow mark in my eyes. He said this yellow thing you’re seeing is Hepatitis, Matthew 8:17 is too simple to heal you, you will die. My mind refused to shift, I said himself took my infirmities. He came again to tell me to check in the mirror. There are two mirrors: a physical mirror and the mirror of the Word. He said check in the physical mirror, you will see the yellow sign, you will die. Then I checked in the mirror of the Word of God, my mind refused to shift. It didn’t take 24 hours everything left. Do you understand how it works?
It became possible for me to be healed because my mind refused to shift. Every battle is won or lost in the mind. ChurchGist. Nobody will marry you, you’re very old, stand on the Word he that findeth a wife finds a good thing, I am good to be found. He will come again, you’re good to be found, you’re 45, tell him shut up the blessing of the Lord makes rich and adds no sorrow. He will say look at yourself you’re already getting old. Your mind must not shift. It is with a sound mind that you sound your life. So, always think of possibilities.
Let me close with one scripture. Isaiah 26:3. How many want miracles? Let your mind stay on the Word of God. Thou will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. God and his word are the same. You can’t separate God from his Word. Miracles, signs, wonders and possibilities are the experiences of those whose mind are stayed on God and on God simply means on his Word, so if I want a miracle, I want signs, I want wonders and I want possibilities no matter what happens my mind should not shift from the truth, how many understands what I am saying? My mind should not shift away from the truth. No matter how the battle is, as long as my mind refuses to shift, the miracle will be born. ChurchGist. I come again, the mind is the gateway to good or bad, the mind will come through your mind for you to give him access. If an armed robber hits your gate and they don’t talk, will they enter, that’s how the devil is.
He will hit your mind, if you say nonsense, if you make noise from now till tomorrow, I am not opening he has no access but he will hit you. You can’t succeed, this election you will fail, you will fail, then you pick a scripture and stand on the Word. He will come again and say you don’t have money; you will say No! One with God is majority. He will come again and say which God, say No! All shall bow to me. Once you don’t move, the miracle will begin to happen. ChurchGist. So, I’m every circumstance let your mind get hooked to the Word, if he comes here stay on the Word, if he moves there, stay on the Word. Possibilities will be born.
Stand on the integrity of the truth, refuse to shift. whatever does not agree with the truth of God’s Word drop it and stand on the truth you must give birth to your testimony. 2nd Corinthians 10:5. If he goes this way, stand on the truth, the blessing of the Lord maketh riches and addeth no sorrow, stand. I am the head and not the tail, stand. ChurchGist. In that area stand on the Word, he will hit your mind, stay on the Word, he comes again, stay on the Word. The word must overrule that situation.
