YOU ARE LIKE A HOUSE WITHOUT DOORS, IF YOU SAY YOU ARE A CHRISTIAN AND YOU ARE NOT SANCTIFIED,
A BLESSING CAN BECOME A CURSE, IF THAT PROCESS OF SANCTIFICATION IS IGNORED.
LACK OF SANCTIFICATION MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR YOU TO CONTROL YOUR TEMPER.

That brings me to one very important issue, man is created with the ability to forget good things and to remember evil things, it’s in the nature of man, man was created with a stony heart. That’s what the Bible says in Jeremiah 17:9. The heart is deceitful above all things and desperately wicked, it’s not just wicked, desperately wicked. The heart of man is desperately wicked in such a manner as if, if it is not wicked it will die. ChurchGist. It brings us to something that people no longer teach again, something called sanctification. Yesterday I spoke about salvation and reconciliation, if you have backslidden you have to come back to Him.
How do I maintain a good relationship with the almighty God for the rest of my life after this great event that is knocking on my door, called jubilee? You must be sanctified; your heart of stone must be replaced. Ezekiel 36:24-27. It tells us step by step what will happen. God says He will call you; He will wash you clean (salvation), then He will remove that heart of stone from you and He will give you a heart of flesh, then He will pour the Holy Spirit on you, that’s how we were brought up. Salvation, sanctification and baptism in the Holy Spirit. ChurchGist. Now, all we hear about is Salvation and then baptism in the Holy Spirit, we jump sanctification, but you can’t jump sanctification if you’re to end well. It is possible to build a house like this auditorium, lay the foundation (salvation) and then go straight to the roof and ignore the walls, it has its purpose. God gave me the idea of building a building like this, because how are we going to air condition this kind of building for this kind of crowd, everywhere is a door, everywhere is a window. Thank God for that wisdom, that’s why no matter how many we are, by the special grace of God, all these years we have never trampled on one another, never and we will never do so. Because if you turn this way and the crowd is too much, you can find another way. Everywhere is a door but you can’t be living here, if you want to live somewhere it has to be a house with walls, with windows and locked doors. If you say you’re a Christian and you’re not sanctified, you’re like a house without doors and according to the Elders, that is an easy access to mad people, you must be sanctified, the heart of stone must be removed today.
Because if you prosper without sanctification, Proverbs 1:32, the prosperity of fools will destroy them, a blessing can become a curse, if that process called sanctification, changing your heart of stone to a heart of flesh, if that process is ignored, I fear for you, because blessings are coming your, but I don’t want the blessing to turn round and become a curse. Jesus healed a man who has been sick for 38 years free of charge, he didn’t even pray for it when his day came, he just had a jubilee and his health was fully restored and he was about to have a brand-new beginning. But Jesus met him in the temple and he told him, alright, congratulations, you’ve got your Jubilee, your health has been restored, you can now have a jubilee but go and sin no more or else something worse will come upon you.
I can tell you several stories of those who had a jubilee and lost it. You know somebody said, it is better never to have owned a car than to own one and then end up catching a bus, because if you have never owned a car when you want to travel what do you do? You will go to the bus stop and because many a times you have to struggle to get into the bus, they will trample on you, it’s normal but after you’ve owned a car and you’ve had your own driver, if the tile turned and you have to go and take a bus again, that will never happen to you, and then somebody trampled on you at the bus stop and you ask, why are you trampling on me? The fellow will say, you’re at the bus stop now, what do you expect? You’ll say it’s not your fault, when I used to sit in my car this kind of thing didn’t happen, that will never be your story.
That’s why we are going to pray tonight, we are going to call on God to please remove anything that can spoil our jubilee.
One of the things that lack of sanctification does to you, that the heart of stone does to you, is that you can’t control your temper. I don’t know if you have noticed that nobody teaches a child to be angry. When you see a child angry, you will wonder, where do you learn that from, the heart of stone. ChurchGist. So, if you’re listening to me and you say your only problem is that when you get angry, that’s enough of a problem to destroy you. When you become sanctified and you get the heart of flesh, that which is in you that can turn your blessing into a curse will be gone. I will remind you of one story I have told you before. Those of you who have heard it before, it will be a good refreshment, those of you who have never heard it before, you will learn the reason why you must be sanctified, why your heart of stone must be removed tonight.
A true story of a man who bought a brand-new car, shining and beautiful, the son took a piece of nail and went to the car and began to scratch something on the car, writing a message with the nail. The father came out angry, my new car, you’re scratching it and he happened to be a man of temper. He looked for something to punish the boy, the only thing he could find handy was a hammer. True story, you know when you’re angry, you’re temporarily mad and he snatched the hammer on the hand of the boy. When the boy screamed, it was then that he suddenly realized what he had done. He picked the boy up and rushed him to the hospital. By the time the doctors took a look at the hand, there was nothing they could do other than to cut off the fingers. The following day when he went to see the boy in the hospital. The boy said Daddy, when will my finger grow again? He couldn’t answer. In deep sorrow he came back home and he went to the car, what was it that this boy scratched on the car, he read it, the boy wrote that, daddy I love you, he couldn’t bear the pain, he went inside the room and committed suicide. There is something that can turn a blessing into a curse, you can’t allow it to remain in you. We can’t be talking about sanctification if you’re not yet saved. You have to come to Jesus Christ first, let Him wash away your past sins and give you a new beginning.
