NEVER YOU MISTAKE THE ANOINTING OIL AS JUST OIL, YOU ARE CARRYING IN YOUR HAND THE POWER OF GOD THAT HAS THE CAPACITY TO DELIVER WHATEVER IT IS THAT YOU DESIRE

EVERY CURSE, INCLUDING GENERATIONAL CURSES ARE REVERTED ONCE ONE IS BORN AGAIN

EVERYTHING THAT THE ENEMY CAN DO, FAITH WILL QUENCH. WHEN YOUR FAITH RISES, YOU DOMINATE THE CUTSES OF LIFE

IN SERVING GOD, YOU ACTIVATE HIS BLESSINGS AND THOSE BLESSINGS PROVOKE AN END TO ALL CURSES

PROPHETS ARE SIMPLY HEAVENLY AGENTS THROUGH WHICH GOD SETS THE CAPTIVE FREE FROM EVERY CURSE OF LIFE

1. The restoration power of God. The anointing carries in it, the restoration power of God. The power to restore. Jeremiah 30:17. So the anointing carries restoration power. Church Gist. Why do we say so? Joel 2:25-26. But in talking about this restoration, what is it that triggered the restoration? Joel 2:28-29. So, it’s that outpouring of the Spirit that triggered the restoration. As we have seen already, that oil is the channel through which the Holy Spirit manifests Himself. Church Gist. That means that when the oil is released, restoration is provoked.

• Any aspect of your health that you may have lost, by the restoration power in the anointing, it shall be recovered in the name of Jesus. Somebody believe it, say a louder Amen.

And I love how they put in the book Joel, He said “I’ll restore to you the years”. Church Gist. There are some of us that have been afflicted for years, your body has been afflicted for years, and it seems as if even if you’re well now, you have lost so much time but when God restores you, He restores the years that have been consumed by the enemy. Church Gist. That means that if you have been afflicted for example, 20 years, He will return you to the strength you should have had at that point and you will be operating with recovered years.

• That will be somebody’s experience in the name of Jesus.
• Joel 2:25. For somebody here, I see years, decades being restored back to you in the name of Jesus. Church Gist. Somebody believe it, say a louder Amen. That shall be your experience.

So the restoration power of God is in the oil, what else is in the anointing?

5. The resurrection power of God is in the anointing. Romans 8:11. So, the spirit of is a quickener. That means, he makes alive!

• I don’t know what may have been dead in your life – dead kidney, dead liver, any dead organ of your body, by the anointing today, it shall be quickened back to life.

Ephesians 1:18-20. So, God says that our eyes need to be opened to see the working of this power – this power that raised Jesus from the dead. Church Gist. And it said, if that Spirit that raised Him from the dead comes upon you and upon me, it’ll also quicken our mortal bodies. So it can make alive whatever is dead.

• Maybe you have been afflicted with stroke and you’re hearing my voice right now and there are dead parts of your body, you’re not able to move your limbs, your hands, your leg, part of your face is no more responding to you, by the power of God coming by the anointing, that resurrection power, I see you restored in the name of Jesus. Church Gist. Somebody believe it, say a louder Amen.

One of us was driving and got into a gruesome accident, was taken up dead and moved, went to the hospital, rejected at the hospital and told to be packed to the mortuary. Church Gist. And got to the mortuary right there and the wife arrived, took the oil and began to anoint him. As she was anointing him, suddenly, he jerked back to life; “what am I doing among dead bodies?” Got up and then everybody there began to scramble and he said “I will not sleep in this hospital today, I’m going back home today”. Church Gist. The one who arrived dead went to sleep in his house the same night – by the power of the anointing. Resurrection power.

It doesn’t matter what it is that stands as a barrier, if you look at what the scripture showed us concerning Lazarus, John 11:43-44. Church Gist. Now listen carefully, when the Isrealites usually will carry out an embalment, they don’t just wrap the body inside bedsheet, no, they take something like bandage and wrap it line by line from the foot all the way to the head, the only place that is left open is the face. And when the person is bound, they put certain spices around that individual, the thing cakes up and becomes like ‘POP’. Church Gist. So, there’s no way, even if the person wakes up, that he can move. And they use a napkin to cover the face, that’s what Lazarus was in, yet when Jesus spoke, the Bible says, “Lazarus came up” and he came out of the grave, Jesus said “Loose him and let him go”. Now listen carefully, what is it that raised Lazarus from the dead when Jesus spoke? John 6:63. Church Gist. So what brought Lazarus from the dead was the Spirit. Romans 8:11.

• It’s the same Spirit that raised Jesus and Lazarus from the dead and that means that whatever is dead in you will be raised by the same Spirit. Somebody believe it, say a louder Amen.
• Lazarus was completely dead. Maybe it’s one thing or two things they said, are dead in you, whatever could raise a decomposing man back to life and eliminate not only death but the process of decomposing – it was reversed altogether at once, whatever was rotten was recovered by the resurrection power, whatever it is they have said is beyond recovery in your system, by the anointing today, there shall be supernatural recovery! Somebody believe it, say a louder Amen. Church Gist. Resurrection power. So expect that as you’re leaving this service today, that dead kidney – back to life, that dead liver – back to life, that dying organ of your body – back to life, that failing heart – back to life, those troubled lungs – back to life, that damaged intestine – back to life. Whatever it is that is damaged in your system, that resurrection power is bringing it back to life. Church Gist. Somebody believe it, say a louder Amen.
• That damaged womb that they said will not be able to carry a child is coming back to life! That impotent body is coming back to life, in the name of Jesus!

1. What is in the oil that heals? It’s the oil of joy and gladness. Proverbs 17:22, Isaiah 61:3. So it’s the oil of joy and gladness. Shout Hallelujah. Nehemiah 8:10. So, as your joy is restored, I see your strength recovered. Church Gist. Your strength shall be renewed in the name of Jesus Christ.
2. What is in the oil? The vengeance power of God is in the oil. Church Gist. Isaiah 61:1-2. So before mourning can be terminated, there must be vengeance and the instrument through which vengeance is executed is through the Spirit and that Spirit is unleashed via the anointing. Church Gist. So, it means that as the anointing is engaged, the vengeance power of God is released on our behalf to execute judgement against the adversary.

• Hear this and hear very well, every assailant of your destiny, everyone assaulting your health, your well-being, your family, today, by the anointing, judgement will come upon them. Somebody believe it, say a louder Amen.

1. What is in the oil? It is the mystery of the fan and the fire and that is what destroys whatever is the planting of the enemy in our system. Church Gist. Mathew 3:11-12. And we have seen all manner of testimonies as evidence of this – people taking a shot of the oil and then the spirit of God going into their system. He has a fan to vacuum the entire body. Church Gist. He has the fire to consume whatever it is that does not belong there and the combination of the two is what executes the testimonies that we desire. Please hear this and hear very well, never mistake the anointing oil just for oil, don’t make that mistake. What you’re carrying is not vegetable oil, you’re carrying in your hand, the power of God that has the capacity to deliver whatever it is that you and I desire.

Now, listen very carefully, years ago when I was in secondary school, I remember I got into chemistry class, and I got into that class and the chemistry teacher stood up and said “what is this?” and he held a bottle and in that bottle was a liquid, it was clear just like water. Church Gist. We didn’t know what it was, so we just kept watching and he said, “look at this” and he went into the chemical basin, took that bottle of substance, with a piece of paper and poured it on it and then the paper caught fire and he said “This is acid. It may look like water but does not mean it is water”. Church Gist. That oil may look like the one you cook with but it is not the same. It carries power. The moment it is blessed, there’s a complicated occurrence inside the bottle that turns the content from a natural product to a spiritual instrument and through it, God executes His purpose in bringing to you, your miracle.

• Today, by that oil that you brought, your testimony shall be delivered. As it enters your system, it wi burn off whatever should not be there. It will vacuum your entire system. So shall it be in the name of Jesus Christ.

Now today is our covenant day of breaking generational curses, let’s recall from scriptures that curses are real. Church Gist. Often, they are generational in nature, with a lifespan of 3-4 generations that is 300-400 years. Genesis 15:13-16. So, curses have generational impact but today every generational curse is broken in the name of Jesus.

To break these curses, what is required;

1. Be born again. Why? Because every curse, including generational curses are reverted once one is born again. Galatians 3:13-14. Church Gist. So what we see today we curses, particularly for those who arealready in Christ are simply operations or direct works of Satan and his agents. Shout Hallelujah! Church Gist. So first of all, if you want to escape the curses, you must be born again.
2. You must engage your faith in the finished work of Christ. 1 John 5:4. So it takes faith to have dominion over the curses of life. Church Gist. Ephesians 6:16. So everything that the enemy can do, faith will quench. When your faith rises, you dominate the curses of life. Shout Hallelujah.
3. If you want break generational curses, commit yourself to kingdom stewardship. Why is that so? Church Gist. In serving God, you activate the blessings of God and those blessings provoke an end to all curses. It makes curses of no effect. Exodus 23:25. So blessing comes as you and I serve God and wherever the blessing of God is, curses cannot be permitted. Church Gist. Exodus 12:2-3. So curses are no effect where the blessing is triggered and that blessing is triggered by serving God. Shout Hallelujah!
4. Engaging the power of the word and prophetic declaration. Church Gist. Psalm 107:20. So whatever is trying to destroy you, the word of God has the ability to set you free from it and not only that, but Prophetic declarations, as the Prophets of God are making declaration in your direction, it is an instrument through which God leads you out of every experience of curses. Hosea 12:13-14. So, Prophets are simply Heavenly agents through which God sets the captive free from every curse of life. Church Gist. So be expectant as God’s servant will stand to proclaim prophetic blessings, every curse that has been hanging upon your life, your family, your lineage will be brought to an end in the name of Jesus.

• From this day onward, your identity should be that of generational blessings in the name of Jesus Christ.
