21st July 2019: Reverend Sam Aboyeji is elected as General Overseer of Foursquare Gospel Church Church Nigeria. He took over from Rev Felix Meduoye who had served for eight years.

21st July 2016:  The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) organizes ‘A Day of Prayer for Nigeria’ at The National Stadium, Abuja. The prayer had Pastor W.F. Kumuyi, Bishop David Oyedepo, Most Rev. Nicholas Okoh, Dr Samuel Chukwuemeka Kanu Uche, Bishop Wale Oke, Bishop David Abioye, Pastor Paul Adefarasin, Pastor Paul Enenche and other Ministers of the Gospel in attendance. Professor Yemi Osinbajo, the Then Vice President of Nigeria was also in attendance.

21st July 2014:   Evangel Television Limited, a Christian faith based television station owned by  Assemblies of God Nigeria is officially registered.

21st July 1936: Bill McChesney is born. He was a missionary to the Republic of Congo who was martyred.
