22nd January 2014: Salvation Ministries: Home Of Success launches Salvation Radio a 24 hour radio station which has been broadcasting non stop since then.

22nd January 2023: Reverend Nkechi Nwosu was consecrated as the first female Methodist Bishop in Nigeria by Most Reverend Joseph Nnonah.

22nd January 1854: “Mrs Laurenna Bowen began the ‘Sabbath School’ which later transformed into Sunday school at the First Baptist Church In Nigeria, Ijaye-Orile, in the current Oyo State.” Mrs Laurenna Bowen was the wife of Thomas Bowen, an American Missionary who pioneered what later became the Nigerian Baptist Convention.

22nd January 1973: The United States Supreme Court legalizes abortion in its Roe vs Wade decision. The ruling conferred the right to choose to have an abortion on every woman across the United States Of America. The Church condemned the ruling as being against God’s value for human life. The Bible recognizes the unborn as being fully human. On the 24th of June 2022, the US Supreme Court overturned Roe vs Wade.
