5th December 1995: The Dominion Sanctuary of Living Faith Church Worldwide also known as the Garden of Faith Barnawa, Kaduna State of Nigeria is dedicated. The 4,000 seat capacity sanctuary was built on a 13-acre property in the central part of the City.
5th December 1996: The foundation stone of Word of Faith Secondary School Abuja was laid by Archbishop Benson Idahosa with the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (F.C.T.) of Nigeria at the time, Lieutenant General Jeremiah Timbut Useni present. Word of Faith Group of Schools is a Christian Primary and Secondary School pioneered by the Church of God Mission International. Today she runs over 100 schools.
5th December 1992: The Dominion Publishing House was officially commissioned at the National Theatre Iganmu, Lagos. Dominion Publishing House is the International Gospel publishing arm of the Liberation Mandate. The Publishing House has grown to publish hundreds of books, tracts and Bibles on an industrial scale. DPH was an awardee of the ECOWAS Gold Award for publishing in 1996 and as at 2021, well over 10 million books had been published.
5th December 1961: Oral Roberts announces plans to establish a university. Oral Roberts University was founded in 1963 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It is a Christian Faith based University.
5th December 2020: Two Christian villages are attacked by militants in Adamawa State, Nigeria. The villages of Gon and Bolkin are Christian Farming villages that are part of Numan Local Government Area. This attack led to the destruction of properties and lives.
