– We are in the midst of the year, every everlasting mountain must clear off your path. Church Gist.
– Every perpetual hill must bow out of your path.
– God is taking you from the pit to your high places. It shall be like a dream of the night, it is starting today.
Our teaching series for the month is UNDERSTANDING THE POWER OF VISION. Just like the purpose of every product is determined in the factory, not in the market. We are products from God’s factory, so our purpose was determined right there in the factory. Remember, it is He that has made us and not we ourselves. Church Gist. Psalm 100:3. We are fearfully and wonderfully made. Psalm 139:14. Jeremiah 1:5. There is a predetermined purpose before our arrival here. An encounter with Christ brings you into that purpose. Romans 8:29-30.
An encounter with Christ is what opens up God’s glorious destiny for our life. You and I don’t have a ‘shame-ous’ destiny, we have a glorious destiny in Christ. So God has a settled plan for all His children, all we need is to go and find it out. Church Gist. I caught a word some 49 years ago from Jeremiah 29:11, 13 (RSV). I have said it several times. It is important to know that the plan is there but we have to access it on demand. What is your plan for me, Jesus? You have not because you ask out. Let’s ask for His plan, so we don’t miss out.
Isaiah 30:1-3. They have not asked at my mouth. They just move, anything that comes, they just move. When you take a step outside of God’s will, you just keep gasping for breath. That’s the purpose of this series this month. Church Gist. To get each one come on course with God’s plan and enjoy His backing that makes you more than a conqueror. When you work in the centre of His plan, you enjoy His raw backing. His raw backing makes you more than a conqueror in the battles of life.
Interestingly, the Bible is the carrier of God’s master plan for every child of God. Isaiah 29:11. Mark 4:11. God’s master plan is in the Bible. Church Gist. The Bible does not only inform, it speaks. Isaiah 34:16. Other books inform people, this book speaks to people. We access God’s plan for our life principally through this book.
I know from that 1977 encounter that my future is in His plan, not in my plan. So hunting for His plan and embracing His plan became my lifestyle and here we are today by grace. God’s plan is better than your plan, God’s plan is higher than your plan. God’s plan secures the future. Church Gist. Your plan and my plan is trial by error. Please seek His plan. None of us is qualified to lead our life. We know nothing about the future. He creates the future. He knows the future like no one else. God does not predict the future, He defines the future.
God does only unveil His plan through the book. He reveals Himself in visions. We are in the last days, we are in the days of visions. Joel 2:28. We are in the last days, the days of heavenly visions coming the way of God’s people. Church Gist. All said and done, every prophecy, every vision must be validated by the book or it is an error. This is the proof platform for everything that comes our way as from heaven. We test it on the Word, if it doesn’t weigh, trash it.
– Somebody’s story is changing today.
Vision in most cases delivers on demand. Habakkuk 2:1-2. We ask Him, “what are you saying Jesus about my going to Egypt or my staying on in Ghana. “Okay, go”. “No, don’t go, stay in Ghana”. Visions are unveiled mostly on demand. Church Gist. That’s without prejudice that God can come through at any time to unveil what He wants to do. But, when you don’t know what to do or you’re not sure of what to do, make demands and He’ll reveal Himself. Praise the Lord.
From 1 Thessalonians 5:21, we are required to prove all things including visions and prophecies. We don’t prove by confirmation, you know, a lot of child-like things going on in the world. Church Gist. If 10 men confirm that you don’t need an international passport to travel, does that make it right? That is, all your prayer group, they agreed, you don’t need any passport, just go to the airport, tell them you’re going to London, you belong to the prayer squad, prayer fighters and warriors. If you don’t stop making noise at the airport, they’ll arrest you. Church Gist. There’s no confirmation against the truth that will stand, please get it right from God. 100 men standing by you does not make a lie become a truth, so get it right from God.
Let me say this and it’ll help you, I know and I’m very confident that I’m in the centre of the centre of the will of God for my life. 1977 put me right hunting for His plan and I received grace to abide in His plans. In 1983, He said, “I’m committed to leading you if you’re committed to following me”. I said, “Lord, I’m committed”. Church Gist. The reason why God won’t lead some people is that they’re not committed to following Him, He knows. He knows that you’re not committed to follow Him. Church Gist. As a pastor I know that there are many people that are too difficult to counsel, they already have made up their minds on the wrong path. No matter how much you sweat, they’ll say, “eh.. God told me oh”. There was one person I told, I said, “if in six months you don’t regret, I’m not a prophet”. What are you talking about? When you find an Assistant Lecturer posing like a professor, he has a problem oh. Church Gist. There are prophets and there are prophets, they’re in different degrees and categories. There are people that are just difficult to counsel, so difficult. Let me use this word, stubborn hearted. But, you find a man like David, a prophet will challenge him and he’ll crawl, as king. Sir, you can’t taste greatness without meekness. Church Gist. There are people that God will speak to directly in their own study, their own Bible study in their room and they’ll flip the Bible over, “no, say something else”. October 1, 1983, God said to me, “my son, I’m committed to leading you if you’re committed to following me” from Isaiah 48:17 and I stood up and said, “Lord, I’m committed to following you, lead me on”.
Let me say this, the giants of the end time will rise by following God’s path for their lives. Joel 2:7-8. Church Gist. Let me say this, I’ve never embarked on anything in my life because somebody else did it. Never. “Lord, what are you saying?”. Now, today, Covenant is flying, Landmark is flying, amazing. “God, if this is not your university, tell me, I’ll tear this paper now”. He said, “it is mine”. Church Gist. Walking in the centre of God’s plan makes you an amazement. By strength shall no man prevail. Don’t go and build a factory because somebody else is building a factory, unless it comes a mortuary. Just follow His plan for your life. Church Gist. You may build one tomorrow but not now and don’t build because somebody else is building. God has a unique plan for you, your fingerprint is unique, your fingerprint is your most authentic signature, it can’t be copied.
– In the name of Jesus, the aftermath of this month’s teaching will put you on course with divine plan! You’ll never misinvest your energy! You’ll not misinvest your time and resources! You’ll be on key with divine plan! You’ll enjoy literally divine backing in the name of Jesus.
Why do we need vision? Most believers today are victims of misdirection without knowing. Church Gist. They start casting out some devils that don’t exist, they start blaming men and women for their calamities without knowing where their trouble is, so they couldn’t address it. Isaiah 42:22-25. “Don’t go”, they say, “I’ll go”. “Stop!” They say, “I can’t stop”. Now, watch what happened. Isaiah 42:25. Church Gist. He’s blaming it on the economy, neighbourhood, career, he’s blaming everything without knowing where the trouble is coming from. Misdirection is behind his frustration. Isaiah 42:25.
– In the name of Jesus, no one here will miss his steps any further!
Jeremiah 2:14-17. “Forget it God, I know what I’m doing, I’m a man of my own. Forget it God”.
– No one here will suffer frustration anymore!
How do we access God’s vision for our lives?
1. Be sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit.
One of His core missions is to lead us in the way to go. John 16:13-14. To be guided, we must be sensitive to the Ministry of the Holy Spirit. John 5:30. Church Gist. We must be sensitive to the Voice. Revelation 1:10. So, we can’t hear the Voice of the Spirit without being in the Spirit. We can’t hear it. Galatians 5:25. Be sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit. Romans 8:14.
2. Engage the mystery of praise as a lifestyle.
Not jumping in Church alone but as a lifestyle, in your privacy.

🎶 The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Jehovah, the Man of War. Your mercy endureth forever and ever. I praise Your Holy name. 🎶
As a lifestyle, not emergency praises when you have trouble. Praise as a lifestyle. Worshipping God as a lifestyle. I went out to worship in 1987, on the field alone and just celebrating God and His faithfulness. And He said: “My son, what have you brought for Me? Declare!” I wasn’t asking for nothing, I went in worship. Church Gist. When worship becomes a lifestyle, God’s voice comes through cheaply – The Voice of direction comes through cheaply. Praise as a lifestyle, a lifestyle of gratitude to God – A life that celebrates God’s faithfulness inspite of what may be happening. It’s a requirement for accessing divine guidance.
Isaiah 30:29-30. “You shall have a song as in the night” not in the Church. Song in the night? Song in your home, song on your bed. “Okay! Today has been quite horrible, horrible day! Terrible traffic. I mean, the kind of experience I had in my office today is the worst. Church Gist. You can imagine subordinate, I called him, he didn’t answer me. Go and call him.” The young man has gone to his house, he didn’t even know you called him. Now, you are dying on your bed.
-May your life become a songful life. A life that never run song-dry.
David enjoyed clean direction from God on demand at any time. Psalm 34:1. So he enjoyed divine direction at all times. Thank You Jesus!
What are some of the biblical proof of a true vision?
1. When God leads you and me, He works through you. And people think you are the one working. Church Gist. You are simply fronting for Him. John 14:10. He works through us when He leads us. Philippians 2:13. He works through us when He leads us.
2. When God leads, He works for us.
Isaiah 45:1. 1 Thessalonians 5:24. When God calls you on an assignment, He works it through you. Church Gist. He is the One at work. People are clapping for you because they can’t see Him. You are fronting for Him.
3. When God leads, one is ever refreshed. Proverbs 3:17. When God leads, He leads in the way of pleasantness and peace. Church Gist. Unperturbed peace. When God leads, He leads on the path of pleasantness and peace.
-The days of tension are over in your life.
When God leads, His peace that passes all knowledge accompanies the led. It’s that easy. I remember when God said: “This is the Place.” Dungeon forest. And I will come here in the evening time, night time. Church Gist. And I will walk through this Forest and I will get home and tell my wife: “I can feel the peace of God here.” All the birds were shouting and I was having nice time there. They were just playing music. Peace will always attend to His leading. So when you are having hiccups, jerking, check it. Psalms 23:3. There are many in this Church that are walking today in the path of that refreshing because they are in the center of God’s will for their lives.
-Today is your day. The days of tension are over in your life. The days of unholy competition, they are over in your life.

– Today is your day!

– The days of unholy competition; they are over in your life!
“You know my friend has three estates: one in Malaysia, one in Argentina, one in Australia. What is my life worth? I don’t even have one in my village.” ‘Go and collect it.’ Church Gist. Just live your life and tie your life to God. He will keep on opening chapters after chapters in your life.
They were talking against Paul. He was so refreshed, he said, “and I will rejoice, yea, I rejoice.” Philippians 1:15-18. Church Gist. Refreshing! When God leads, you are ever refreshed.
Today is Our Covenant Day Of Marital Breakthrough.
– Your breakthrough begins today!
– For those of us who have been enjoying some breakthroughs before, your next level breakthrough begins today!
First, recognize that God is the Author of marriage. He instituted marriage at the beginning. “It’s not good for a man to be alone. I will make an help meet for him.” So marriage is God’s idea. It’s not a constitution of any nation. Church Gist. It’s God’s idea from Genesis 2:18. And marriage is said to be a good thing because He said, “it’s not good for a man to be alone.” And every good thing is our entitlement in Christ. So marriage is the entitlement of every child of God who so desires.
– For everyone in the line for miracle marriage today, your case is finally settled!
As you embrace the settled Word of God because His Word is settled in Heaven forever, As you embrace the settled Word of God, He settles your case supernaturally. Psalm 34:10. Church Gist. And if marriage is said to be good, seeking the Lord entitles you to it. This is a Church of die hard servants of Christ.
– In the name of Jesus, every barrier on your path of a glorious married life clears the way today!
It is your right to be gloriously settled in marriage. So marital storms must end today.
– Incessant marital crisis must end today!
– The siege of marital delay must clear the way today!
– Let me tell you this; you have come to the final bus stop!
There is no medication for curses. There is no treatment for diabolical attack. Church Gist. But every oppression of the devil has its answer in Christ.
– Therefore, whatever represents marital oppression in anyone’s life or family, in the name of Jesus Christ, the Master of all satanic oppressions, I decree your freedom!
No doubt the marital destiny of many believers has been held in captivity by the devil and his agents and today is declared your day of escape!
– You are escaping today from under every form of marital siege!
There are families, they get married as if they are not married. Some are married but they wish they are not married at all. Church Gist. Tension, tension, tension every day. That siege is over today!
– The siege of separation; ‘get out today, come back tomorrow (and) move out next tomorrow’, is over today!
Psalm 68:6. So God recognizes some are bound with chains maritally. The chain is broken! “For by a prophet, the Lord brought Israel out of Egypt and by a prophet was he preserved.” Church Gist. They were bound with chains in Egypt. God sent Moses, He said, “bring them out” and God did through him. God sent me to wipe away the tears of men.
– You are coming out today!
We had this parable in Matthew 13, “A man that sowed good seeds in his field and when men slept, the enemy went and sowed tares.” Church Gist. He said, “did you not sow good seeds in thy field? How has it grown tares?” He said, “an enemy has done this.”
– Whatever the enemy has done to corrupt your marital destiny comes under a curse today!
– Whatever the enemy has done to truncate your marital destiny, that curse is broken today!
– He said, “an enemy has done this.” Whatever the enemy has done will be undone today.
As mentioned earlier, marital siege includes marital delays, storms in marriage, separation, divorce threats and name it.
– Whatever tampers with God’s original plan for your settled glorious marital destiny comes under a curse today!
But To Actualize Your Glorious Marital Destiny, Take Note Of The Following Biblical Demands.
1. Be born again. “Except a man is born again, he cannot partake of the inheritance, the blessings of the Kingdom.” John 3:3. Now, here is the deal. Romans 8:32. Church Gist. When you receive the Son, it becomes your right to freely receive all things that God has in stock. He is the Prince of Peace. So it’s your right to enjoy peace when you have received Christ.
We have been called unto glory and virtue, not shame and reproach. Church Gist. So whatever makes people ask where is your God is part of the things with Him that He releases to us by faith and on demand.
– Therefore in the name of Jesus, whatever pertains to the redeemed of the Lord that’s not manifesting in anyone’s life, I decree they are released today!
– Your glorious marital destiny is released today!
2. Stay in love with God. Romans 8:28…all things include marriage things, health things, career things. Now, all things are ordained to work together for good to them that love God. Church Gist. All things! I wish I knew a better way of saying it. Stay in love with God and watch the wonders of all things working including marriage things.
– It’s working for you!
And what is the proof of His love? John 14:21. Don’t play down on God’s instructions. Embrace them with delight. Live by them. Run with them. They are the most authentic proof of our love for God. John 14:21…“I will take over his affairs” and when God takes over, the battle is over.
– Your marital battle is over today!
3. Be committed to Kingdom advancement endeavours to secure favor with God.
Let me say this to you; One of the wonder returns on kingdom advancement is favor with God. Favor. Psalm 102:13-15. Fearful favor is triggered by fruitful kingdom advancement endeavours. My God! By grace we are one of the most successful married people on the earth. I didn’t pray for marriage. No! I was too busy praying other prayers. Church Gist. A friend of mine said to me, “Brother David, it’s time to start praying for a life partner.” I said, “Well, I would not need that. My own is covered in Matthew 6:33.” I was too sure what it covers. I was too sure. Now these many years of zero crisis, zero prayer point, zero fasting. Kingdom advancement endeavour triggers fearful favor. He that findeth a wife findeth a good thing and obtains favor from God. Please everybody on the line, connect.
You need to know how I got my wife. Church Gist. That’s your wife. So, all this prayer without end. We know that all things work together for good to them that love God. We know all things. We know. Sir I have not sat down once and said God give me money. Favor! Favor!! Favor!!! Nothing flies like favor. Kingdom advancement engagement is what triggers favor with God. You can’t have favor with God and lack favor with men.
Can I tell you this? I’m saying this all to the glory of God. Nobody has ever faced me in my life and said “You are stupid.” No! All the people you think are talking against me. No, it’s when they don’t see me. When they see me, we thank God for you, sir. Church Gist. Thank God for your life, favor! Just go after God on a personal note. Don’t be lost in a crowd. Go after God on a personal note and watch how you keep the quality of life with His favor. So, kingdom advancement endeavour is not to advance a church. It is to advance your destiny. It is to advance your destiny. I wasn’t called to ministry when I found it. I wasn’t called to ministry when I signed up for it. I just had a heart that’s panting after God. You can’t have a heart for God and not make your mark on earth.
· It is your year!
Can I say this? Church Gist. Everybody here on the line for a miracle marriage. This next four weeks is more than enough to just show God I have shifted to your side. He said, “Are you sure? Okay. Let me decorate you.
· Somebody here will get a proposal this week.
You know something about God. The moment your heart turns, God turns. It’s your heart. When your heart changes to the right cause, God steps in. So, start now. I’m not serving God for myself or for my zone. I’m serving God to secure my future and my posterity and enter eternity at the end. You see we need to understand this to help us. Church Gist. Praise God. Sir I was doing crusade before I was called to ministry. Crusade for souls. You know I’m going around some of our areas, for a heavy crusade. Amen. Now that’s 50 years. Your ministry is 45 years. I’ve been doing it before your ministry was born. You can’t have a heart for God and not have a headway in life.
· Somebody’s story is changing. Church Gist. Except God has not sent me. If you go after God the way you have been instructed by scriptures today before the end of July, what you have been running after all your years will come easily to you.
· The widows will be married. Church Gist. The widowers will be settled. The maidens will be married. Everyone in line for marriage that has been mocked by people, God will settle you in the name of Jesus.
4. Beware of pride. Marriage is one of God’s expressions of His favor in our life and grace implies divine favor. But God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble. Church Gist. Men and women, Come down humble. I’ve come across a number of arrogant men that won’t get married. There are also many arrogant women. At least I knew one, years ago. Somebody approached him and he said, back in 83 sir I’ve not followed up. I know that for 10years, 15 years, nothing happened on marriage for him.
Pride is a silent destroyer of destiny. Don’t toy with it. There are some men that there’s no lady that is suitable for their wife. No. What did you study? History. What I know that God told me is that I will marry somebody who studied psychology. So, go to the psychology department and ask them if there is anybody who wants to marry you. Church Gist. All kinds of child play, children kind of church approach to life. Anybody I’m going to marry must have studied abroad. At least one degree abroad. I don’t like marrying local people. You’ll just find people just playing away their life like Ludo. You know Ludo. His plan is the best for you. Jesus, what are you saying? And He speaks to you directly if you are sincere.
Please beware of pride. It cuts down destiny. It blocks the way forward. It stops grace from flowing. It r0bs people of favor and that includes marriage.
– Your marriage will not be bl0cked!
In Proverbs 15:33, “Before honor is humility,” and “Marriage is honorable in all.” You want the honor of marriage, then be clothed with humility. Be clothed with humility. There’s a way you respond to someone who approaches you for marriage that that will be the last person that will come by heaven’s verdict. Church Gist. Don’t let God put a verdict of no motion in your life. Be clothed with humility. Building together makes marriage sweeter. They’re looking for somebody somewhere who has everything. If you marry the things and the things appear, you will dism@rry.
Five, engage the power of faith to crush all barr!ers on your path, all barr!ers on your marital path. Faith is the answer to all s@tan!c resistances. Above all, taking what? The shield of faith and you’ll be able to quench all the fiery d@rts of the d3vil. Church Gist. So, men and women get hold of the book “Satan Get Lost”, “Winning Invisible Battles” and clear whatever stands as a barr!er on your path breaking the cûrses of life and walk straight into the fullness of God’s plan for your life. Don’t watch it. Build your faith and engage in a f1ght of faith to clear the barr!ers on your pat.
– In the Name of Jesus, no barr!er will stand on your path!
Above all, taking the shield of faith and you quench all the fiery d@rts of the devil. First John 5:4, “This is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith.” Whatever is born of God is born to overcome, but he needs faith to execute his victory.
– Therefore, in the Name of Jesus, every barr!er on your path, I command them to crûmble now!
Finally, beware of following another g0d. It only complicates your matters. Psalm 16:4, “The s0rrow of them that follow after another g0d shall be multiplied.” Beware of following another g0d in your desperation. Church Gist. ‘Otoge’, “If God will do it, He should have done it. This is my fifth time of attending marital breakthrough.” Your positioning was wrong. That’s why nothing worked. Others got their own there. Why not your own?
“A double-minded person is unstable in all his ways. Let him not think he shall receive anything from God.” If you get a wife from another g0d, you have married a d3m0n. You get a husband from another g0d, he will beat n0nsense out of you. Allow God to settle you. When God settles, no d3vil can unsettle you. Church Gist. So, if you have anything in your hand from another g0d, trash it today or you’ll be getting nothing from here. He’s a jeâlous God. No double dealing works. “A double minded person is unstable in all his ways.” It’s my mother who gave me. Go and marry your mother. Stop it!
You can’t engage with God on your terms. “My soul, wait thou only upon God for my expectation is from Him.” Waiting only upon God is what makes things work. God will step in when He is the only One you are waiting on. He will step in. Listen, when I pray, God hears. But it takes your faith to take delivery. When I pray, God hears. But it takes your right standing in the Word to take delivery. You can’t go to a nat!ve doctor in the evening and I pray for you in the morning. It won’t fly. This God is a jeal0us God. He’s not an abrácâdåbra God. Church Gist. I’m 57 years old in the faith. I’m having fun. I’m having real raw fun. Fun of living. Joy of living. Come on now. It’s over to you. The d3v!l has no part in me. He has nothing in my pocket. Has nothing in my house. I have Jesus in my pocket. Jesus in my coat. Jesus in my room. Jesus in my pillow. Jesus on my bed. Jesus only. Can I tell you this? I’m jeal0us for Him and He’s jealous of me. Don’t play with me. My husband is hanging around and He’s the l1on of the tribe of Judah. Please allow God to be God. Don’t make God an option. You won’t get anywhere.
It’s in His power to give you your husband today. He has the power to give you your wife today. He has power to settle that widow today. He has power to settle that widower today. Give the Lord a big hand of praise.
Now let me close with this age long saying. Whatever God cannot do in my life, let it remain undone. He said, “My son, you got me. Is there anything too hard for me? I’ll do anything.
