Today is our Covenant Day of Long Life and we serve a covenant keeping God. Church Gist. As He puts in your hand the key of longevity today, it shall become your experience tomorrow in the name of Jesus Christ.
We are on part 3 in our teaching series, Walking In Dominion Over Sîcknèss and Disease. Let’s also recognize that sickness and disease are listed among the curses of the law. Deuteronomy 28:59-61. Grievous sicknesses, tormentous sicknesses. They are listed among the curses of the law. Thanks be to God who has redeemed us from the curses of the law and brought us into the blessings of redemption. Church Gist. So today, you are returning with the blessing of healing, health and wholeness because you and I have been redeemed from the siege of the curse of the law. Whoever Jesus sets free, shall be free indeed.
- Today is declared your day of freedom indeed from the torments and plagues of sickness and disease.
We understand from biblical prophecy that the end time Church is ordained to work in dominion in all spheres of life before Christ returns including dominion over sickness and disease. Isaiah 33:24. That means if you have been forgiven your iniquity, sickness has lost its grip. Church Gist. If you have been forgiven from iniquity, sickness and disease have no more legal right on your life.
- Therefore, today I decree every assault of sickness illegal in your life.
God is the judge of all the earth and He is a righteous judge. If your sickness has been forgiven, sickness has no more hold upon your life. Church Gist. That is the verdict of heaven’s constitution.
- Today, I see God’s judgement descend upon every assault of sickness upon your life. Jeremiah 30:17. I will bring an end to the pains and aches in your life. That is happening here today. You came with any pain, it is not returning with you. For the judge of all the earth has said “I will restore.” When He stretches forth His hand who can turn it back? Church Gist. If you and I will believe what He says then we have committed Him to perform it. Luke 1:45. All that you and I need is to believe in the integrity of His Word and by so doing, we have committed His integrity to perform.
- Today, God’s hand is stretched in your direction. In the course of this teaching, you are receiving your healing. You are receiving your deliverance.
The weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but they are spiritual. They may not appear tangible but they are powerful. They are mighty through God. Don’t let any devil deceive you concerning the simplicity of Kingdom solutions. 2 Corinthians 11:3. Kingdom solutions appear so ordinary that people wonder can this be real? Church Gist. But oh taste and you will see that the Lord is good. How can trusting in God get you out of the fiery furnace. Taste and you will see that the Lord is good. How can believing God silence or stop the mouth of lions? You live with them overnight. Oh taste and you will see that the Lord is good.
Please don’t give any devil to deceive you as per the simplicity of the gospel. That’s where the power of God resides. Romans 1:16. I am not ashamed of the simplicity of the Word of God for it is the carrier of the power of God for my rescue. How can God say “go forth” with the Red Sea standing in front and the sea saw them and departed. Church Gist. It gave way. Simple instructions, magnificent outcome. Simple instructions, marvelous triumph. You said you want wine, He said “fill the waterpot with water.” What is the connection between water and wine? So what will happen? Stop asking questions, do what He says.
I myself took your infirmity… I agree, I bore your sicknesses, I believe. I took your pains, I thank you. Whatever He tells you from His Word and you receive and believe, you are empowered to manifest it. Today in the name of the Lord Jesus, the price of Christ for total health shall not be wasted in your life. For by His stripes, you were healed. Isaiah 53:1. You can’t see the reality of the price until you believe it. Church Gist. You believe the report of the Lord as contained in scripture and then He stretches forth His hand. When you believe, His hand is stretched forth.
- In the precious name of Jesus, God’s healing hands, God’s rescue hands are stretched forth on your life to bring you out of that pit wherein there is no water and stop your life from choking.
- You are coming free today.
Ephesians 6:12. So we are dealing with intangible forces. Forces that you cannot see with your eyes but they are real. Their effect is everywhere. Psychiatric hospitals are filled with patients. No issues. They slept in the night and woke up in the morning and something else had happened. Demonic, wicked forces all around the place. Church Gist. You can’t engage spiritual forces with physical strength. No! It is spiritual versus spiritual. The lesser spiritual will bow to the higher spiritual.
- Every attack of the forces of hell upon your health must give up today.
Because by redemption, you are now seated with Christ in heavenly places far above their realm. Church Gist. You have a redemptive advantage over all the forces of hell that are launching attacks against your life.
- So today, as you enter into that reality, I see your victory established.
No medical technology can diagnose oppressions of the devil. They’ll tell you there’s nothing wrong. You’ve done MRI, MRS, everything scan, they have gone to laboratories upon laboratories, they say, “there’s nothing wrong with you”. Church Gist. You say, “but I’m not well”, they say, “ah, you’re well”. Because they have no capacity to assess demomic diagnosis, they can’t get it. Acts 10:38. Jesus is the final bus stop in dealing with the oppressions of the devil. Church Gist. Today, you have come to that final bus stop, your rescue us established. Thank you Jesus.
Goliath looked at David and said, “you mean, you’re coming to me with a stick and a sling in your hand? Am I a dog?” Ah, today, I will try you”. David said, “look, you came to me with spear and sword but I’ve come to you in the name of the Lord God of Israel. Church Gist. I’m bringing down your head today in the name”. It’s not the sling that brought down Goliath, it’s the Name. Proverbs 18:10. It was the Name that brought down that heavy empty Goliath. The Name of Jesus – at whose name every knees bow. So, Goliath bowed to the Name. The Name of the Lord is a strong tower, you can’t reach anyone covered by the name. Church Gist. He brought down Goliath. That’s how every Goliath against your life and health shall fall down today!
Goliath laughed, “ah, who gave birth to this boy? Ah! That’s my pepperosoup today”. David brought him down, used his sword and cut his head and carried the head to town. Church Gist. That’s how the head of your Goliath will be cut today! 1 Samuel 17:32-50. Psalm 119:144.
There are spiritual forces the enemy engages to inflict sicknesses on people and in these series, we have been trying to look at some of those spiritual forces and demonic forces that are engaged by the devil to inflict God’s people with sickness and disease.
- The spirit of sexual perversion. You can’t tell how many are in the grave today through sexually transmitted diseases. Church Gist. It’s one of the destructive weapons of the devil in assaulting people with sickness and disease. 1 Corinthians 10:8. 1 Corinthians 3:17. That means there’s destruction in sexual perversion. Jesus has the answer if you let Him have His way.
- Therefore, in the name of Jesus, every assault of the spirit of the whoredom, Hosea 5:4 is cursed in anyone’s life in the name of Jesus Christ.
Hosea 5:4. So, it’s a spirit, it’s not that somebody is weak, it’s a demonic manipulation. That manipulation is over in anyone’s life today in the name of Jesus
- Spirit of heaviness – depression. I’ve often said, one cannot be oppressed until he’s first depressed. Why? God’s presence requires joy. Church Gist. It requires joy to secure His presence and when joy goes off, God gets off and so when light goes off, darkness comes in. You cannot be oppressed until you’re first depressed. Every depressed person ends up oppressed. Church Gist. That’s why the pressure leads to suicidal thoughts, suicidal thoughts to destruction.
Now watch, at New birthday, among the fruits of the spirit is joy. Fruit there means characteristic of the born again spirit. One is joy, number two, the Holy Spirit, anyone baptized in the Holy Ghost, it’s called the oil of joy that crushes the spirit of heaviness. Isaiah 61:3. Church Gist. And when you’re filled with the Holy Ghost, you begin to experience what we call joy in the Holy Ghost – that defines intoxicating joy, uncheckered joy, all-season joy. That’s the joy of the Holy Ghost. Romans 14:17. Isaiah 61:3. In Psalm 45:7-8, He calls it the oil of gladness. The spirit of heaviness has no right on your life because you have the fruit of the spirit at salvation and it’s called joy. Now, you have the Holy Ghost and they call Him the oil of joy(gladness) and joy in the Holy Ghost. Church Gist. And next, we have what we call the joy of revelation. Jeremiah 15:16. So, you’re enveloped with joy.
- Therefore, today, I curse every siege of the spirit of heaviness, depression in anyone’s life in the name of Jesus.
Please remember when you’re depressed, God gets off your environment. And God is light, when light gets off your environment, darkness comes back and in the region of darkness is weeping and gnashing of teeth, depression. Church Gist. Don’t get God off your environment, it’s a risk. Romans 8:31.
- Now, in the name of Jesus one more time, I curse the siege of the spirit of heaviness.
Now, let’s look at how the Anointing Oil empowers the redeemed for dominion over sickness and disease.
The Mystery of the Anointing Oil was unveiled back in the Old Testament but ordained for effectiveness all through our generations. Exodus 30:30-31. Church Gist. So it’s not an Old Testament issue, it’s an all generation mystery. It’s as applicable today as the day it was brought to light in Exodus 30.
What is in the Holy Anointing Oil?
We saw this picture in 1 Samuel 16:13 when David was anointed with oil in the midst of his brethren and the Spirit of the Lord came upon him from that day forward. Church Gist. When the Oil is declared the Holy Anointing Oil, it harbours the presence of the Spirit of the Lord. What is the Spirit of the Lord? It sets free the captive.
-So today is declared your day of freedom. The Spirit of the Lord is setting every one here free from every form of captivity in the name of Jesus. Church Gist. Addiction shall be destroyed today. Sleeplessness shall come to an end today. Every form of addiction to things that don’t add value ends in everyone’s life today.
1 Samuel 16:13. So the same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead is the same that indwells the Holy Anointing Oil with power to quicken our mortal bodies. Romans 8:11. Today, the word ‘quicken’ means to come alive.
-Every thing dying in and around any one of us shall be quickened back to life. There are no two Holy Spirits, it’s the same Spirit. 1 Corinthians 12:4.
Now, what is in the Anointing Oil that heals?
Mark 6:7,12-13. Big question! Who gave them the Oil? The One that sent them. And if you check the history of the Anointing Oil in Scriptures. After that Exodus 12, all through till the end of the Old Testament, you will find the Oil in place. Church Gist. For instance, no king reigns in Israel without being anointed. No one functions in the Priest’s office without being anointed. No one functions as a prophet without being anointed. And we saw how Jesus brought in this Mystery in the New Testament. James 5:14-16.
-In the name of Jesus, no sickness returns from this Service with you.
What’s in the Anointing Oil that heals and delivers? The Spirit of the Lord that destroys yoke? It’s in the Oil. Isaiah 10:27.
-Anything choking your health: Hard-breathing, weak hearing, weak sight, malfunctioning organs; in the name of Jesus, whatever is set to destroy anyone here, shall be destroyed today.
What’s in the Oil that heals and delivers?
The Spirit of the Lord that heals and delivers. In Isaiah 61, we have this Prophetic Word that Christ referenced in Luke 4:18. So the Spirit of God sets free captives.
-No matter what has held anyone captive here, the manipulation of witches and wizards, occultic powers. Church Gist. Today, with this Anointing, your freedom is established. The forces behind them are hearing now and they know you’re no longer tormentable. Today marks the end of their shopping with your destiny.
What’s in the Anointing Oil that heals and delivers? The Spirit of the Lord that exempts us from all the evil of the day. Psalms 105:14.
-By this Anointing, I release you as untouchables from now.
Ephesians 1:13. After we believe, we are sealed, we are covered, we are cocooned.
-In the name of Jesus, I decree your life and destiny impenetrable. He shall build a wall of fire around your life.
And no wild beast ever toils with fire. Church Gist. As strong as a lion is, if you set his den on fire, he will flee. “I’m the owner of this territory” that’s when fire has not come. When fire comes, you are not the owner, fire takes over.
-Today, the fire of God takes over your destiny. I declare your life and health inaccessible.
What’s in the Oil that sets free? The Mystery of the fan and the fire that destroys sickness and disease and this is why we take shots of the oil after it has been blessed. Matthew 3:11-12
-Whatever God has not planted that is growing in anyone’s life, as you partake of a shot of the oil today, they shall be consumed with unquenchable fire! Matthew 15:3. Church Gist. Today is your day! Today is your day in the name of Jesus!
Now, today is our Covenant Day Of Long Life. Romans 15:4. Please listen, because God is adding to your days today! Whatever is written is written to teach us the way to what God has in store for us so that we might have hope. Please note that every child of God has the genes of longevity in him in the Abrahamic Covenant. Church Gist. Whatever God said to Abraham pertains to every single child of God. Jesus hung on the Cross to bring every believer into the blessings of Abraham. Genesis 25:7,8. A good old age, not just old age. A good old age, not a smelly old age. A good old age, not a liability old age, a good old age! That’s your portion in Abraham!
Genesis 24:1. God has blessed Abraham in all things; Sound health, ‘blessed him in all things’ Sound sight, ‘blessed him in all things’ Sound mind, ‘blessed him in all things’ Church Gist. Galatians 3:13,14,29. So it’s your entitlement, a good old age is your entitlement.
- Whatever is contrary to that in anyone’s life this morning comes under a curse.
- As long as Christ tarries, you will see your children’s children to the fourth generation. Let me hear your loudest Amen!
All we need is to walk in the steps of the faith of Abraham. Romans 4:12. Walking in the steps of Abraham is the only way to actualize his blessings in our lives, walking in his steps. John 8:39. What are the steps?
- Abraham was permanently in love. Church Gist. God called him ‘my friend’ Isaiah 41:8. James 2:23.
- Delightsome obedience to every instruction from the Lord, that is, every instruction of Scriptures. Delightsome obedience. “Arise, get thee out” He departed. “Circumcise all the male born” He went in. “Take your only son Isaac” He rose up early in the morning. Delightsome and prompt obedience. Church Gist. Delightsome and prompt obedience was a major characteristics of Abraham’s faith. Delightsome and prompt obedience. Not dragging obedience, not ‘I’ll think about it’ Delightsome and prompt obedience. Please stop playing religion. Without walking in the steps of Abraham, we cannot actualize the blessings of Abraham in our lives, walking in the steps of the faith of Abraham. Thank you Jesus.
- Strong faith that neither staggers nor wavers, settles with whatever God said considering nothing contrary. Romans 4:20. No staggering, no wavering. According to that which was written, that’s how he lived, Romans 4:16, that which was spoken, that’s how he lived. Church Gist. He lived by the written and spoken Word only. That’s how to get there. No wavering, no staggering, settling with what God says. Romans 4:19. No negative consideration. If God said it, that’s what God will do.
- You are going places!
- He was giving glory to God for what was yet to be seen. Giving glory to God, he was strong in faith, giving glory to God and Isaac came, met him giving glory to God, met him with strong faith, no staggering, no wavering, delightsome obedience, delightsome and prompt obedience, that’s how Isaac came. Church Gist. We cannot experience the blessings of Abraham without walking in the steps of the faith of Abraham.
What we see therefore from Scriptures today is what awaits us tomorrow as we commit to the instructions that accompany them. Miracles and magics are not the same, magics are satanic manipulations. They are deceptive miracles. Any miracle that does not anchor on the Word is fake. Signs and wonders are confirmations of the Word, confirmations, not ‘abracadabra’ Confirmations of the Word. Genuine miracles are confirmations of the Word. So, caution!
If you check Revelation 13:14, you’ll find false miracles. Chapter 16:14, you find false miracles. Chapter 19:20, you find false miracles. They are issues of the end time. But if you want to enjoy God’s signs and wonders, take hold of the rod. It is what you do with the Word that God confirms into miracles.
- Somebody’s going places here!
Something interesting here from Galatians 3:5. Let’s read, “He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit.” That’s the Holy Spirit. “And worketh miracles among you, doeth it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?” It is the hearing of faith that triggers the miraculous. And faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. So whatever miracle does not come from the Word is fake. Don’t be deceived. All these long-roded prophets and all these modern-day prophets that are prophesying to your pocket. Caution, my friend, caution! I took hold of the Word into realms of unspeakable prosperity. I took hold of the Word into realms of sound health and vitality. Stop being deceived.
You know, “I see one woman behind your house.” What nonsense! “Uh, when did your father get married? Was it the month of April or August? That’s what is disturbing you. All those who got married in April, they have problem.” Okay, where is that written? They are all marketers. You better save yourself. I went to the mountain to pray one time, and I saw one long-roded prophet, and it wasn’t far from a military cantonment or something, and soldiers lined up. You know what I mean? They were going there for prayer. I went to that mountain to pray. When I saw him, I was grieved. I went to him. “Stand up.” He said, “What did I said?” I said, “Stand up now! All the customers were waiting!” I chased the man out of the mountain. You know Caleb said, “Give me that mountain, I can’t be praying here,” and then you’re doing d3v!l here. I’m still here today. They’re all like that. People just line up. I mean all those people you think are very dignified, they’re very intelligent. They are sl@ves.
Kneel down, “Your mother said something to you in 1962, and your mother has died. But there is something you’ll do, I’ll take you to a mountain, that’s where they call mothers back.” You’ll say ehnn. Please be awake. Develop spiritual muscles. You’ll be tossed here and there and thrown off your destiny before you know it. I know some people are here who are collecting prophecies around. I don’t know their names; I’d have mentioned them, you know. “Papa doesn’t see vision, he sees bl!ndness.” Whatever you can’t see from the Word is fake. Wake up, my friend, sir.
Nobody prophesied prosperity to me; I saw it in the Word. Nobody prophesied victory over déåth to me; I saw it in the Word. And if déåth had power to take me, it would have come. Can darkness come to harâss light?
- No more harāssment of your life!
- The good news is, see your future through the eyes of scriptures.
- A good old age is your redemptive birthright and a good old age you will enjoy!
- Every trace of s!ckness and diséase that can cut short your life will be terminated this morning!
Thank you, Jesus. I’ve spoiled the market for many people this morning. Amen. Thank you, Jesus. Please understand that that is your lineage. That is your heritage in your new lineage. You belong to the Abrahamic lineage by redemption, and a good old age was their right. That was what they manifested. Isaac was 180 years old, Jacob 147, Joseph 110. That’s where you belong. Moses came from that lineage; he was 120 years old. His eyes were not dim and his natural force was not abated.
- You are going places!
Now we round up: covenant keys to going from strength to strength to secure a good old age. Please note, old age is a function of strength. “And they go from strength to strength, every one of them in Zion that appeared before the Lord.” Now talking about Moses. He said, “Moses is not like one of you with whom I spake face to face as a man speaketh with his friend.” He was constantly appearing before the Lord. Numbers 12:6-8. And so, he was going from strength to strength. Deuteronomy 34:7, it talks about: “Moses was 120 years old, his eyes were not dimmed, neither his natural force abated.” The mystery is constant appearance before the Lord. You want to go from strength to strength? Ensure a rich and personal fellowship with Jesus not a show-off in church on Sunday and wearing a decorated suit. That’s not it. Ensure to be in fellowship with God and in fellowship with the saints. You’ll be going from strength to strength.
Psalm 84:7, “They go from strength to strength, every one of them in Zion appeareth before the Lord.” And ye are come to mount Zion, the city of the living God, the church of the firstborn. So, Church is Zion. So, appearing in God’s presence elongates days. Stop doing ‘yanga’ to God. He doesn’t need old age. He is the Ancient of Days. God doesn’t die. He doesn’t need to go from strength to strength. He’s the same yesterday and forever. Only you and me need to go from strength to strength. Please value personal fellowship and value corporate fellowship. Value fellowship. “Jesus, talk to me every day.” Ah, my enemies know it! Value fellowship. You go from strength to strength as you value fellowship.
- Somebody’s story is changing!
I was talking to young people during this meeting. You see, you are carrying a telephone about as your Bible. I can’t tell what you are reading. I just see you pressing something. Most times you are pressing nonsense. You are pressing sports. You are pressing entertainment in church. You’re getting off, shutting down on your days. Every time you see me on Sunday, I’m coming right from His presence. This energy here is not natural. “They go from strength to strength, every one of them in Zion appears before the Lord.”
- That’s you.
- At 80, you’ll be as strong as 40!
Thank you, Jesus.
Number one covenant keys to going from strength to strength. Revelation is the mystery behind rejuvenation. Say with me: “Revelation is the mystery behind rejuvenation.” Now Job 33:21: “His flesh is consumed away, that it cannot be seen; and his bones that were not seen stick out [more like a skeleton]. Yet his soul draweth near unto the grave, and his life to the destroyers. If there be a messenger with him, an interpreter, one among a thousand, to show unto man his uprightness (rights in God): then God is gracious unto him, and saith, deliver him from going down to the pit: I have found a ransom. Then his flesh shall be fresher than a child’s: he shall return to the days of his youth.”
If the studio can, please put that Ghanaian picture there, his skeleton form and his transformation that followed. Church Gist. He was a skeleton but Jesus came through for him. His flesh bounced back. He became far more robust than ever. Rejuvenation is a function of revelation.
· In the name of Jesus, every aging part of your body, I see them rejuvenated!
· You will not miss your place!
Revelation transformed. Look at… Did you see that skeleton? Can you compare that with that man? That’s Jesus.
· In the name of Jesus, everyone that is facing the threat of the grave, I see the restoration power of the word bringing you back to shape.
In Psalm 103:5, it says, Church Gist. “Who satisfied thy mouth with good things, so that thy youth is renewed as the eagle.” Eagle sucks honey and oil from the rocks. Amen. Access to the deep things of God renews our days as the eagle.
· I see your days renewed!
Be you not conformed to this world: Church Gist but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. As God’s word gets into you, it renews your mind and transforms your body.
· It’s your turn.
- Commitment to fellowship with God.
- Proven love for God: Abraham was just in love, God said, “My friend and if you will do whatever thing I command you to do, you are my friend
- Joy and rejoicing. A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit dries the bones. So, ventilate your system with joy and rejoicing. You are redeemed as a bundle of joy. Church Gist. Don’t let any devil break your joy. Whatever breaks your joy breaks your health. Proverbs 18:14. So, Paul will say rejoice in the Lord always and again I say, Rejoice. Rejoice ever more. Don’t cut short your life span, rejoice ever more. You have said with Christ who for the joy that was set before him. So, if you can see what God has in store for you, you can’t be depressed. If you see what God has in store, you can’t be depressed. No! No!!
I saw myself above all nations when I was below all churches and below all communities. I saw it. So, the tantalization of it kept me going with utmost excitement. Church Gist. Three suits, a change in trouser with another once and again I was having the greatest fun of my life by the things I saw. When I had no bank account, I saw I was a very prosperous man. Right? So, it was moving me. I never had to beg one person in my life. I never called on any church member in my life from day one. Look, you want joy, settle down with this. Whatever it shows you here keeps you rejoicing. Thy words were found. I did eat them. They became the joy and rejoicing of my heart.
· It’s your turn!
· No devil breaks your joy!
· You will not break your own joy!
So, to say that the past days are better than today is foolishness. Who told you? The grace that kept you here means to say I have everything that has to do with you in my hand. Just keep rejoicing, you will get it.
· You are getting there!
· Your deliverance is here!
· Your healing is settled!
· Your good old age is settled!
Now, here is it. As we close, God told Moses that the number of the years of man on earth is 120. Genesis 6:3. Moses received it and believed it and we are told he was 120 years old when he left. Church Gist. Whatever you receive and believe, you are empowered to experience. Deuteronomy 34:7. God told him, he received and believed it. I was empowered to experience it. Good old age was the agenda, good old age he had. He is also a seed of Abraham. On the other hand, David saw 70. Not that God said, David said. Three scores and 10 are our days. Psalm 90:10. And David left at 70.
