This is the last Sunday and the part 4 in our series of teaching, the focus for the month is Creative Wisdom Is My Heritage. How many agree with that today? Church Gist. That creative wisdom is your heritage in redemption. We are not redeemed as dummies, we are redeemed as smart children of the Most High God. The only wise God can’t give birth to dummies because like begets like. Our teaching series for our Sunday service is “What Wisdom Is This?” Mark 6:2. Matthew 13:54.
The charismatics celebrate a lot of mighty words, “that’s revelation knowledge sir, hey yeah, great”. No. The wisdom of God is not just revelation knowledge but revelation proofs. Matthew 13:54. Church Gist. It’s mighty-work generating wisdom and that is the wisdom that God has brought you into this time and I see His might works beginning to show in your life in the name of Jesus. Wisdom with tangible proofs, not theoretical wisdom, not postulations but solution-generating wisdom.
- You’ll never be stranded again.
When the earth was without form and void, God’s wisdom came on the scene and gave it shape and colour. Church Gist. The creative wisdom of God came on the scene. In the same vein, nothing will be out of order in your life again!
WHAT WISDOM IS THIS? Part 4. Now, within every child of God lies the rich deposit of the mind of Christ. 1 Corinthians 2:16. And that mind is the custoodian of the wisdom and the power of God. 1 Corinthians 1:24. Church Gist. Christ, the wisdom and the power of God. So, you and I carry the wisdom of God in us. This is the gift of God at redemption ordained for our profiting. You know, the gift and callings of God are without repentance and every gift of God is for our profiting. Romans 11:29. Church Gist. Every child of God has the mind of Christ as our gift at redemption. So, we think differently, we look differently, we approach issues differently and we are called a peculiar people, a royal priesthood. 1 Peter 2:9. Church Gist. We are heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, so we share the same DNA with Christ. 1 Corinthians 12:7. Every spiritual endowment is our profiting. But these precious deposits has to be stirred to deliver. Just like the sugar in your tea, you have to use your teaspoon to stir it to have effect. This deposit is real but has to be stirred to manifest. The healing power was in the pool of Bethesda but there has to be a stirring by an Angel for it to manifest.
Now, let’s check how do we stir this precious deposit called the mind of Christ in us?
- By the Word of God. God’s Word is a symbolic rod. Isaiah 11:1-2. And Jesus is the living Word of God. So, He’s the rod. We engage the rod to stir that deposit in us. Church Gist. I never knew that salvation covers the mind until early in my Christian life, I came across the writings of Norman Vincent Peale who wrote a lot on the redemption of the mind in his series on the Positive Power of Thinking and all of that. Church Gist. Then, I knew that salvation is not limited to the spirit, that when we are saved, it imparts on our mind. Our mind is renewed to transform our lives.
Sir, some only know about salvation of the soul oh, they don’t know nothing about the salvation of the mind, so, they keep struggling with life, no change. Church Gist. Your mind and my mind is the gateway to our lives. As a man thinks in his heart, so is he. The thinking faculty is in the mind. So, our mind is renewed by the Word so as to transform our lives. I consumed those materials like a ravenous wolf, I enjoyed them, it was speaking to me. Everywhere I got any of his books, I bought. God’s Word is the principal to stir this precious deposit in us. Church Gist. The more disposed we are to the Word, the more active that deposit becomes. It is that that will humble the world around us. Micah 4:2. We are redeemed as pacesetters and pathfinders, not theoretical knowledge, that the various schools of knowledge accumulate, but Illuminative knowledge, divine illumination that gets you on God’s frequency in dealing with issues.
- Somebody’s story is changing.
Without a spoon in your hand, you can spread the effect of salt in your soup. Church Gist. You have a spoon to stir and it goes round. Without the Word, that deposit will lie dormant, inactive, it’s there but it’s not delivering.
- In the name of Jesus Christ, that deposit will be activated from henceforth in your life producing exclamatory results.
Psalm 19:7. T.L. Osborn delivered the message or teaching years ago and I caught it: “Wise up and size up.” We get wiser by the day by exposing ourselves to the truth. Proverbs 9:9. Church Gist. 2 Timothy 3:15.
- Through meditation in the Word.
Psalm 119:97-100. Meditation gets us wiser. Church Gist. When meditating on the Word, the Wisdom of God begins to seep into our system. 1 Timothy 4:13-15.
-In the name of Jesus, this precious deposit will not lie dormant in your life again.
- Through the prayer of enquiries.
Jeremiah 33:3. I’ve undertaken several expeditions on prayer of enquiries, “Lord, why is it?” “Lord, how will this one work?” “Lord, what do I do here?” “Lord, what do You have to say here?” James 1:5. Church Gist. “It doesn’t mean you are not wise but you don’t know the right thing to do at this point, on this issue. Ask from Me, I’m always there to lavish it on you.”
-You’ll never get stranded again.
Mark 11:24. You want the right way out? Make demand for it. But fasting may be required from time to time to scatter the blindfold of the enemy all the time. Fasting is prescribed for the outbreak of light. In Scriptures, wisdom is described as light. Talking about Daniel. Church Gist. Daniel 5:11. 2 Corinthians 4:4. Some of these will not clear the way except by the combined forces of faith, prayer and fasting. Matthew 17:21. “Lord! Why is this Church not growing?” Prayer and fasting came along and light broke out and the destiny of the Church opened up.
-There are many destinies that will open up this time. As you choose to take covenant responsibility among which is prayer and fasting for outbreak of light.
When the Lord gave us this Property called Canaanland. I went to meet Him to ask, “What do you want to use this land for?” I was before the Lord and He marshalled out the plan. We serve a God of patterns. Don’t just rush at things. Church Gist. Many won’t understand what we do here, the reason is, we don’t just use our own system to chart the way forward. We connect with the One who knows tomorrow He can give us what it is. And that’s everybody’s right. Jeremiah 33:3. “Come with your questions, I have the answer. The answers I have, you can’t even imagine it, you can’t get it across. It’s beyond you.”
-Again, you will never be stranded anymore.
I can say with glory to God, I have never missed my step in 45 years plus in ministry. Church Gist. Yes, challenges! Yes, issues! But I will always get across to Him to show me the right way to go, the right way out. We have the same access, please utilize it.
- Through Focus.
There are particular issues in your life and in my life that we need to focus on for a solution. Proverbs 24:30-33. Let’s be specific about any issue of concern to us when we want to stir this deposit in us. Be specific. “Jesus! There must be a way out in this area. Show me, Jesus! The way to go.” More often than not, He directs you to materials that will help you to get across. Matthew 6:22. Church Gist. For instance, when I was called into ministry, I said: “Jesus, who pays me? So I won’t be roaming about the street looking for how to go about my life.” He said “You are in My employment, I’m responsible. Just stay on duty.” Those 3 statements have been the source of my pay till tomorrow. Am I employed? Yes! You told me, “I’m sending you to undertake these tasks. Stay on duty. Stay on what I’ve sent you, I’m responsible.” That’s why in spite of COVID 19, you find us still going through the 12 Pillars. Going through what? COVID can’t confuse it. Amen! No, no, no! COVID gave up! COVID gave up because we won’t give in. We were still teaching wisdom, teaching prosperity in the midst of COVID, that’s what we are sent.
You’d be glad to know I’ve never visited any home in my life on how to get a need met, or call on phone. In fact, there was no phone like this then. Or call friends, “You know we are friends, so do something now” Not once in 45 years, because of an answer from the Lord that came out of focus. Church Gist. It came out of what? I went 3 days, “Show me the secret of Kingdom prosperity” Somebody say: focus. “Why are enemies fighting me?” Leave enemies alone, I want to find the secret of Kingdom prosperity. Church Gist. Praise God. It’s time to settle down and know how these things work. It takes focus to stir that thing and I see solutions just raised in your direction.
- Every bugging question will find an answer as you stay focused in the name of Jesus.
- Well, you’ll never forget this month in a hurry, because what God is doing is putting in your hand the way to go about the issues of our lives. You’ll never miss it!
We must maintain a strong focus on any subject of interest, both in searching of Scriptures along with other anointed materials.
- Number 5 way of stirring this great deposit is through thanksgiving as a lifestyle. Thanksgiving, why? It brings you into His presence where He shows you the path of life. Sir, thanksgivers hardly get stranded, there’s always the ray of light that shows forth. We read that at the monthly praise session. Church Gist. Psalm 100:4. Now, double emphasis, let us be thankful unto Him and celebrate His faithfulness, He said come in. Psalm 16:11. So, when thanksgiving becomes your way of life, you gain automatic access to His presence where He unveils the path of life. Now, “Thank you Jesus, there must be a way out” That’s how our last daughter came out of the jaws of death. With a smile, not a grin, “Thank you Jesus, there must be a way out” and He unveiled the way out, quietly, softly, no stress, no pressure. The way of murmuring is a robber. The way of grumbling, it blocks the way forward. Church Gist. He shows us the path of life in His presence and we have no access without thanksgiving. We have no access. You come into the gate with thanksgiving, you have access into His presence with thanksgiving. Be thankful unto Him and bless His name and then He shows you the path of life.
- In the precious name of Jesus, you won’t lack access anymore to the path of life. Let me hear your loudest Amen.
Today is our Financial Fortune Banquet. Please understand and I want you to receive this, no earthly parent wishes any of their children to be poor and downtrodden. Am I correct? No one will receive anyone wishing him ‘long life and poverty.’ There’s a reaction. Even those who (argue) “We don’t believe in it” If you wish them ‘long life and poverty’, they will react. Church Gist. Just check any core enemy of God’s prosperity plan and wish him ‘long life and poverty’ he will fight you. He’ll say but why. Please note that our redemption comes along with a 7-fold package as listed in Revelation 5:12. Power. John 1:12. Power for victorious living. Luke 10:19. Riches to redeem us from slavery because a borrower is servant to the lender, slavery. Wisdom, strength, honour, glory and blessings, look at all that package. Think of it first. Church Gist. Think of riches, think of honour, think of glory, think of blessings. Those are all decorative virtues that salvation delivers. 2 Corinthians 8:9. So, it’s Heaven’s agenda to enrich the redeemed.
- In the name of Jesus, the siege of lack and want is declared over in your life.
Matthew 7:11. Now, between poverty and prosperity, which one is good? Are you very sure? Church Gist. Between begging and giving, which one is good? Between borrowing and lending, which one is good?
- In the precious name of Jesus, grace to enjoy the goodness of redemption by accepting the Covenant responsibility that accompanies them, receive it now!
Something interesting here. God is able to make all grace abound, God does not make sin abound, so that you having all sufficiency in all things may abound unto every good work. 2 Corinthians 9:8. So, God is behind the abundance of His people. Church Gist. John 10:10. We need to get our system connected to these realities. It is not the pursuit of money that enriches God’s people but the pursuit of God. “If you will let me lead you, only goodness and mercy will follow you all the days of your life. You are following me, you are not following things. As you are following me, good things will keep following you.” That’s the way it works. Deuteronomy 8:18. He gives power to get wealth. God won’t give power to get sin. Church Gist. God gives power to get wealth. I’m not talking about all these short corner wealth that people are carrying about. I’m talking about holy wealth. Wealth that comes from heaven’s channels of blessings. Not crooked wealth. Not robbery wealth. Not cheating others to enrich yourself.
Now hear what he said. Job 22:21-25. Sir, wealth is coming to the Body of Christ. We are in a phase of it. The phase will keep increasing! Please, put iniquity far from your tabernacle. Don’t play smart to rob others. Don’t! Don’t steal government money and be saying you are rich. Church Gist. All those balloon wealth they carry about in the streets. I will ask them one question, “do you have rest?” They don’t. My friend, I have super rest. You should know that. I sleep like a baby. No issues. I’m in financial fortune. There’s no side talk about it. Real one! I’m yet to cheat on the first person on the Earth that I cheated on him.
- Somebody’s story is changing!
- Holy wealth is coming to the Body in dimensions never known before!
There are men like that in this Church right here who are in one phase of it; moving to the next phase and then to the next phase. Thank you Jesus. Can I shock you? I’ve never given a dime as bribe to any mortal man in my life. I will never do it till I go to heaven. Church Gist. “You say my thing is your thing.” Carry it. Let’s see what happens to you. Carry it. I won’t run after you.
If you join them, you will go down with them. All these heartless people who are across the Country cheating people, robbing people, making business of kidnapping – never enough; their judgment is here!
This is one mystery about Kingdom wealth. He said, “riches are with me. Yea, durable riches and righteousness.” Somebody say, “Durable.” You will leave true riches for your children! Durable riches and righteousness. Durable! Church Gist. This Church has not known a setback once in 45 years. Durable! It has never borrowed, never begged, never cheated, never lacked. Durable! That’s your new realm! Psalm 112:1-3.
Here is some bad news. The World is today facing the worst economic crisis in history and from all prophetic scriptures, this is just the beginning. Matthew 24:7-8. Church Gist. But God has a package of exemption for you.
- Sir, no matter what hits the World, you will be exempted!
God has an agenda of exemption for you. Now the Bible says, “a time is coming when the Earth shall burn like an oven and all the proud and all that do wickedly shall be stubble. All the thick necked people who are going about carrying people’s fortune – a day is coming that shall burn like an oven. Church Gist. All of them shall be burnt up without root nor branch. But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healings in his wings.”
- You will be growing up and going forward! That’s you!
That’s why covenant wealth is your security against these rainy days. Malachi 3:6-18, Malachi 4:1-2. It’s never late to be right. You have heard me say this severally, “whatever God cannot do in my life, let it remain undone. Whatever God cannot give me, may I never have it. Wherever God cannot take me to, may I never get there.” Church Gist. Sir to the glory of God, there is no human reference as to where grace has brought me to. I thank God for what that man gave me…(Singing) He is enough for me. He is enough for me…”More than sufficient for you.
- In the name of Jesus, the day of hiding your Christianity for money should be over!
‘You sit down under an unbeliever and be crawling for what to eat.’ Please be free! Be free, I beg you. After the Service, tell them, “I’m not coming again. I’m not coming again.” Unbelievers telling you, “why are you closing so late? You should see me at 10:00.” Church Gist. You say, “I’m in Church.” ‘Church for what?’ “Okay sir, I’m coming.” You are not in employment. You are looking for help. Leaving your helper; going to the helpless. Leaving your helper.
Do you know there is no foreign thing in what we are doing here now? Yet we have Churches all over the World…That okay, ‘London, send us money.’ Not once. Please wake up. Church Gist. There’s such a great future for you if you will care to walk with Jesus. I’m happy you are quiet.
Sir don’t join them – all these modern day crises they are creating around. Don’t join them. If you will do what He tells you to do, God is too faithful. Church Gist. He will make good his promise. He will always make good His promise.
- Your era of financial fortune is finally here!
Now we are before the Lord here. Has anybody ever been asked in this Church, did you give anything today? Has anybody ever been asked did you pay tithe? Church Gist. What is your problem? All that God is doing is telling you how you can experience a change of story in your life and you will. The truth remains, no one can change it (and) it’s not subject to review.
Covenant practice is the master key to a world of financial fortune. Take it or leave it! “But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is He that giveth thee power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day.” Church Gist. Current! The master key to a world of financial fortune is covenant practice.
I was before the Lord, ” Show me the secret of Kingdom prosperity.” I said, “Show me whatever You showed Copeland that’s making it work in his life.” And the Lord said to me on the third day from that same Deuteronomy 8:18, “My son David, My prosperity plan is not a promise. It does not answer to prayers.” Everything by prayer was our theology then, everything by prayer. You want anything, just pray, shake your head, move your body, bang the table, roll on the floor if you are the only one. It doesn’t answer to prayers! It’s not a promise; it has no respect for fasting. You can’t fast your way to prosperity, so don’t k!ll yourself. Church Gist. He said, “My prosperity plan is a covenant. Until your part is played, I am not committed.” What is Your covenant? “While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest shall not cease.” How reliable! “If you can’t break My covenant of the day, and My covenant of the night. So, you can’t break My covenant with the redeemed…” Jeremiah 33:20–21. That’s when I screamed, “Yeah, I can never be p00r!” March 22, 1982. This is September 27, 2026, a few days back. Amen! I was too sure the key was in my hand. I gave myself wholly to that covenant on a conscious realm, as it is this day. Current!
Covenant practice will never be obs0lete. All these explainers, they are wasting time. Where are the proofs in their lives? You find a ministry of this small size, no pressûre, no str3ss. Church Gist. My God! No begg!ng, no gathering of special people in church to address needs. And with our eyes open, almost 300 buses that were unbudgeted for. Amen! And churches being built across the nation at the same time. Please wake up!
- It’s your turn to step in!
The anchor law that launches men into their financial fortune is the law of tithing. Tithe! You may hate it; it doesn’t change it. You say “it’s enough,” it’s not enough. I will tell you forever: I know what it has brought to me and what it has brought to this church. No games, no gimmicks. “If you are Abraham’s children, do the works of Abraham.” Abraham was a tither. Amen! By extension, because he’ll command his household to walk in his way, Isaac was, Jacob was. Church Gist. So where is your lineage? “If ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.” You can’t see his blessings without doing what he did. Tithing is a covenant obligation; it is not to help a church or a ministry. It’s for your lifting! Start now! When our income was 18,000 plus, my tithe was there in a year. In what year? Relax, my friends. That was our level, all of us. Praise God!
- Somebody’s story is changing!
- You’re that one, let me hear your loudest Amen!
What you need is grace for continuity. What do I call it? Grace! You need grace for continuity. When you stop breathing, you know what it means. When you stop giving, you start chok!ng. You need grace for continuity. As God has blessed everyone, even so let him give, not just giving, giving to the level of His blessings. Church Gist. Praise God! It’s amazing. That’s according to His blessings in your life. So, your giving is according to His blessings in your life. Can I hear your Amen? “We don’t even know what they are doing.” I’ve told you what we are doing!
- In the precious name of Jesus, today marks the end of financial struggles in your life!
- So shall it be in the name of Jesus!
It does not only procure powerful wealth, but it procures peace, favor, divine health, things that money cannot buy. They are all packaged in it.
How do I walk in financial fortune?
- Engage tireless in covenant practice. Number one, in Philippians 4:15–19, the Word says: “Now ye Philippians know also, that in the beginning of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no church communicated with me as ‘concerning giving and receiving’, but ye only. For even in Thessalonica ye sent once and again unto my necessity. Not because I desire a gift: but I desire fruit that may abound to your account. Church Gist. But I have all, and abound: I am full, having received of Epaphroditus the things which were sent from you, an odour of a sweet smell, a sacrifice acceptable, well-pleasing to God. Therefore, my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” You start tapping into the riches of His glory! When the economy here fails, you are tapping into what? The riches of His glory! That’s why what happens here cannot affect you! Now, in a downtr0dden economy like ours in this country today, by reason of all the th!eves that are all over the place, see what your God is doing at the Ark! Amen!
- That’s how God will be lifting you in the midst of nothing happening!
- Great things will happen in your life!
“Papa, lay hands on me” is not the answer! Papa is not the covenant! “Three times Papa has laid hands on me”, he can do that 10 times, it doesn’t matter.
- Be spiritually minded. God wants to prosper us even as our soul prospers. So, keep building spiritual capacity so you won’t break down under the blessings. Church Gist. 3 John 2: “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.”
- To keep walking in financial fortune, walk in financial integrity. No games! Don’t procure curses on your life. Don’t cheat on anyone. The blessing will not stop flowing. Church Gist. It said the Lord will be your defense, and you shall have plenty of silver. He will render your enemies helpless; you won’t know they exist anymore. Covenant practice is a covering.
- Stay committed to being a blessing. “And I will bless thee, and thou shalt be a blessing.” Church Gist. We are blessed to be a blessing, not to be an accumulator, to be a blessing. And we are a blessing by engaging biblical discretion.
I saw one of our people talking about my philanthropic lifestyle and I said no, I am not a philanthropist. Church Gist. I’m not a philanthropist. I’m a covenant practitioner. I’m not a donor. I sow into what will bless others. Praise God!
· Somebody is here, your story is changing!
Stay committed to being a blessing…. Those who look away from the suffering of others are not candidates. Church Gist. They’re not candidates. Proverbs 20:27. Open up! 1 Timothy 6:17-19.
· That’s the grace you need!
God is not committed to blessing us more than we are committed to being a blessing. Church Gist. So, the larger our heart to being a blessing, the larger our coast of His blessings in our lives. Praise God! Praise God!! Praise God!!! You are redeemed as the salt of the earth.
· May your salt never lose its savour!
An average of 2,000 people are fed every week. Things are supplied to them. It’s not dropping from the sky. Some fellows are involved. Be part of putting smiles on the face of others. You will never lose your smile. I can’t believe that anybody in this place will withdraw a child from school in the midst of this prosperous army of people and it is in your cell, it is in your zone and you are not bothered and it’s a thing within your reach. Church Gist. Stop it! Not to be known, not to be seen, but just as your new covenant DNA, you want to be part of being a blessing to others. Can I hear your amen? And you will be. I once stated here, my family began to give scholarships since 1992. How much was our weight financially? No! But how much was our heart to be a blessing? And it’s growing, growing by the day.
· In the precious name of Jesus, the days of you alone are over!
Open up and God will keep enlarging your coast.
· It’s your turn to be a blessing in the name of Jesus!
· Therefore, the same financial fortune grace upon this commission becomes your portion today!
One day in Kaduna, we had 10 Naira income and someone had a need of 10 Naira and he had it all. Church Gist. It was passed on to him. Don’t blame God for blessing us this way. Don’t blame Him.
· It’s your turn to be blessed!
How many want this birthday ‘s prophetic blessing?
· My heart desire is that every grace that I ever touch will become a reality in your life!
· My heart desire is that every light I have ever encountered gains access to your life!
I had this brief encounter as I was getting ready for what it is that you have for me in this new phase, God said to me, you know what I say to one, I say to all. Stay in love with me. Church Gist. Keep growing in your love for me and you will remain a wonder to your world.
· My prayer is that your love for God will never wax cold!
David the lover said in Psalm 71:7, “I am as a wonder to many.”; But thou art my strong refuge.” Church Gist. This is all you need to keep winning without sweat. God told me that “what I say to one, I say to all.” To stay in love with God and to keep growing your love for God is all you need to keep winning without sweat. Soaring without stress, breaking new grounds without breaking down, making news without making noise.
· In the name of Jesus, that becomes your new lifestyle!
He said to me, “My son, just stay in love and keep growing in your love for me because you have not seen anything yet.” Church Gist. No matter where you are today, God is saying, “You have not seen anything.” What gave me the fortitude to share this is Mark 13:37, “What I say to you, I say to all.” You have not seen anything. I mean good things, great things.
· The Egyptian you see today pursuing in any area of your life, you see them no more again forever in the name of Jesus!
It is to everyone according to his faith, but everyone’s faith delivers according to his love. So it is to everyone according to his love for God.
· May your love for God remain ever burning!
