Hallelujah!
I want to welcome everyone to Recharge Conference, it’s a season of enthronement and the critical ingredient for His enthronement is favour and when the Holy Spirit gave us the theme for this conference, He said it’s critical to people’s enthronement in the various spheres of influence. So, we are starting a journey tonight that I believe you will never recover from.
So, you’re welcome, you’ve got to maximize the conference. ChurchGist. What does it take to maximize a conference like this? I have two things I want to mention. Firstly, humility, we are here to learn, to unlearn and to relearn and to obey God’s directives for our lives. Matthew 5:5. The meek are the ones that will take over the earth, not the talented, thank God for the talents, our powerful gifts but without meekness you can’t take over territories. The word meekness is actually stronger than humility, but let’s even start with humility.
One day my pastor called, Pastor Adeboye and I said God just revealed your secret to me now and Pastor Adeboye said in Yoruba language, Kini baba wi o (Meaning what did our Father said). He said you’re not great because of your prayers, your much prayers and your much fasting but it’s because of your meekness, no wonder that ministry is all over the earth. ChurchGist. Many desire greatness, we are a ministry that is focused on raising giants and great people, without the force of meekness, you’ll just be bouncing against the air. ChurchGist. Blessed are the meek for they will inherit the earth, they will take over the earth, they will expand, God will begin to give them territory.
I’ll began to wonder, why will the meek inherit the earth? Because one of the greatest manifestations of meekness is the willingness to learn. They are like what we call mumu, a docile. They’re to learn, they are not stubborn headed or hard headed. So, as they begin to learn those things, it is now easier for them to rise because without learning your earning cannot increase. So, there are some scriptures that help to reinforce that blessing of meekness. Psalm 37:11. This is the reason when you meet some very talented people yet you’ll see a cap on their life, there is a limit to how far they can go. Because God is looking for broken vessels. Matthew 23:12. So, as we go through all manner of sessions, this is just the opening night, of course we have loads of things God will do tonight. Enthronement is exaltation but without humility you can’t be exalted. No wonder the meek will inherit the earth because they will be exalted everywhere they go.
When Joseph stood before Pharaoh, looking at it critically, he knew the answer to everything but I didn’t notice a boastful heart. He never said to Pharaoh I have known this thing for a long time. He said let Pharaoh look for a man that will do it and he meant it; it was Pharaoh that said you’re the man. But somebody else will say I’m the man.
- You will experience exaltation in this second half of this year and it will bring you Joy.
Proverbs 29:23. Somethings will be said in the course of this program that you have heard before, you’ll have to learn it again, re-learn it, enforce what you already know, and there are things perhaps you have learnt before that might not have been correct and the Holy Ghost will come and correct it, be ready to bend, be ready to learn and there are somethings you didn’t know before, for instance, I just learnt in preparation for this conference that there is a huge difference between been blessed and walking in God’s favour, they’re intertwined, but the blessing on your life shows potential, it shows ability but what favour does is to create platform for that ability, without platform it is story. ChurchGist. Lionel Messi cannot be the only gifted Argentine but platform makes the difference.
So, what favour does on that thing you can do very well, that singing, that writing, that preaching, what favour does, if it is properly activated is to now stir them in the palace. ChurchGist. If Joseph did not interpret for Pharaoh, he’ll just be a great interpreter and that is blessing, that is why you must learn because that platform matter is in the hands of God. Not every platform makes great. When you hear platform, I’m talking about opportunities. Some people can have a thousand and one opportunities and it doesn’t really change them. But somebody else can have just one right destiny short platform and everything will change.
In the Palace of Saul, when they said let us look for someone that can play the Harp very well because our King is demonized, the person that can play guitar or harp very well will make the demon to leave our King. But somebody said; oh there is a son of Jesse, that mentioning is favour, you can’t tell me that he is the only one that can play the instrument in the whole of Israel, what about the chorister in Israel, what about the chorister in the temple, why didn’t they mention the Head of the chorister in the temple, why a shepherd boy? That’s what favour does. ChurchGist. That one is in God’s hand. When I say in God’s hand, I mean it is God that orchestrate it and that what we are here to learn.
- God will give you platforms, destiny changing platforms.
I have been there, where you stand somewhere to speak and then your entire life changes forever. You’re not the only speaker in the world, you’re not the best speaker in the world but somebody somewhere must be kicked in their heart by the Holy Spirit to mention you that let him come and speak, let her come and dance. You think Esther is the only virgin in the palace, oh you think she is the only one that had make up in the palace, No!
So, as we run through this amazing conference, you’ll be learning various things that will help you align. Jesus has paid for our favour, we are blessed in Christ, we are blessed in Abraham. If there is anything that needs to be aligned, it will be on our own side and as the Holy Ghost by His wisdom begins to align us, I see people being sent forth in the right places in the name of Jesus, that is why in most of our journeys we get angry at times, you yourself will see somebody may be in your own opinion less talented, less gifted but properly platformed, but you’re reaching out yet you keep getting turned down. Opportunity! I will be having one of the sessions, I will be talking on how to recognize opportunities. ChurchGist. Many have it but they don’t even know, they don’t know how to maximize opportunities, how not to close opportunities, that’s a major one. You can close an opportunity, when you hear opportunity, we are talking about the heart and the heart will be locked. You can maximize opportunity. You can recognize an opportunity, there is no prophecy in scripture. When you read through the Old Testament, there is no prophecy that said David will Kill Goliath, you can’t find it. He just went there and then He saw it, he saw the opportunity, he said who is this uncircumcised philistine that will defile the army of the living God. Yet, they tried to keep him quiet and he said I won’t keep quiet, opportunity will come in form of hard work, opportunities are disguised in a way that it will stretch you and David saw it and he took advantage of that opportunity and the rest as they say is history.
So, we will be learning on how to maximize opportunities, how not to close great opportunities, do you know this conference is an opportunity for somebody to hear one statement that will sort out the next six months in such a way that all the mistakes of the last six years will be zeroed. Just one statement and that’s why you just concentrate, tell your neighbour concentrate.
2 Kings 2:9. Don’t let anything distract you, I shared a story in Church, Kenneth Copeland, he said he was entering one of their conferences and he saw some boys chatting and playing outside, he said as he passed by them, the Holy Spirit said to him, the problems in their lives is what the person in the auditorium is sharing now, but they are playing.
There are catching up moment in every conference, catching up moment for everybody, that is why atimes, a minister is ministering and somebody will shout, he caught something, when you catch you know you have caught something, it can be during the worship, just one song that clicks with your spirit and an instruction that God wants to give you will just land on you, don’t allow your mobile devices steal your future from you. I agree we do notes on our devices, our bibles are on it, but I want you to be sincere with yourself at least once in six months. ChurchGist. In the next three, four days, don’t let any of the social media distract you. You know what I am talking about. While in service a message comes in and you begin to chat for 3 to 4 minutes and one statement that you need just goes, that’s it, that is not God’s fault.
I heard a story, I don’t know whether it’s true, how that someone was in an interview and they were planning to favour him and when they sent for him in the interview room, he went to the loo at that time. Tell your neighbour hold your body. Some people can go to the restroom 10 times, God will help us. ChurchGist. The annoying thing about that is they distract themselves and they distract other people. Nothing will press you in Jesus’ name, before the conference starts the ideal thing is go and ease yourself, so that nothing will distract you and for once for 2 hours straight you’re absorbing and the things you’re drinking and eating the world will see it in your life. ChurchGist. They will see it in August, they will see it this year in the name of Jesus Christ.
All my precious people all over the world, avoid distractions, concentrate, you might be at home or in traffic, concentrate, when the Holy Spirit sees that level of concentration, they He can reach out to you easily.
- You will not miss your moment.
Favour is promotion over another, favour means preference, we are in a very competitive world, it means advantage, it means kindness, exceptional kindness. Daniel 6:3. The question is what are the things that make for that kind of preference? There were other executives, other politicians, other leaders in the land but there was a preference for Daniel, the same way there can be a preference for your product, for your ministry, for what you do, preference for that your gift, you’re not the only one gifted in that area but there are things that will make them prefer you, set you apart, distinguish you and that will give you an advantage over all others. ChurchGist. I think you should like that, especially when you’re in a conference like this, in a ministry where we believe in greatness, that’s why I love icons in scripture like Esther. Esther 2:15. It’s your turn in the name of Jesus.
I am seeing Joseph rising this second half of the year, I am seeing Esther rising, from this second half of 2022.
The same thing happened to Joseph, Pharaoh told him you’re going to be the next prime minister of this land.
Expect favour, that is the first law in the school of favour, because your thoughts create a kind of frequency around you and we must be with that foundation tonight, your expectations, do not despise yourself. ChurchGist. If you’re saved by the Blood of Jesus Christ, you’re now on the lineage of favour by destiny.
I beg you; we are not here in this conference to beg for favour. Christ has favoured you, in Christ we are favoured, if there is any curse, you know have the authority to break the curse because your expectation matters, some people don’t even want anything good to happen to them.
- I command every negative vibe in your system that has been pillars for decades, I command them to crumble in this conference in the name of Jesus Christ. ChurchGist. I’m always expectant, not anxious but expectant. This second half, you will receive emails that will turn your life around. I started getting calls for preaching engagement for 2023 (March, June). I said thank you Jesus. Hallelujah! 2023, when I am still in 2022. I say this favour will distinguish you.
There is a way when you’re expecting something it even affects the way you dress, the way you speak. They can’t be asking you how is everything and you’re answering anyhow (na so so). I cancel that language tonight in Jesus name. What is so so? How is everything? I’m favoured, I’m highly favoured.
One day I called Bishop Oyedepo on the phone and asked him, how is everything sir? He said permanently on top, I have never heard that kind of thing before, not that in top, permanently on top. The language of the expectant mother.
