THERE ARE THREE FORCES THAT REIGN IN THIS COMMISSION; VISION, FAITH AND LOVE BUT THE GREATEST OF THEM IS LOVE
NOTHING WORKS WITHOUT LOVE, EVERYTHING THAT WORKS ANCHORS ON LOVE.
LACK OF LOVE HAS NOT MADE MUCH HAPPEN IN THE LIVES OF MANY
BE SPIRITUAL, BE IN THE SPIRIT. YOU CAN’T CATCH UP WITH GOD WITHOUT BEING IN THE SPIRIT.

- God will turn you into a surprise to yourself.
Paul was writing about Titus, he said “and work we not in the same spirit”. The same spirit is all through scriptures. The spirit of Elijah rests upon Elisha and everything that bowed to Elijah began to bow to Elisha. You are leaving here today with the same spirit behind this commission.
- You are leaving this impartation service with the same spirit behind this prophet. It will be clear to every devil that your level has changed.
Thank you Jesus, let your spirit come afresh upon every one of us this morning. In Jesus precious name we have prayed.

Lord thank you for all the blessings, thank you for all the word sessions, special ministrations, breakout sessions, thank you for light that has broken out from heaven since this convention began. Receive our thanks in the name of Jesus. Thank you for diverse healing and deliverance. Church Gist. Thank you for confirming your word again and again through the mystery of the feet washing service. Receive our thanks. Now let your word come through this morning, let it impart on every life and let your name be glorified.
I will like to help us to appreciate the different channels the word of God comes through to us. Some of the ways the word comes across to the believer:
- Direction
It shows us the way to go, Psalm 119:105. - The word of God comes through to us as fire that stirs us from within to line up with God’s plan and purpose.
Jeremiah 20:9, 23:29. It comes to us as fire, stirring us up from inside. Church Gist. You know God is the consuming fire and the word is God. It comes to us as fire. It kindles the fire of passion in us to line up with what is right and keep going in spite of all odds. - Power impacting on our lives bringing about impossible things, dealing with issues and imparting us with grace.
John 6:63, Isaiah 34:16. The Spirit of God is in the word. Ezekiel 2:2. Church Gist. It empowers us to get on our feet and win the race of life. - God appears to His people through His word.
My son, my daughter I am here, this is what to do and this is the way to go. He does that through two main channels, through his word directly and through anointed teachers. Isaiah 30:21. You are studying the word and then God just appears. 1 Samuel 3:21. God dwells in His word, you get to a point in your walk with God that He starts appearing to you by His word. I have shared a lot of testimonies with you on that. “my son you have two eyes, can you make one look up and the other look down?”. That is God appearing, that is not revelation, that is appearance. Church Gist. Any time you are looking up to man never claim to be looking up to me too. That is from Psalm 34:5. There is nothing that looks like it there, He just appears. Deuteronomy 28:1. Then “my son there is a place for you on top”. That is appearance. From Deuteronomy 8:18, there came God again from His word. My son, my prosperity plan is not a promise it has no respect for prayer and fasting, my prosperity plan is a covenant until your part is played, I am not committed.
- As you depart from here, you will be experiencing diverse divine appearances.
His appearance is unmistakable, the impact is everlasting as long as you keep up with God. So it is not just about enlightenment which is what the charismatics go about and talk about – Revelation and go for it. I was reading Kenneth Hagin’s book Following God’s Plan For Your Life and here came God, why are you asking me for another land when you have not used the one I gave to you? I said how Sir? Church Gist. He said pull down all those bungalows you have done in the old church and put up an L shape structure, terminate with an office tower and use televisions for midweek services to accommodate more people. I was asking for nothing. He just appeared on His own. Since you love my plan let me tell you my plan.

1 John 2:14. My son listen to me, your future is in my plan not in my plan. I was in Jeremiah 29:11 RSV. I lost value for my plan because I wanted His plan because the rim lies my future. Don’t just carry your luggage and just jump to one place and jump again, your plan Jesus, your plan only, your plan always.
This morning we are looking at the LIFE WIRE OF CHRISTIANITY and it is captioned EMPOWERMENT WITH THE SPIRIT OF LOVE. That is the life wire of the faith. Upon that anchors all the laws and the prophets. Matthew 22:36-40. Mark 12:30. Nothing works without it. Everything that works anchors on it. That is what qualifies that virtue to be defined as the life wire of redemption. Yet not much is spoken about it and the lack of it has not made much to happen in the lives of many. Paul the Apostle was espousing his virtue in 1 Corinthians 13:1-3. He messed up revelation, gifts of the spirit, messed up charity and called them all nothing without love. Church Gist. 1 Corinthians 13:8. Charity is the failure-proof realm of life. Charity never faileth. Revelation works by love, faith works by love, giving works by love, and vision also works by love. No one in the kingdom will ever be accomplished in life more than the gravity of his love for God. There are three forces that reign here; vision, faith and love but the greatest of them is love. Why? Faith works by love, vision works by faith, and vision works by love. By divine grace, He endued me with the spirit of love that I could not recover from. Such as I have I give to you, I didn’t pay for it.
