Today is a ‘Destiny Opening Sunday’. Every one of us here is born to fulfill a unique destiny.
-May your unique destiny be made manifest after now.
We have a destiny of glorification, we are not going to end as a misfit. The original purpose for why you were born must be fulfilled in Jesus’ Name. So very sharp, we are looking at, ‘YOUR DESTINY AND YOUR PRAYER ALTAR’ Psalms 24:7-10. ‘Who is this King of glory?’… Psalms 24:8, there will always be resistance. Many of you end your journey at this point- You have prayed for the fulfillment of your destiny and now you are hearing this resisting question. Church Gist. For many of you, your destiny is asking you some questions after you have prayed: Who is the person talking about answers to his or her expectations?
-After this Service today, may every question in your life be answered permanently.
Some battles must be fought for your destiny to be fulfilled, so you don’t just pray once and stop, you keep praying- If you don’t get tired of praying, your enemy will retire. So you must keep pushing until you push them out.
-I pray for someone today, your breakthrough shall be eternal!
-Today, every destiny must be fulfilled in a grand style.
Some gates must be lifted for destinies to be fulfilled. You can live all your life outside the gates of destiny. Church Gist. Do you know that somebody can live all their lives in a three-bedroom flat for 20 years without coming outside? But by destiny, that person is to live beyond that building and fulfill his or her destiny.
-From today, you are pulled out of anywhere that they confined you.
There are altars against your destiny that must be resisted and destroyed. The reason why those altars are succeeding is because your altar is not working well. Church Gist. You need your prayer altar to overcome the altars that are fighting you. Have you not heard of altar versus altar? It is not grammar. There are altars saying no to your destiny.
-Every altar resisting your destiny shall bow to this altar today. Church Gist. Let your glorious destiny be fulfilled.
-I raise a prayer altar for your destiny in the Name of Jesus.
If your prayer altar is powerless, your destiny is fruitless.
-The enemy that has vowed that your song of celebration will not be heard, I speak today by revelation, that God will make them deaf and dumb for you to sing your songs in the Name of Jesus, Amen.
What does the prayer altar offer in the fulfillment of destiny?
1. The altar of empowerment for your destiny Psalms 66:3.
The prayer altar will empower you to fulfill your destiny. The enemy won’t submit to grammar and the connections that you have but to the power of God. Church Gist. One woman had cancer and her husband dropped a hundred thousand dollars to save her life- She was privileged to see a man that provided such an amount of money. But money cannot cure cancer, it is only the power of God that can handle it.
It is good to have money but having connections without the power of God will lead to frustration. There is a problem that only His power can handle, not just connections- At the end of the day, the woman died. Church Gist. Orji Uzor Kalu, a two-term Former Governor of Abia State just buried his wife in America- Are there no hospitals in America? Church Gist. Life is beyond money! Sometimes, your destiny may require money and after you have found the money, you will understand that there are some problems that money cannot solve.
-Any power confronting your destiny that money cannot handle but requires the anointing; I release the anointing on you now!
-Receive the power that you need for your destiny.
2. The altar of encounter for destiny Luke 9:28-35.
Encounter is what will counter everything that is affecting you. When was the last time you had an encounter with God concerning your destiny? Jesus was transfigured in the place of prayer and He saw Elijah and Moses. Church Gist. You can’t sit at your dining table and see Elijah and Moses. Some of you need to pray to a point where somebody will just physically touch you and that thing they did against you will leave your body. You don’t have an encounter and that’s why you are encountering many problems. You need a personal encounter with God to counter what is fighting you.
I prayed one time for three days and I started feeling a shower of rain- The roof was not leaking before this time. I said, ‘God, what is this?’ And He said, ‘This is the power and Spirit that you need for the journey. Church Gist. That was the encounter that I had when my calling into the Ministry came. I’ve never seen it rain in a room since that day in June, 1996. You need just one encounter that will keep you going. This thing cannot be explained, it is only you that can see and experience it- Encounters are not explained, they are experienced.
-Beyond the encounters, may you see something!
3. The altar of revelation Ephesians 1:17-19.
For some of you, physically you can see but spiritually, you are blind- Things happen to you unawares. You need the encounters from the altar of revelation. You dey dance on your wedding day, one witch come touch your belle, you no come know? Church Gist. You are blind! This altar of revelation is the revelation from the Scriptures. What He (God) shows you is what makes you ‘a show’ Ephesians 1:19. There is something that you will see in This Book (The Bible) and your generation will be benefiting from it till eternity.
4. The altar of visions for destiny Habakkuk 2:1-3.
It is either you understand the Book of Habakkuk or you suffer at the hand of a herbalist. How can they (witches) shoot you when you go out to drink? Church Gist. Something should have told you not to go out that day. There is nobody that will live longer if they are deaf and blind spiritually.
I was to travel three days ago. I did everything possible to travel earlier and got my things ready by 6 pm when I left. On my way, I heard God say, ‘You will not return, turn back’! And I turned back immediately. Church Gist. Later, I realized that the Benin City road was blocked through the bypass and people were to move from the forest area. And God said, ‘It is through that forest route that they could have carried you’! Blindness is what has buried our greatness! Habakkuk 2:1-2.
-Any route that they want to pass through to bury you, I return it to them now!
We prayed for a lady last week to deliver her child safely. In a vision around 2 pm, I saw that she did not make it to the delivery and I drove immediately to see her in their house. She said, ‘Ah! Papa, you came around’? Church Gist. I said, ‘Yes, I came to finish this matter, I saw that you died on delivery and I quickly came to pray for you’! Please be careful about how you play with Churches and Pastors that are there for you spiritually.
Then, on the 1st of April, in one of the, ‘I Reject the Evil and Receive the Blessing Service’, a daughter of the Prophet said, “Daddy, sorry Sir! I saw in a vision that they tied the baby of this woman (Referring to the woman I prayed for) but God is saying that we should tie her physically with a rope, pray for her, anoint her, untie and burn the rope afterward”. Church Gist. I understand the Ministry and for that reason, she shouldn’t have come to tell me that kind of thing, but Ministry is not just what they taught us in the Bible School but what we understand in the School of Life.
So we followed God’s instructions and to show that the baby was really tied, he landed on Sunday after the deliverance on Saturday with the placenta tied around him. Did we go for a scan? Church Gist. There was an altar of vision. If things happen to you unawares, you are blind and deaf. Once in a while every twenty-four hours, you should have a few minutes that is reserved for you and your God, if you don’t want to pray, listen to songs of worship- Let your atmosphere be spiritual.
We eventually carried out the instruction as it was shown to my daughter by God- That’s why some of you should be grateful to God that you are in this kind of Church because where I came from, dem no born the member well to come and tell Papa that he saw a vision. Church Gist. The question they will ask you is, ‘Am I on holiday, wey God no fit tell me? And most of us value the Pastor that we cannot access and you even commonize and dishonor the one that you can access.
Today we have many ‘Mafia Pastors’ who you cannot approach because they have weighed the two sides- The approachable one is disrespected and the one people can approach is dishonored. So we are at a level where we relate with you as we ‘take’ know you. Church Gist. I don’t have any general rules on how to treat people, I only have personal rules- Innocent people cannot suffer for yeye people.
5. The altar of favour for destiny Hebrew 4:16, Nehemiah 1:11.
For your destiny to be fulfilled, there are people who God must show you favour in their sight.
-Everybody that your destiny requires for its fulfillment, will have no rest until they bless you, Amen!
Is that Bishop Irabor? Yes! That was how somebody gave me fifty red royal chairs that are worth six hundred and sixty thousand naira (N660,000). Some things must happen by favour. If the money was to be in my hand, I won’t go to buy chairs but God knew that the Children’s Church needs them. And the giver doesn’t know us, else he or she would not buy the red coloured chairs because we use blue ones. So you are not only blessed by those who know you, the altar of favour is where destinies either rise or crash.
-Take the favour that your destiny needs for its performance Psalms 44:1-3.
If you get everything by labour you are a failure, there are things you must get by favour. Even this tie that I’m putting on belonged to the Second-In-Command of Salvation Ministries. Church Gist. I was in Port-Harcourt last year and he said, ‘Bishop, the way you are looking at this my tie, e be like say you like am’! And truly I like am, I was looking at the colour so that I can get it when I get to Warri.
-I don’t know what’s in your heart, but the man that will see your heart through your eyes will locate you by fire!
6. The altar of peace for destiny Philippians 4:6-7.
The altar of peace implies that you cannot be fighting every day and expect to fulfill your destiny. Church Gist. That is why some of you who married into wahala cannot fulfill your destinies. Destiny does not happen with an everyday fight. Don’t allow your destiny partner (spouse) to become your destiny fighter when both of you should hold your hands together to pray 1 Kings 5:3-5.
In the course of building our house, Mama will say to me anytime that I want to do something else, ‘If we don’t move into that house, I don’t want to hear your voice’! And it will end there- ‘The target is that you will be a landlord and I’ll be a landlady’! If she was my enemy, as soon as I want to buy either cement or granite, she will talk about it negatively. Church Gist. Some of you cannot progress because of a voice that is stressing you daily. There is a place for misunderstanding in marriage but when the misunderstanding happens every day, it will affect your stand in life and destiny.
-You are delivered from every spirit of fighting continuous battles without ending!
1 Kings 5:4-5.
7. The altar of divine blessings for your destiny Genesis 32:24-28, 1 Chronicle 4:9-10.
Jacob would have ended his life in shame and regrets but the blessing changed everything. Church Gist. Sometimes you need to hold on to the altar like Jabez saying, ‘Oh Lord, bless me indeed’!
-May the altar of divine blessings change your life for good.
8. The altar of opportunity for your destiny 1 Corinthians 16:9, 1 Corinthians 2:12.
-May the door of opportunity locate you by fire to fulfill your destiny.
Declaration: Doors of opportunity locate me by fire!
9. The altar of restoration 1 Samuel 30:8.
-Your years shall not be wasted.
My daughter said on this altar on 5th February, 2023, ‘We married in 2015 and there was a delay for five years but now, we have given birth to our first child, followed by a set of twins! When you compare the number of children that we have now, you will know that God gave us one child every two years’! Church Gist. God just balanced the matter!
-May God balance your matter!
I heard a testimony of someone that waited for twenty-one years – The First, second and third deliveries were twins. God is a master balancer. Church Gist. Forget say you never marry by now, you go still catch up because He will restore all that the locust has eaten Joel 2:25.
10. The altar of testimonies 1 Samuel 1:13-19
When it comes to destiny, certain testimonies must happen for you not to conclude that certain things are not your destiny. Most of the things that we tag to be our destiny are simply our condition- Your condition is not your conclusion and your situation is not your salutation and destination. Church Gist. Never accept it! Hannah would have accepted it and do you know that if she didn’t push for Samuel all the other children wouldn’t come? You think say you no go born pass one pikin? This one that you are asking for is beyond your destiny. But Hannah did not conclude that maybe God did not want her to have children and she kept on praying.
-Your Samuel must manifest.
What then do I do?
Never give up! Hold on to God, leave it in His hands and keep serving Him. At the end of the day, God will turn it around for your Salvation Philippians 1:19.
-Everything in your life that looks like a situation is turned into a Salvation now.
11. The altar of vengeance for your destiny Isaiah 63:4.
-If your destiny requires people to die, they will die.
You cannot be redeemed until you engage in vengeance Psalms 68:1, Psalms 56:9, Luke 18:1-8. Church Gist. God needs you to come continuously into His Presence and weary Him to get your answers Luke 18:5.
-You will not backside.
-Your faith will not fail.
-You will laugh last.
12. The altar of mercy for your destiny Romans 9:16
I know that your destiny is great but if you don’t enjoy great mercy you may miss out on destiny issues. Never come to a point where you will no longer connect to the mercy of God Lamentation 3:22-24. There is a breadwinner in one of my friend’s family and one day, he just carried his luggage to Spain. Church Gist. He got to Libya by road, mercy answered for him and he was graciously crossed into Europe. Today, he has moved the entire family abroad. Is it easy to get to Spain by road? No!
Another person tried it and drowned in the sea. It was the same journey but a different destination. The difference between me and you is not my expertise but the mercy that I enjoy. Your mistakes are not many, it is your mercy bank that is very few. When you obtain mercy, people will love you beyond your mistakes and when you lack mercy, people will hate you despite your perfection. Church Gist. God is so powerful that where He sits is called the ‘Mercy Seat’, which sin did God commit to being on the Mercy Seat? Even as God that He is, He needs ‘Mercy’ (Laughing).
