Lanre Olusola is branded “The Catalyst”, he is the founder of OLCA, Olusola Lanre Coaching Academy and a 2021 Forbes Coaches Council Official Member. He holds a Bsc. in Structural Engineering and Project Management from the University of Lagos and later obtained a certificate in Governance for Oganizational Excellence; Business Strategy in the Institution at Harvard Business School, Boston, U.S.A. Lanre also has a Master’s degree in Coaching and Behavioural Change Psychology from Henley Business School. Lanre is the Executive Director of EbonyLife TV. He is married to Modupe Olusola and they have a beautiful family.

We are created to be fruitful, multiply, replenish, subdue and take dominion. Most importantly, we are to manifest love because God is love. Love is not a feeling, it is a committed act to mankind. So our performance indicators should be fruitfulness, multiplication, replenishment, subduing and dominion. If you were to score yourself based on this performance indicators, what would be your average? Fruitfulness is that you are productive in everything you lay your hands to do, multiplication is that you have reproduced yourself, you have reproduced your purpose, you have reproduced the solution that you are born to be. Replenishment means that you are taking over, subduing means that you are killing the works of the enemy in the area of influence that you’re in, spiritually, emotionally, mentally, psychologically”. _Lanre Olusola.
